I wanted to buy a car from this dealership. When I came in to sign the paperwork the first time they told me the interest rate has gone up because I didn t meet the minimum credit score. I came in to finish the paperwork the second time and asked for the Carfax. The car was damaged all over. I should have asked before but expected the dealership transparency.

I hate going to dealerships as a rule but this car buying experience blew me away - First you are not harassed as soon as you drive onto the lot and there is no race for the sales team to get to you first - We were greeted by Jacob Schneiders one of the sales staff but you really don't wanna call them sales staff - he was awesome from the start and new exactly what we were looking for and helped us very professionally choose the right car for us - we ended up getting a different car than the one we went for again with Jakes knowledge of vehicle and inventory - To end on Jake I will only buy my cars from him in future and I'm a miserable old devil who dislikes most people - The rest of the staff were awesome to - even though they were not helping me they would come up and be truly interested in talking - not just lip service - the dealership itself is awesome - very well priced luxury vehicles - the car i bought was the cheapest of it's kind in the usa and they gave me a very fair price on my trade in - almost to me feeling a bit guilty lol - Anyway - we tell everyone about these guys and will def go back again

All their car are lemon cars but they will just say buy back to make it sound good. Don t go there, they show their food pantry to make it look like they care about the community but they don t. They say they will work with you but don t want to put it in writing. They have high end luxury cars that are lemons.
i went into trade my car in and had an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and Alexes was so much fun to test drive with and helpful with the whole process. They gave me a good price on my trade and the car I purchased was under book value so I am not upside down on my car loan or anything. I would highly recommend the prices and selection of cars.
They did not use regular dealer tactics or anything like that it made me feel comfortable and confident buying my car.

Within a day of sending an inquiry email, Ty had already contacted me to help me set up an appointment over text, and had made a personalized video showing me around the car I was looking at. By the end of that day I was set up with a car and ready to drive off the lot. Ty is great at what he does; he was helping me and another family all at once and doing it more than efficiently. Please beware of this dealership. The sales manager Kevante, goes by Jackson , reaches out to me about my car for sale on the marketplace. I ve attached pictures of the conversation. As you can see, said he would be able to give me close to asking as they are low on inventory.
I show up today, he s not even there for our appointment. A sales rep takes my info down and someone looks and drives my car for maybe 2 minutes. They then come in and say, we can t get anywhere close to your asking because of the suspension issue, are you aware of it? . I had the car checked out a week ago from an actual reputable mechanic and it has no issues.
They will lie and say anything to get you there. They are scam artists and the reason used car salesmen have bad reputations.

What started out as a seemingly good experience quickly turned into the worst buying experience of my life. We bought a 2015 Dodge Caravan from them and not only did they lie about the final price but the CHECK ENGINE light came on the VERY NEXT day for a torque converter. Something they would have HAD to clear manually just to sell the vehicle. Then they weren't going to help for the fix but rather get us out of the deal after taking our trade in. Thank goodness the manufacturer warranty covered it. At the shop for 2 weeks the shop found out the hub bearing was bad on a tire and Premier wouldn't help with the costs. (I had still only drove my car for one afternoon at this point) That's a $500 fix that they knew was there and wouldn't help with. They had told me the vehicle was NEVER in an accident. LIE. And to top off this horrid experience they didn't tell us our loan didn't include the sales tax (when we said 10k out the door we meant EVERYTHING) and so when we went to tag it the sales tax was was $988. They knew we had just moved here from Colorado and didn't know any better. They lied straight to our faces and promised they would help if anything went wrong with the van. The minute we signed the papers everything changed and we were just an inconvenience because I wouldn't just roll over and take all their BS. I reccomrer finding a bigger dealership who don't wanna scam you out of every penny.
We drove from Iowa to look at an Audi . Andrew made our experience awesome . He gave us all the information we needed without being pushy. We highly recommend this car dealership and Andrew is your guy to see !

Although the sales experience went good with Andrew, I was told that there was a ??-point inspection on the car and it passed. After purchasing the car and riding about 80/180 miles into my trip The dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree, the turbo goes out, abs, engine light, etc and I m scared. I get the car home and immediateLy check it into the Audi dealership. Turns out the ECU (main computer) died. Luckily that was covered by the factory warranty. I was told the brakes had just been redone and in good condition, on that same visit to Audi I had to replace a brake sensor that had been installed wrong~$320. Just had to take it back to Audi today and found out the back brakes had been installed wrong also~$600. Found out that if the Elite preowned wouldn t have had shoddy cheap work done to it, it also would have been covered by Audi original 50k warranty. I called Premier preowned to discuss what we could do about this, mind you this was less than 1kmi Into my ownership, the manager says he can help with 25% of the $320, around $65.Be careful shopping with premier preowned, they can be shady.

make sure you get the duo Devin, salespeople and Taylor , sales manager working on your behalf! I ran into some financing hips cups being self employed however these two guys kept at it. Taylor called the night before to share the good news which was after 8:30 pm ! These two guys did not stop working my deal until the deal was done ! the cherry on top of the nice car and wonderful salesman Is that the dealership feeds their community thru their pantry with your admin fee , (unlike other places). We all have times where we just need some extra help along the way so it warms my heart to see another company showing their heart and having heart in their community! Now , that s admin fee I can pay and live with! These guys will take good car of you! I'll be back when I'm ready to buy or anyone else in my family whos ready to buy a car. They have newer models. A lot of trendy or luxurious cars on the lot!

As a women buying a car it is really easy to feel intimidated and that I am being taken advantage of but I did not have that experience at Premier Pre-owned.
