Buyer beware with PREFERRED MUTUAL. I have been policy holder for many years. I was just cancelled because they don t allow you to make 3 claims in 3 years. I only made one claim in 3 years but they would not reinstate me. I asked for the proof that I made three claims and their document shows only one claim paid. And it was for about $250. So with Preferred Mutual you will be cancelled if you use it. I will be filing a complaint with the NJ Division of Banking and Insurance. What a terrible company.
