I had really great experience working for Premier over the season. I would recommend to everyone.

The owner and staff are extremely professional. The services they provided were impeccable and top of the line. I never had to ask twice for anything as they were only a phone call away. From opening my pool to the professional lifeguards and end of season winterization I was very happy with the quality of service. I highly recommend Premier Pool Management to any company needing the best in pool management.

Completely unprofessional when issues occur. A lifeguard that was hired for the complex pool pushed my 7 year old son. The lifeguard is an adult. The manager, Andrew Byrd, showed up after the police was called and did not take the situation seriously at all. Although my son was not hurt or injured, the fact that Mr. Byrd sees nothing wrong with an adult putting his hands on a child is completely unacceptable. Be careful hiring this company or using this company. They hire people from outside of the US (which is not a problem) and then use that as an excuse as to why you should not press charges or go further with your issue. He continuously told me the guy will be "going back to his country tomorrow" as a reason he doesn't think I should report this assault. He then told me he would email me the next day with the guy's name and date of birth (information the police told him to give), but I have yet to hear from him.

If you are an American don t do it ! Find another job preferably one not Lifeguarding if you are a lifeguard you know the possible situations to come , if you are a new lifeguard go work for parks and planning you will be a government worker , these foreign companies do not care for us they simply have a job to do and if they can t find any lifeguards who wish to live in america at the end of every summer then of course they will hire Americans ,

One of the best Commercial Pool Management Companies in the area. All companies have there challenges but Premier always rises to the occasion especially for their team members.

The communication is off. They don't schedule me for anything.

I enterviewef with them, but became employed before completimg the hiring process. But they were very nice.

Excellent service! The cleanest pools I've ever been in! Friendly staff always! Highly recommend!!!

You can get $ 600 per month from the dishwasher and the washing machine, 7 people in the same house without the Internet. They do not give permission when you indicate that you want to leave the company that you are not satisfied.

Excellent company with professional employers and great staffing coordinator.

Run back without looking back.They sign the contract so that we will give you overtime, give it an hour overtime for 40 hours and run it for 3 months. (I would work 56 hours each week: D). They do not give your deposit back.You can work far away from the pool, ride 30 km. If you say we will give you 48 hours or so, do not believe it, calm. Most of the comments here are written by the employees of that company. You do not have to believe me, you can go and waste 3 months if you want ...
