I highly recommend going here! Today was my first visit I walked in without an appointment & the receptionist was very kind & extremely helpful. I was seen right away, the nurse was professional & very friendly. Next the doctor came in, & let me just say.. wow what a breath of fresh air!! She was not what I was expecting & I was beyond satisfied with everything she did for me!! She was very professional, super sweet, she spoke to me like a person not just a patient she listened, she was genuinely concerned with my concerns & went above & beyond to help me. In all the years I ve lived in Asheboro I ve never had such a great experience at a doctors office. It was to the point where I honestly believed I was going to have to settle for a family doctor. I m here to say that you do NOT have to settle!! There are still very good doctors out there & staff to make your experience great!! Thanks again Dr. Lauren McRae& staff!!
Obviously these folks dont know how to run a proper medical facility. Dr. Land has left and the new doctor will not see patients under the age of 13. Was never notified of Dr. Land leaving and just made and appointment for my sick 7 year old only to show up for said appointment to be told she no longer can be seen there
Been here for years, rude stuff and pratically impossible to have medicines refilled in time. In 5 years been their client they never adjusted my high blood pressure problem. Took one visit to another place and DOCTOR to fix everything and now I m fine after a couple weeks.
I don t recommend this place if you want have results.
Love Dr. Lauren!! Had a problem, prescribed meds, went back in a month. Was some better, but still issues. She had done some research, and found a med to go with what I was taking, and that did the trick!! Great personality, friendly, and listens!!!
