We went to check out a Ram 2500 truck and possibly trade in our Toyota Avalon. They tried to low ball us on the appraised value based on the lowest trim model which we do not have. No deal and we left. Do your homework before you shop here.

We absolutely love our new Durango! We went in knowing what we wanted and ordered it which was a very easy process. No pressure at all. Highly recommend asking for Shane as he is extremely personable and still follows up with us to see how we are liking our purchase. Other dealerships we went to were high pressure sales and we didn t feel comfortable like we did here. Will definitely come back when we re ready to replace our other vehicle.

Express lube is not express. Website says no appointment but when I drove in I was told I needed one because they work on vehicles that have appointments first. Don't expect a courteous reception if you just drop in for an express oil change. It took 2+ hours and they weren't happy I just came in without an appointment.
I inquired about a vehicle on the internet and was pleasantly surprised that it was not a teaser ad. When I arrived, Alex Sanchez provided a very pleasant sales experience that is rare in today's world. He was honest, straightforward and candid during the sales process while giving us an update at each step in the process. Went in just for a test drive and talked with Jim. He was a great guy who knew a lot about Jeeps and you could tell he had a passion for the vehicles he was selling. I gave them my budget and they did everything they could to get under what I could afford and I ended up driving away with a brand new 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Simple dealership, good crew, found me an impossible to find orange gladiator fullyloaded. Great to work with, very helpful and worked very hard to get me the best deal. These guys aren't smoke and mirrors with a fancy marble showroom filled with slick "what can I do to get you in the car today..." sales people. Efficient and easy couldn't ask for more lost a star for not being open on the weekends anymore but still good.
No drive in service; available appointments 2 weeks out. Leave your car and you might get it back in a week and a half. Never had this problem with Honda or BMW.

The staff was very friendly and helped me out after my car had issues that came up during the visit. By far the best customer service i have experienced here in the area, will be returning for more scheduled maintenance not only for my charger but my spouses charger as well.
My husband and I had such a nice experience here , up until they offered to pick up my trade in car and then left me hanging. if it wasnt such a hassle to back out (and good thing I m happy with my purchase) I would be using he 48 hour cool off and take my business elsewhere !!!! I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION TO ANYBODY. Which is sad because yesterday I had said I would recommend it. Shame on you guys for not keeping your word and just buttering is up so we don t leave and buy the vehicle.

I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200C yesterday from this dealership. I want to thank Cristian in internet sales who worked out the whole deal for me beforehand since I live 2 hours away. This would not have happened without him. He was excellent at getting in touch with me about the deal as it progressed, making sure everything was in order, etc. If you are interested in a vehicle here I highly recommend him.
Violet in sales was great as well, she took me for the test drive and showed me around the vehicle and it's features. She assisted us in filling out the credit paperwork and had answers to all of our questions about the process.
Shae in financing was wonderful too. He was very thorough and make sure I got all the coverage that I needed. He explained all the options clearly and went over the benefits of each so I would know exactly what I was getting as far as warranty and additional coverage.
The sales managers (unfortunately I can't remember his name) was essential in getting this deal done. When I hit a little snag in the deal he was quick to get the problem solved and made sure the deal is exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel like he was pushing me into anything I didn't want like I've experienced with other dealerships.

Few times in my life I've had a pleasant experience with car places. These guys were incredible. I went in to get my work truck serviced, and had not been here before. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They told me I'd be done around noon, but they actually had me in and out by 11:15! The man I was dealing with was a great help, and I'd definitely go back again. I apologize if the name is incorrect, but I believe his name was Ting.

Excellent service, very helpful. I called Jason in service to inspect my daughters 2018 Jeep for a recall. She brought her vehicle in and they got right to it. My daughter said she was treated well since I was not able to attend the appointment. We were pleased that our car didn't need a recall repair after inspection.
