Recently purchased a vehicle (first time buyer) at this location. Don t get me wrong everyone was very nice. As I was excited to purchase my vehicle and realized it was the truck I want, they didn t fill up the tank while the gas light was on when asked, had trash in the bed of the truck still and smelled like smoke and nothing was detailed. It had food in cracks and crevices, old gum on the passenger seat stuck to the seat.Almost left the parking lot on a rainy/cold day and luckily I checked the AC and it wasn t working properly and windshield wipers were very old and made bad streaks on the windshield. They ended up fixing the A.C the next day thankfully and put me in a courtesy vehicle that has trash ( McDonalds, Quik trip)and worse smell of smoke in it. I then got the truck back and took it on the highway. I called the dealership told them it doesn t feel like the tires are balanced and sure enough they weren t and wouldn t balance and rotate them for me at all. Bear minimum quality of customer satisfaction. DO NOT shop here whatever you do.

Speaking on the personal experience I would give 5 stars. Cannot speak on the car as I've only had it for a week but so far so amazing! The 2015 Equinox I bought was in fantastic shape and they offered to fix a scratch I found no extra charge. I got there later than my scheduled appt due to work things and ended up closing the place down well after close. No one made me feel bad about this (sorry again). Big s/o to Alexis, my girl, who listened to what I said I needed and worked to make sure it happened! She also offered great tips and tricks regarding my car and Chevy and other apps for my phone. Obviously you'll experience some push for higher sale but that's their job and no one ever pushed harder if I declined. Again, thanks for the new car!

I traded my car then I interested what they have, one of rear tire was totally flat and I asked the guy to replace this tire and I will buy it. At that time engine light also showing up,I asked seller why does engine light showing up? He told me because of flat tire. I bought it, then the seller didn t replace tire after tomorrow the car was engine light was showing up and rear tire became flat again. I asked to seller to fix he told me to go fire stone I went there to fix tire for checking the problem I paid 127.00 and the seller didn t agree to pay for it. Before this deal, seller sent to legend for engine light I went there but seller didn t make appointment for me. I was jumping there and here. I asked them to replace one tire they didn t agree with me, so I don t recommend this dealer according to my experience.

Had a very good experience with Sue Kennedy was very helpful in my car buying experience. I was able to buy me a luxury pre-owned at a good price. She worked to get me approved, and keep contact even when I did not return her call! She was awesome!

They had the exact car I wanted for a great price.

However, when I went to test drive it, the battery was dead and required jump starting which of course concerned me. It was also very dirty on the inside. These should have been red flags but they promised to fix both before I came back to buy it.

It was a price that could not be beat, so I bought the car. The next day, when I went to pick it up they had cleaned it a little, not replaced the battery as promised and lost the spare key that was there the day before. They assured me both would be taken care of. I went a head and took it home because I d driven an hour to get there.

After a week and several attempts, my salesman was saying there was no key. After calling the sales manager and arguing with him, I received a text from the salesman asking why I couldn t just be happy with the key I had. I then threatened legal action for failure to meet the terms of the sale. Things straightened up after that and the salesman personally paid for a new key.

I was willing to forego the battery issue until a week into owning my nearly brand new car the battery was dead. Thankfully, they mailed me a check for the battery. I would never ever ever buy a car from this dealership again.

Also as others have mentioned the food pantry and extra fee to provide for the community is shady. It s not charity if your customers are shouldering the burden.

Ty is awesome! If you are looking into buying a new car the I 100% recccomend asking for Ty, you will not be disappointed!

When I arrived at the dealership on a hot and muggy August afternoon, my sales rep had everything waiting for me. The vehicle that I wanted to see first was pulled to the front, running with the A/C on so the interior was nice and cool. Devin was able to provide answers to all my questions concerning the vehicle, the previous owner and the vehicles pre-existing warranties. Even though I didn't purchase that vehicle, I ended up purchasing the second vehicle that I wanted to see, basically because of his mannerism on how he treated me and his knowledge of the vehicle.
The overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, from the initial greeting thru the very end of the financing process. I have nothing bad to say about my experience with this dealership or my sales rep, Devin Whitehead.

Worked with Andrew to get our new to us vehicle. He was super patient with us and offered an absolutely zero pressure experience. We went in knowing we needed a mid size SUV, but needed a lot of help narrowing down make and model. Andrew got us in a lot of cars over two days and and as our criteria narrowed down or shifted, he found us vehicles to evaluate that fit those criteria. If they had vehicles that were close, but fell short on our ideals for price or mileage, he was upfront about it and that was really appreciated. We were able to make an informed decision and I was really pleased with the experience.

With regards to their Covid safety measures, Andrew and the other representative that we worked directly with were both excellent about mask wearing and appropriate distance, but these measures were not uniformly practiced among all staff. We were moved to a glass walled office to do final financial paperwork where I had seen multiple employees standing in close proximity with no or improperly worn masks over the last hour. To their credit, the rep who was helping us immediately found a computer terminal back out in the open space where we could finish our paperwork and did so without making it an issue. He stressed that he wanted to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our experience.

Overall, we feel that we came home with a very nice vehicle at an extremely competitive price.

Asked salesperson several times to send me contact info for their key guy about how to get a second key. Typical dealer that only cares until you buy the car and after that you re on your own. Title work came with an out of state title without a state inspection and now they are telling me I have to pay for that also. What does the $599 administrative fee cover??

Absolutely awful place to go. If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased a vehicle from them over two months ago and my vehicle has been IN the shop for more than 30 days since I ve purchased it. They lied to me about an issue with the vehicle and flipped the engine light off. Ever since then I ve had on going issues with my Jeep. They gave promises they fail to come through with and ON TOP of all the issues the management team LOST my title and have failed to contact me since they let me know about the loss. My tags are 15 days expired and they have yet to send me a replacement, not pay the late fees.

I had an with Tra Pennington to check out an Audi and he was awesome !! Not only did he make me feel welcome but he was very professional and personally with me , I didn t feel the the pressure to buy a car but felt like I was talking with a friend instead, he was able to answer all my questions and got me the all that I ve ask for, Thanks Tra for making my purchase at Premier Pre-Owned dealership a blast !!!! Went to 3 dealerships and Bradd at Premier made me feel like it was home! Smooth process was in and out in record timing!

I had the best experience ever buying a car from Premier! From the first call they were so nice and put my anxieties at ease. Once I got to the dealership, they already knew what my price-point was and they had cars ready for me to look at. Within minutes I was test driving a car! They were so organized and nice and the best part is they didn't try to up my bottom line price (like every other dealership has in my 30 years of buying cars)! I found the perfect car for me and within a half an hour, all the paperwork was done and I was ready to go. It was so easy! I will never use another dealership again --- they're the BEST!!!!

I cannot say how please we were with our experience at #premierepreowned. We have bought several cars within the last few years and by far this was our best experience. This process took maybe, maybe 1hr from test drive to out the door. There was ZERO high pressure sales used, our sales agent Hunter Miller was incredible, very laid back and helpful. The finance guy, did not try and force auto warranties or gap down our throats, he was very personable and loves the Red Sox... well he didn t like the Red Soxs but he was still great to work with. 10/10 stars for them, great work, keep it up!

Tra Pennington is a professional! When I first drove into the parking lot he came up and greet me and my wife right away. I dont know much about buying a car but he made everything very clear and easy. He even go the extra mile to take care of a scratch that was on the car. Everyone seem so nice and professional! I wish I could give them less Stars. I told them not to run my credit just to give me an estimate they ran it six or seven times. They wouldn't budge on price no matter what. Sales lady was pushy and tried to give me the sign before I was ready pushing papers in front of my face. They tried to act nice afterwards when I got mad but they'll push you into a deal you're not ready for.

Be careful when shopping here. They don't fix anything wrong with the cars they buy, so whatever might be wrong with a car when they buy it will become your problem. I bought a car from them in January of 2020 and sold the car in September of the same year. I am still waiting on the reimbursement check from the third-party warranty company over two months later, and the sales manager has stopped replying to my emails asking for updates to make sure I get my money back. Another thing to keep in mind, come prepared with financing. This dealership uses PNC and it is the WORST finance/banking experience I have ever had.
