I bought marantz avr with 11.2 sound processing. Fare price. Delivered before promised time. And helped me and guide me to select thr best avr to suit my needs. I was planning to buy denon. But Khalid gave me options for marantz... trinov... denon... explained me all the advantage and disadvantage. That helped me to make the right decision on avr. Interesting products and Khalid is second to non customer service!

Customer service is unprofessional at all. Someone called Islam suppose to check for a speaker im looking for and reply to me, he never replied and when I called he hanged up the phone on me. I called the customer service and asked for what I need he was totally lost!

The best option in town, after sales is pretty excellent, day or night, regardless of how silly my requests were :)
