Buyer beware with PREFERRED MUTUAL. I have been policy holder for many years. I was just cancelled because they don t allow you to make 3 claims in 3 years. I only made one claim in 3 years but they would not reinstate me. I asked for the proof that I made three claims and their document shows only one claim paid. And it was for about $250. So with Preferred Mutual you will be cancelled if you use it. I will be filing a complaint with the NJ Division of Banking and Insurance. What a terrible company.

Terrible experience with this company. Paid our premiums for over 15 years then when we file a claim they find a way to low ball your property in order to avoid paying what its worth. Had to fight with them and provide a unreasonable amount of detail to prove the worth of the damaged items. After that train wreck, we left for a more reputable company and actually saved a bunch of money and received more coverage.

They paid me for my damaged car hit by their insured customer. And they provided me with a rental vehicle until my car was completely fixed.

They have terrible customer service and cancel insurance at the drop of a hat. I would not recommend this company.

Fair pricing and no issues getting paid on a claim.

AN INSURANCE COPMANY TO AVOID .. sure I can go on and on to explain why ..but that would just waste your time .. Since you insist I have to edit this review ..and give you some more info ..The freedom of speech or opinion is guaranteed under the US constitution .. When a customer that is in good stands (payment wise always been ) ask questions about a claim you are supposed to give answers not hang up.. Tell that to KAREN G . BAKER at the No Fault claims. I advive any consumer reading this review .if they have money to throw away on monthly bases ..they should donate it to charity .like ill children or our wounded heroes .. and simply go with a different insurance company ..And may God bless this great country..

First and foremost you always talk to a human immediately, and they speak clear English. At the most they transfer you once, to a rep who can help you personally. They are very quick to handle any claims. They always put you at ease, and make you feel comfortable, they will explain anything you need to know. I also got recommendations for my insurance to make my coverage even better at a really low cost! If you are looking for insurance for vehicle and home, I suggest you look into Preferred Mutual.

I've had there insurance on my house and vehicle, very good to deal with.
