Failure to meet agreements, fail to deliver on time and reject blame on other departments. Don't take responsibility and leave customers out in the cold.
Customer service can do nothing more than hear your story, email you a report and wait days for you to call again.
If you as a consumer do not contact you yourself, you will stay at the bottom of the complaints pile.
Lousy organization.
Companies such as Gamma, Karwei or Hornbach generally DO understand how customer SERVICE should and think and DO contribute to a solution.
Praxis hides behind different departments and their retention of personal turnover.
Fiddlers.
