South East Bay Pediatric Medical Group Review

Even after moving to Oakland we continue to come back to SEBPMG. Dr. Dobbs is so wonderful and always patient with our questions and concerns. The nursing staff are all great and clearly love kids. I love that they have urgent appointments on weekends - which we have had to use frequently. The lab staff are great with my girls when they are getting shots. My kids love that they get (sugar-free) lollipops and stickers afterward! We highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Dobbs.

Dr.Alpert is our favorite and she s the best. She has helped us everytime and made us feel at home always.

We have been to PAMF, Kaiser and this one. I would rare this practice to the lowest. No electronic record system, front desk is rude. It's ok for them to keep you waiting for 20 mins but if you show up 5 mins late they send you back. We saw Dr. Amendola and really liked her. Saw Dr. Alpert ..she was ok .

We chose Dr. Dugoni for our son s pediatrician because she was my wife s Dr. when she was a child. I was amazed that Dr. Dugoni recognizes my wife and remembered details about her family after all these years. It is a testament to
the love and care the doctors put into their patients and their practice. We trust the doctor and the whole team here and have been so grateful for their expertise in helping to keep our son healthy. He is always happy to go to the office and it is because of the level of comfort and warm welcome we receive. I highly recommend South East Bay Pediatrics.

An amazing bunch of staff at the front desk, the nurses and the immunization team. Wee just went there a couple of times. All - our doctor and the staff that worked with us have already developed a sense of familiarity.

The front desk were very helpful and went an extra mile to ensure our kids were taken care of at the earliest.

Dr Dobbs has been pediatrician for Daughter and Son. She is awasome. She is kind, compassionate, caring and helps us out all the time we have visited her.

She would listen to parents concerns Big and small and would explain with clear and concise instructions.

She would provide proper guidance if we are going to take international trips.

South east Bay pediatric medical group have awasome team of doctors in case my primary pediatrician appointment is not available have visited DR Unson, Dr Ali, Dr Burke...

Their nurse staff and admin staff is also kind and helpful

Our pediatrician is Dr. Ali Hallaj-pour. He is one of the best pediatrician we have met. He is very concerned about the job he do.Very professional and trustworthy. Gives very useful tips and advises for the upbringing of the baby depending on their periodical growth. Overall we are happy with SEBPMG.

Dr. Burke has seen my two boys since birth (1999 & 2002)
His care and attention to their individual needs and health is outstanding.
He listens carefully and has knowledgeable, current and consistent information.

I have been taking my kids to South east Bay Pediatric Medical group since last 3 years. It has been an awesome experience. My kids love Dr Dugoni and nurse Jayshree Patel. The entire staff is wonderful and very friendly. I would recommend this place for your kids best care.

We connected with Sebpmg in 2005. They have always been wonderful providers. So much so that when we moved to the valley we stayed with this group. Dr Unson, Dr Burke, and Dr Hallaj-Pour are my family's favorites. They are compassionate, detail oriented, and put their patients first on every visit. They have inspired my kids to pursue careers in public health. You cannot go wrong with these providers.

I love this office! All the doctors are super friendly and I appreciate how nice they are. I was waiting in my room only for a few minutes, and my doctor came in to let me know she will be right there. How considerate!

Dr Amendola and Dr Ali-Halijpore are kind. They give you enough time and work with you. just what I was looking for.

Love this office! Dr. Dugoni is the best pediatrician we have ever seen. She nice, friendly and very experienced. Love the way that there are always more than one doctor in the office so we get to see a doctor whenever we needed. Staff in the office are nice and friendly and we especially love the fish tank in office, my daughter check out their fish every time she visit the office!

Doctors are good, but billing system is bad. You will get charged for phone calls asking questions (simple questions but as a first time mom it's a big one for me)

South Eastbay pediatric medical group has always been my care of choice for my children. Dr Ali Hallajpour and staff have been very professional, courteous and caring to our needs. Most importantly they are very approachable and return your messages in a timely fashion.

Everybody in the group are very good . We visit Dr. Hallaj Pour and my kids love their doctor visits . Thank you so much Dr. Hallaj Pour for making our life easy.

For the size of the practice, I must say they are a well oiled machine while being friendly and courteous. The occasional checkin from the doctor to followup on an acute case of "kiddo hurt himself" is what makes them who they are. A family practice

The highest compliment we can give is that we are two generations of happy and healthy patients of Dr. Dugoni! We were living in Chicago when we had our son and moved home to be with family and to bring our son to South East Bay Pediatrics. I was thrilled to return and have Dr. Dugoni remember me and my brother. I loved the aquarium in the waiting room as a child and it warms my heart to see my little one finding joy in the fishies while we wait. The reception staff, assistants and nurses are all so kind and have great decorum with children. The staff works hard to be efficient with time and I can tell they care for their patients. When we are unable to see Dr. Dugoni with an urgent appointment, I know we are in safe hands with a knowledgeable team of doctors we can trust. The front desk lady has an attitude problem, she needs to get some behavioral training.
