Convergence Employee Leasing Review

First let me say I have been working for Convergence for many years and have no complaints. The owner, office manager, and staff are all great.
Second let me address ANONYMOUS LY : I KNOW WHO YOU ARE; THE COWORKER WHO WAS FIRED FOR TAKING VIDEOS OF OTHER STAFF IN PRIVATE AREAS OR SITUATIONS. YOU LIL PERV YOU. But let me go into all the person has complaints about. HMMMM: Female manager having affair with married owner - I have never seen ANYTHING which indicates that. BUT if memory serves....AHA OH YES YOUR DAUGHTER IS WITH A MARRIED MAN FROM HER JOB!!! So before you go accusing look in the mirror.
Also no one's job is threatened here. WE are reminded that if we do not do our jobs someone else can. There is a reason for all that is said. Convergence gives employees training, support, and time to learn. NO ONES mistakes are covered up. There are no favorites here. There are family members of management but i feel management is harder on those than anyone else. They are never asked to do anything above and beyond they are VOLUNTOLD! At the end of the day CONVERGENCE and its staff are a TEAM dedicated to providing our clients with the best service we can. People like this person make this difficult as things are always being instigated and trouble is around every corner. WHY record your co workers i have no clue but that is a NO NO in ANY work setting. UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PERSONS PERMISSION DO NOT RECORD ANYONE. Stop bashing Convergence and move on with your life. Convergence wishes you a BLESSED day.

No professionalism or ethics, I worked for another company and was terminated by that other company. Convergence stated the I had abandoned my job when I did not contact them and denied my Unemployment Claim. Convergence didn't hire or fire me, the other company did but Convergence is the one who paid me, therefore making them my legal employee. Cold hearted, evil, people who never even met me.

I've had the pleasure of working with Kayleigh Lutman at Convergence for the past few years. She's efficient and helpful with all of the issues I've thrown at her. She's saved me a few times with payroll mistakes. If she isn't able to address a problem or request I have she directs me to the appropriate department and it's handled within the same day.

I have been using this firm to do our payroll for almost two years. My rep K.T. is amazing!! She has the answers to my questions, almost before I ask them. They make payroll processing easy and never a headache. I highly recommend them!!

I have worked for Convergence for several years. It is an amazing place to work. Our entire staff works together as a team to ensure the job is done accurately and efficiently. All staff members are provided with training and support throughout their entire time with the company. Through all of the years here, I still feel there is no better team to be apart of than this one. It has been a pleasure watching our company grow and I look forward to many more years!

We've been a client of Convergence since 2014 and have been very happy with the services they provide and the quality of the staff we've interacted with. Any questions or concerns are responded to quickly and clearly, payroll is always processed correctly and they check in with us if they have any questions before finalizing the payroll each week.

I wish I could give these guys negative stars but google wont let me. I worked for a company that used convergence for the last 2 years, please don't use them. They are not a professional company at all. I worked with my employer for 13 years. they came in to handle our payroll and wc insurance. When office closed due to covid these guys made it so hard to get unemployment. Even now fighting DEO to get what is mine and the taxes I worked for and paid they wont do anything to assist. I guess it hurts them to pay the unemployment taxes. Today I spoke to a labor attorney and he advised I should sue them, and the process will start today. Please don't use this company, save yourself the headache call ADP even paychexs but don't use these guys.

Convergence Employee Leasing has provided great customer service every step of the way. Kristen Edelen has been quick to respond to inquiries, employee changes, etc which takes the worry out of making sure that our payroll is going to be correct. I always receive confirmations that my emails are received. Excellent job!

So far not impressed been waiting on direct deposit three plus months. They apparently can't get it done. Unfortunate that this is who my employer uses I guess I'll never have direct deposit as long as these idiots are in charge of my money
