Outside wasn't very inviting and made me more nervous for my car theory. Staff didn't seem thrilled anyone was there either

Very easy to find. Visited Pearson Vue (4th floor) and the exam process was very smooth. Staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable. Environment was very conducive and free from distractions.

We were tennants in Wellington House for 5 years. We began as a start up and it gave us the flexibility to scale up and grow taking on more space. Site Management and Landlords were very supportive during our time there.

Really nice building, it's great that Colchester has its own center again. Having to travel to Ipswich for a theory test or CSCS test was a real pain. The center itself is a lovely building, the staff there are extremely friendly, they were more than happy to direct me to where I need to go. It's very clean, bright and welcoming. My only critique is that there is no place for public parking, on that side of town, having no parking is a real issue. The closest car park is on the other side of Southway.

I was there for DVLA theory test , test canter is on 4th floor , very nice , recpition lady on ground very helpful to give directions but very serious no smile , parking only for staff tho just few bulding away there is paid parking know as Butt street Parking , Few minutes walk from High street and Botolphs / Colchester Town station , just almost few yards away for Police Station

It's a reception and testing rooms in an older building. Staff at reception are helpful and the staff at the Pearson Vue centre for DVLA tests are great.

Good location. Dated building. Old office space. Low prices. OK parking but not fantastic

I have rented office space at Wellington House since 2002. I can honestly say that, in all of the time I have been a Tenant here, Wellington House has never looked more professional. There has been a big undertaking of refurbishment throughout the building, and the extensive work has proved a great success. My Clients are very impressed with the surroundings whenever they visit me. The fact that Wellington House is pretty much in the town centre makes it easy for everybody to access, as there are, clearly, regular bus routes within a few moments walk of the building, along with an NCP Car Park just a moments walk away. The Management of Wellington House, along with their dedicated front Reception team, are incredibly helpful, and they always portray an extremely approachable and dedicated manner - something that I find most important when my Clients are attending meetings with me. Came here for the driving theory test. There is no parking without a permit, but there is an NCP around the corner. The building seems pretty well kept up, and has lifts.

Serviced and unserviced offices to rent. Great location and facilities

Generic office building. No on-site parking for some visitors to the centre doing various courses/tests, but parking at nearby Butt Road car park

no parking for visitors and not very polite staff. On the plus side lots of different companies in one place and the toilets are clean. Park up at the car park on Southway and walk up. Disabled entrance and lifts available but I don't know if they will let you park.

What I imagine purgatory to be like. Utterly miserable.
