Terrible experience with this company. Paid our premiums for over 15 years then when we file a claim they find a way to low ball your property in order to avoid paying what its worth. Had to fight with them and provide a unreasonable amount of detail to prove the worth of the damaged items. After that train wreck, we left for a more reputable company and actually saved a bunch of money and received more coverage.
