Had a great time here. I'm not really much of an art fan but everything in here was very interesting. They had quite a few rooms downstairs and upstairs of different artwork, a bank of america room with some type of video. Building and layout is very nice. Loved the swings outside and the view of cruise ships. Definitely would recommend

Amazing place to check out either by yourself or with friends and/or family. Easy-going and super open. Very spacious inside and out. Friendly with dog-walking, but only on the outside premises. Tons of scenery. Plenty of art outside as well. Open to kids to check it out, too!

This art museum is fantastic and definitely worth a visit. It s located in Miami downtown and close to i-95. The parking garage is shared with the Frost Science Museum and not is not only a garage but also a walking area. Two museums next to each other that give you opportunities to spend time extremely effective. The Perez Art Museum is a two floors building and you can probably spend 1 to 2 hours here. The museum has a great gift shop and a delicious cafe. But the most unforgettable is the view from the terrace. You ll want to spend hours here swinging in modern swings or drinking a cup of coffee. After your visit you can use a metromover and enjoy the Miami view.

It's a fairly small collection but some really interesting pieces. I'd you love soccer, you must go. The gallery for the Picasso piece was really underwhelming, kind of like seeing the Mona Lisa in real life. There were definitely modern rooms with art that didn't resonate with us, but free tours helped explain styles.
Parking garage has gravel so the car didn't like that, but the little sculpture garden, a cup of coffee from the in house bar and the back deck made for a nice walk after the museum.

Great place in Miami to have a full day with the family and art. All art is accessible to all ages, how you approach it is what matters. It is a contemporary and modern art museum so don't come expecting to see the Mona Lisa or any Van Gogh. Expect to be challenged in your view of art.

Art is subjective, so this is just my personal take. The art there is a little too abstract for me.

The reception was excellent but unfortunately the entrance prices were high. Unfortunately, I did not attend the exhibition and filmed an advertisement outside the museum and part of the outside area was closed. Next to the restaurant, there was a note when I asked for some drinks provided in paper cups. She showed us that she allowed us to sit for a short time and seemed to thank us in a wonderful way and asked me about the meaning of thank you in Arabic, in conclusion everything deserves 5 stars and put 3 to treat the employee who sealed us visit ugly

I have been to PAMM several times. It's conveniently located in Museum Park near Bayside Market Place. If they ever finish building it there will be a brand new Science Museum next door. There is plenty of parking in their attached garage for a reasonable $2 an hour. The location and the building are stunning. It's located on Biscayne Bay and many of the windows offer a gorgeous view of it. The building is very open and they are able to change around the rooms in their gallery by actually moving the walls depending on what they want to showcase. The art is contemporary which means that I largely don't "get" it but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy seeing it. One time when we were visiting there was a large piece of wood in the center of the room and my daughter leaned on it. A security guard ran over to tell her not to touch the art. See I didn't even know that was art! We spent a humorous afternoon standing off to the side watching other people get yelled at too. The museum is fairly small compared to say ones in New York City but it is still worth a visit. The outside has hanging gardens and a patio with a lovely view of the bay. The patio is an especially nice place to have a bite to eat from their cafe. Below the patio is sculptures in their garden. There is a small museum gift shop which is fun to take a wander through but I have never actually bought anything from it. When we attend we try to aim for the second Saturday of the month when admission is free for everyone. They also have free crafts based on their exhibits for the kids on that day as well. If you have a Bank of America card you can also get in free the first weekend of every month. The museum is always having a ton of events and if you are on their email list they will invite you.

The building and it s location are beautiful. Worth going just to walk around the grounds or dine in the cafe.
Museum content is limited with the current Christo/Jean Claude exhibit taking up what felt like too much of the space.
Offer active military discount which is nice.

Amazing! Went to a "Men I Trust" concert here with friends. The tour through the museum had a twist with CURRENTS--a group of performers who acted in mini plays about the history of Miami. The "Men I Trust" concert was phenomenal. Looking forward to visiting this place again. Also, cutest gift shop!!

Specific to the museum (not the art here): no camera allowed, phone photography only (no videos, only photos). Each room has at least 3 security personnel spying on visitors, who also do their fair share of chichating on the job.
I have been to quite a few art mesuems around the world and this is by far the most unprofessional museum. Visited Sept 2018.

Very cool collection of contemporary art. I thought that the thematic groupings by subject provided a new and interest way to draw connections between diverse art forms. The gardens are also incredible.

We had a great experience here, watching many beautiful creative paintings . There is also an exhibit about dominoes and we played there, the kids also played outside in a blue square, colored tables and hammocks. They show movies but we didn't watch any. In 2 or 3 hours we check everything out.

Food is great, the building is beautiful with hanging gardens and the gorgeous veranda facing the bay. The art can get a bit modern for my taste (I like art, but I'm not THAT into it to get all the modern stuff). Lots of cool things tho and I'm sure with a tour it would be great. Free admission on first Thursdays and Second Saturdays of the month, and that's really cool.

This museum it is so beautiful, modern, complete and impeccable. Their staff are very attentive and willing to give you all the information and indications you need. They are very organized and most of them are bilingual. They have variety of exhibitions and they offer tours to get more information on them. PAMM is good for all ages and when I went they even had a school field trip. This museum also has a restaurant which I can't wait to go to. On Thursdays night they have happy hours with DJ. See you soon on a Thursday PAMM!!!
