Please review your Klantservice department. I called on Saturday 1 hour after making an order. The guy said he will cancel it. I discover Monday it is being shipped to me. I send an email to the klant service. Then I receive multiple mails from different members of staff telling me different things.

Make 1 case file per customer complaint rather than letting different members of staff reply to the same complaint and make it clear what the process of receiving a refund is, as clearly it is not clear to the klantservics staff themselves.
