They did a great job I have no problem with them working on my vehicle
I just bought a new Rubicon unlimited from these folks and I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Great treatment of the customer, excellent price on the vehicle, and no games - they exemplify superb customer service. Scott, Violet, Shea, Chuck, and Paul were great. They deserve your business!
The service department is awesome! Thing Nguyen is the best service manager ever.
UPDATE: Shay (Sales Manager at Poway Jeep) recovered the poor sales experience we had and honored the original deal we were looking for. He and his team were extremely professional and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to lookup Sylvia or Shay in future.
My wife and I went in to look at a used Jeep she thought she would like after seeing it online but ended up wanting one of the new models. The sales person (Silvia) was great and worked with us to get several cars our for a test drive, including the one on the showroom floor which my wife ultimatly wanted to buy. Once she had made up her mind, the cost game came into play as is always the case when buying a car.
We trade in cars for newer models almost every year so are very familiar with the process. That said, this time was worse than we had ever experienced. It started with the trade in we had which we checked on KBB as always prior to going in. 15k was about middle of the road so figured that wound be a fair trade value toward a 41K new Jeep. Initial offer on the table for our trade was 5K! It all went down hill after that...
Second time back it was the excuse that the mileage had been entered wrong on our trade with 10k as the new offer even after we made it clear that 15k was our number. They finally came back with 13K for the trade which might have worked to meet the 30K out of pocket we wanted to spend. But wait, there's more!
Now that we are getting closer to a deal, we agreed to cover the cost ($1,250) of the running boards ourseleves which were originally part of the deal to "help him out" with getting closer to the number we were looking for. What does he do on the third time back with new numbers? A story about how they forgot to add a market adjustment ($2,500) to the price of the jeep so would not honor the posted price. Again, this wasn't a random car on the lot, this jeep was in the showroom. How does a dealer forget to check that the price is posted accuratley? Had they honored the posted price both on the window of the Jeep innthe showroom and online, we would have written a check on the spot but apparently they didnt want our business.
This has to be the most dishonest experience we have ever had with a dealership.
In short, I would avoid this place since they don't seem to know what thier cars cost to start with or will simply play a game with you using ploys like opps we didnt know what the car cost so the price is now higher. Either way, the sales folks that run the numbers can't be trusted.
Unfortunately for Silvia who again was very nice and not at all pushy, she gets painted with the same brush.
I recently bought a car there and everyone seemed really nice until I came back a couple weeks with the car and already had brake problems. They had told me I can take it in if any problem occurred so I did and they were trying to make me pay for it. Everyone was really rude including the floor manager which is not how you're supposed to treat a customer. I wish there was 0 stars because their customer service was horrible. Never again.
Treat me and my Jeep with courtesy. Never a problem. Service writers are excellent.
Bad buying experience to start. Lied to from the get go which I guess is expected, but I just got the 1st oil change and the air filter was original at 23k!!! I bought at 18500. So they lied about servicing the truck too which really pisses me off. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
I m only giving one star because I was given decent service when I initially purchased my car otherwise if I could they wouldn t even deserve a single star. But after I purchased it has been nothing but a nightmare. 3-4 days into purchasing the car, the car was already having MAJOR issues that deeply impact the safety of the vehicle. When I tried contacting the dealership their reply was to take it to a Chevy dealership to have it inspected because it s not their specialty so to have the proper dealer look the car over. After having the car looked over the Chevy dealer found that it was electrical issues wrong with my car so it wouldn t be covered by powertrain warranty, and that my powertrain warranty is very limited because the car has an aftermarket part(which the dealer I purchased from told me would NOT be an issue). When I tried contacting the original dealers about what they can do to help, their reply was to get a lemon lawyer and pursue my options because there s nothing they will do to help. I blatantly expressed to them I DONT want to have to give the car back, I just want it fixed!! They have made me buying my dream car turn into a nightmare and I would NEVER recommend them! Absolute atrocity and worst car buying experience I ve ever had.
This was my first time buying a car with Poway Chryler and I have to say it was one of my best times. They gave me an amazing deal and I was actually able to walk away with a new car instead of a used car. Patrick Hall was very friendly and professional and willing to make sure that I was able to get a new car that I wanted. The buying experience was hassle free and felt very comfortable.
uld highly recommend buying a car here and ask for Patrick Hall!!!
Take my 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat here for Service. Although not the closest, I won't go anywhere else. These guys take great care of my Car and I'm VERY picky. Highly recommended.
Oil change was fast, although I didn't get to enjoy it. The Wrangler was stolen from my place 1 week after. Reminds me of the Hooligans (mexico biker gang) wrangler theft scheme.
Just bought a 14' Jeep Wrangler and couldn't be more pleased with it or the buying experience at Poway Jeep. The staff was friendly and patient. The sales guy was extremely knowledgeable about Jeeps. I would definitely recommend this place. I would shop there again without hesitation.
A very big Thank you to our salesman Shane, Manager Dean and Jeff in finance for going above and beyond in making our new truck shopping experience such a pleasure! Matt and I couldn t be happier with our new Grand Cherokee purchase
Julio helped me for weeks to find the right truck at the right price. He went above and beyond to help me make the choice I m absolutely happy with. After weeks of talking over phone the day I was finally available he wasn t working that day but gladly lined me up with a co worker Mark who helped me find the truck I was looking for at the price point I wanted. A 2019 RAM. What a awesome truck. I went with their financing Jeff worked extra hard to get me out of there in a timely manner so I could enjoy the rest of my Sunday in my new truck. Come Monday morning he calls me to tell me they got a even lower rate so I have lower payments. Icing on the cake, you never imagine a dealership to do that. I will refer friends and next time around for my 3rd RAM I will drive the 40m to go to poway ram because it s worth it.
High financing pressure from floor manager. Ran credit fourteen (14) times. They brought vehicle in from another dealer in OC (to accomodate interior preference). Tried to have me accept it very dirty and dusty. 1/2 tank of gas and wouldn't fill it up.
I recently just purchased my Ram 1500 in October & about a week ago we experienced our first rain. Long story short I attempted to use my windshield wipers & they were both broken. I called up the service department, spoke with Tony he advised me to bring in my truck to see what he could do. I showed up at service department & Tony completely took care of my wipers no questions asked. Excellent service & hardly any wait time, I m super impressed!! Thank you Poway Dodge & Tony!
Thank you very much for the tremendous customer service Julio Leon is the man. He made my dreams come true, I use to by my vehicles at Carl Burger. I will continue to go to Poway dodge just because of the experience. I look forward to future with your dealership.
Highly disappointed with the dishonesty of the Management.
My experience at this dealership has never been great, but my latest experience finally has me writing a review. My Jeep Grand Cherokee's water pump failed (under warranty) and as such I promptly filled it with coolant so my engine would not over heat. The coolant must have been wrong, so according to the dealership I needed a coolant flush (totally reasonable). However, they wanted an additional $200 for this task even though they had to replace the water pump which requires them to already empty out the current fluid. I understand I should incur an additional cost for the flush... but to charge $200 for something that costs $99-120 at other places... and they would already be in the area. I find this place a scam. To make matters worse... instead of explaining to me the problem, the service manager told me he would call me back and get to the bottom of it. I still have not received a call, nor am I expecting one. There are plenty of other good Jeep dealerships or mechanics, I suggest trying and calling around before heading to this place. Costs are one thing, but if you're going to a dealership at the very least you can expect good service. Absolute disgrace to Jeep dealerships everywhere.
UPDATE: RAM never fixed my vehicle/ got back in contact with me at all. I tried multiple times to have them do the warranty work that was needed because my van was out of service after telling me they would. Tinh never answered or called me back. I have heard negative things now from people working at Poway ram who contacted me privately about Tinh and his service reputation. I had to sell the van because of this. I have since bought a Ford Transit which has treated me much better.
I work out of a cargo van. Mine needed to have warranty work done because the battery exploded on everything. The dealership would not give me a loaner vehicle or rental. They sent me to a near by body shop to get a estimate on time for the repair so we avoid me having to leave it for extra time. (If I dropped it off it would take them 1-2 days on their own to get it in the body shop so they could give me a call just to tell me how long it may take for the repair)
The body shop didn't even give me a estimate and kept telling me to leave the van there.
I went back to the dealer because they sent me over to get a estimate and I couldn't get one.
The service advisor Tinh told me he would call me back the very next day once he spoke with the body shop to figure out the issue.
It has been a handful of days and I have yet to receive a call about that and finishing the process to fix my van.
Poway Chrysler exceeded my expectations with my recent oil change and tire rotation. Dennis was top notch, informative and met me outside when I pulled up. He had my truck ready 30 mins earlier than my guaranteed time. I highly recommend you stop by and see Dennis for your Chrysler Dodge or Ram service.
Good place. Drive in oil change requests appointments, so it's not really drive-in.
very misleading schedule of repair service by Gary Andrews and no customer support by management.
Bad service..after purchased vehicle. Didnt take care of problems
Bought a Jeep Compass from Brandon... hands down best customer service ever. Since I bought the car after hours, he washed the car for me, drove my old car home, and got me an amazing deal. Paid 22K with leather seats and touch screen.
I recently purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 and the experience was great, fast and easy.
On several occasions I have brought my 18 Jeep Wrangler JLU Moab into the service department and have been seriously treated with kindness, integrity and efficiently. My service managers Jason and Tony have show me how committed they are to customer satisfaction and how they seriously care about their customers. Several times that I have brought my jeep in there they have been highly focused on solving issues. This includes the last time that I drop my jeep off for some minor work to be done on some trim pieces, they noticed some noises coming from underneath my Jeep and immediately got on that issue. I waited in the service department no more than 15 minutes and Jason came in and said I have a rental car for you. Can you leave your Jeep overnight? Not only did they give me a rental car, they put me in a Jeep grand Cherokee that was brand new. They advised me the next day that they would let me know what the problem was. That following morning Tony called me to advise me that they were replacing the front axle shafts.
Tony kept me up-to-date on when I would receive my vehicle back. He did not overpromise but he did go above and beyond to make sure I felt like a special customer.
Thank you to the team there at Poway Jeep Chrysler for their top notch service! This something that other dealerships should strive to be. Thank you
I pre-checked pressure in A/C before I brought it in for what was a control or switch problem. They said it needed a $200+ leak test, said pressure was low. Total robbery. I again checked pressure at home - no problem. Other shop replaced a bad switch for $40. Looks like if anyone mentions an A/C problem, they figure they can rip them off for a leak test. Never to return.
John took the Jeep in for routine service. First off, Jason was ready, and did set up an appointment. When John-(I) arrived, Jason checked me in and directed me to the customer waiting area. Before long, Jason told me the Jeep was ready and directed me to check-out to sign papers. When finished there, the Jeep was in the drive, pointed out. Thanks Jason
Went in for a few issues, recalls, check engine, software updates.
Thinh was my service advisor, super nice, very transparent - great experience.
My last service was at the Escondido location where they told me I needed new tires despite the fact that I had just purchased the truck from them with new tires on it!( unreal)
Once I pointed out i had just purchased the truck a few weeks prior they treated me differently which is simply unacceptable-
I ll never go back to Escondido service department.
Poway service was top notch ! And Thinh was very helpful, and explained everything very well.
Spectacular service! I was thoroughly impressed by the ease of the car (Jeep) buying process here at Poway Jeep.
I am so grateful to have my car diagnosed and fixed by "poway dodge". So much so, I decided to overlook and not complain about an "oily rag" and "random loose rubber" left underneath the hood of my car...However, I decided to stop by when I realize that my dash board light (gear) indicator was not working. I spoke with "Thinh Nguyen" he immediately was argumentative, talking loudly, extremely defensive and very matter fact that I was the problem. Telling me, that he's sure his mechanics did nothing wrong. He did not take one quick look to even see what I was referencing as a concern. He was aggressively overeating and I could not talk reasonsibly with him...so I left with no resolve!!! "Thinh Nguyen" ("Ting", nickname) is short in stature and appear gracious...but not so much.
Maarten over at Dodge in Poway made the proses of getting into this car a very easy proses. Thank you dodge and Maarten!!!
Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Poway Chrysler. Shaw Shademan was extremely helpful and attentive. Hands down the best experience purchasing a vehicle. Would highly recommend and make sure to ask for Shaw.
Had the pleasure of custom ordering my Charger through this dealership. Definitely the best Dodge dealership I have worked with in the San Diego area. Very respectful staff. Straight to the point and honest. Ask for Shane, he will hook you up.
I have been take my Chrysler to Poway Chrysler since I purchased it in 2017.
The 1st time I went there the service advisor was poor at best.
I told a friend this and she said I need to ask for Jason. I ask for Jason the next time I went in and his service has been satisfactory and above. I have had him be my service advisor since.
Today I dropped my Chrysler, I received a Text from a Tony saying he would be my service advisor. I texted back asking if I could please have Jason as my advisor because I trusted and been happy with him.
I was told in no uncertain terms, could Jason be my advisor, since he now only handles oil changes and tune up.
They repaired my care but I found the service advisor Tony to be extremely condescending.
From this point forward I will be taking the my Chrysler elsewhere.
Pleasant and Knowledgeable sales staff, no pressure or stall tactics, completely satisfied with my experience. I would recommend coming here first if you are looking for a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram vehicle. Keep up the great work.
Thank you very much for the tremendous customer service Spener! You and your team were great! First time buying a car and I had a great experience! If you are considering a new or used car, I definitely recommend coming here, they work hard and honest to earn your business. I'll be going to them from now on! Thank you !
The Service department took great care of my wife's JK Wrangler
Just bought a 14' Jeep Wrangler and couldn't be more pleased with it or the buying experience at Poway Jeep. The staff was friendly and patient. The sales guy was extremely knowledgeable about Jeeps. I would definitely recommend this place. I would shop there again without hesitation.
Beware of additional fees besides normal tax and licensing. We had agreed on a price for a used car with existing features. When I asked for a break down of costs, an additional fee was added regarding a vehicle security system "SWAT". The security system was not in the description of the car nor was it mentioned to me on the test drive. I told them I did not want the security system. They stated they had already put it in the car and If I did not want "SWAT" I would have to pay a higher cost for the car then initially agreed upon. Needles to say I did not purchase the vehicle.
A very pleasant experience. Casey and Tamara really worked with me and took my opinion and words into account. The best car buying experience I have had so far.
Amazing experience with the service department. Dennis was my service contact. He was very professional and knowledgeable, when my truck was ready, Dennis connect me to the complimentary shuttle service to Get a ride to the dealership. Dennis was very friendly and thorough. The service was exceptional! I highly recommend!
To ALL Jeep/Chrysler Owners,
Please DO NOT WASTE your time and money with the Service Dept in Poway Chrysler. My wife just experienced one of the worst customer service and absolutely disregard to help their customers. This Service Advisor Tony is one of the Laziest, Unprofessional , Disrespectful Advisor we have ever met. He is in the wrong business !!!
Stay away from this dealership. I bought a pre-owned car for $12,000+ back in July and by December it needed a transmission replacement. Make yourself a favor and do not go near that place. My brother and I test drove the car before purchasing it. It sounded normal to us when we drove it, and the car had low mileage on it. If you want to buy a pre-owned car in there just make sure you go with a mechanic. I am college student and it took me years to come up with that money, and unfortunately it went to waste cause I chose to put my trust in the people at that dealership. Please becareful guys.
The staff were a joy to work with. They answered every question I had, and operated with complete transparency regarding costs and fees. Not only that, they did all they could to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
The help in the service department was very knowledgeable and very efficient
Great service quick and efficient friendly people very impressed that they wash my van after a simple little service. Jason the service writer was very on top of everything. I will be doing business with Poway Dodge when I need service in the future.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was completed promptly. This is my first visit. But after my first visit I will return
I went in for an oil change on Saturday morning. Normally you need an appointment but they were able to fit me in between other appointments. Denise was super professional and friendly. I had a wonderful experience there and will definitely return again.
Such a great experience! The sales rep Shane that assisted us made buying our first dodge so easy. He has such a great attitude and made us comfortable the entire time. The process was so easy and we didn t just sit around waiting to see what was next. Everyone was constantly making us feel welcomed and made sure our car buying experience was perfect.
Just bought a 2018 Grand Cherokee and I love it. Had a very good time at the dealership. Brendon was my salesman and he was cool as heck. Very laid back and we got along very well. Francisco was the manager that night and we got the deal done. Wasn't exactly what I wanted in price but pretty close and still happy as long as the follow up is done. I truly believe in "CARma" and everyone should be satisfied with the deal. I recommend Poway Jeep with no doubt!
It was a great experience from start to finish. Told them what we were looking for and took me right to them. Explained the models to us and found us a truck in a very short time. Went quickly and smooth. Very fair pricing.
Fast, efficient and resolved issues
Great customer service
I was looking for a new truck and i went to lots of dealers, i chose Poway Dodge. Great service, no pressure and i purchased an incredible EcoDiesel pick up very very happy.
Received an offer through truecar.com personalized and exclusive to the shopping request. The dealership refused to honor their own email offer and instead wanted $20,000 over MSRP for a truck. Classic bait and switch. Rude people, definitely does not deserve any sort of business
This was the first time I've been to a dealership that I wasn't followed or attacked by sales people. Everyone who works there was very friendly. Our deal took a bit long but only because the finance manager worked extra to get us a better deal, so it was worth the wait. They even put a bow on the car (because it's my Christmas present) for us. We went just to look at a Charger and I ended up driving it home!
The dealer has taken care of me each time my vehicle has had a problem. As you know it is logical for any work being done to take some time, and when warranty claims are associated, expect this dealership to go bat for you.
Thank you Tony for your remarkable service and professionalism.
PCJDR is my go to RAM dealer for service. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are receiving the best possible service.
Recently had my Jeep Patriot serviced here. The service I received as excellent. Dan Robbins kept me up-to-date on the repairs taking place and was extremely courteous. I highly recommend.
Very friendly, expedient, and professional. Worked through our budget and concerns. Were very helpful in describing and explaining all of the ins and outs of our purchase. Shane was very helpful through the whole process and patient in answering questions and allowing us to care for our toddler. Dean was very adamant in making sure our needs were met when it came to crafting a deal that worked for both parties.
I inquired about a vehicle on the internet and was pleasantly surprised that it was not a teaser ad. When I arrived, Alex Sanchez provided a very pleasant sales experience that is rare in today's world. He was honest, straightforward and candid during the sales process while giving us an update at each step in the process. Poway Auto Group collectively made this a enjoyable experience but Alex was the key.
A very pleasant experience. Casey and Tamara really worked with me and took my opinion and words into account. The best car buying experience I have had so far.
I've never really had that ONE car, that ONE BEST car that you reminisce about ... you know ... the one you talk about at cocktail parties or when you hook up with your high school buddies and tell remember when stories ...
Well, my husband bought me THAT car last night. The best part ... he woke up this morning and said, "You know I've never said this before ... but this is the ONLY TIME the ONLY TIME (he repeated himself twice so you gotta know he's serious) I've ever bought a car and didn't wake up the next morning with buyer's remorse." SWEET!
If you're serious about buying a car, Patrick Hall is your "Go To" guy. First off, Patrick knows cars .... he's a motorhead. If he can't answer your question, he'll bulldog it 'til he finds the answer. And damn if Patrick wasn't more excited about the car than we were! Patrick was like a little kid anxious to share all the cool things about this awesome bad black SRT8 Dodge Challenger.
UPDATE: Shay (Sales Manager at Poway Jeep) recovered the poor sales experience we had and honored the original deal we were looking for. He and his team were extremely professional and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to lookup Sylvia or Shay in future.

This was the worst experience at a dealership and a complete waste of my time. The salesperson did not listen at all even though we were very specific about what we were looking for. Very disappointed.
Made an appointment, they were the only Dodge service center that had a human answer the phone. Would recommend to others in the future.
Mr. Thinh is the best service person at Poway chrysler Jeep! In fact in the tpp three service people I have ever delt with!!! And I have had several cars in my life. Very knowlageable, listens to request for service, and complaints too! Very understanding, comunicates with the timing through out the service. Strongly recommend you ask for him for your service needs! ***Attention*** the dealer should give him a raise or definitely give him s bonus!!! Kudo's Thinh!!! Take him a starbucks gift card hes deserbed it to those getting service!!!
Doing an online search I found the 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the options I wanted at Poway Jeep. The Jeeps with these options were 'in transit' to other dealerships in the area but the one at Poway Jeep was in the available inventory and also had a dealer discount which seemed odd for a brand new model. Thinking this was too good to be true I called ahead to ask if the vehicle was still available and the friendly woman who answered the phone (Isabel) said it was.
I went in to take a look at the Jeep that afternoon and committed myself to buying it immediately. They honored the dealer discount and I got a good deal on my trade in and a good price on some additional accessories, an extended warranty, and a maintenance contract. The finance department (Jeff) even beat the terms of my bank's pre-approved auto loan! The salesman (Martin) made the whole purchase experience pleasant and was extremely patient and helpful as we moved my stuff to the new vehicle.
The next day I noticed that there were troubling differences with the new maintenance contract compared to my past maintenance contract with a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. When I raised this issue to the finance department (Jeff) he literally bent over backwards to resolve the issue promptly and to my satisfaction. He followed up with me every time he said he would which is a rarity in customer service especially in my experience with previous dealerships. It turns out some features of the maintenance contracts changed from 2010 to 2015 but I was 10,000% satisfied with the resolution we came to.
The excellent attitude to customer service extended to my interactions with the service department (Gary), parts department (Joe), and 'The Jeep Guy' (Jim). I've never felt inclined to write a review of a dealership experience but I feel so well taken care of and so amazed at the level of customer service I received that they earned it. Thanks Poway Jeep!
AMAZING! The exact vehicle we were looking for was not in Poway Ram's inventory but they found it, traded for it and delivered it to us at the Poway dealership...washed & full of gas!!
INCREDIBLE! All of the staff involved...from Chris & Paul at the Sales Desk, to Sylvia the Sales Representative who explained all of our Ram 1500's features to us & married our cell phone contacts into the system to Alex in Finance who went through all of our documents/contract and spoke in layman's terms that we could easily understand.
If you are looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram make this Poway dealership your first stop...YOU WILL BE AMAZED TOO!
Very good pricing on our new Ram Truck, exactly what we needed and we drove our truck that very same day... awesome staff!
Dont trust all the fake 5 star reviews here. Where to start... Everyone is in a rush/panic mumbling and steamrolling. Vehicle service is poor, expensive, and untrustworthy. Products are issue prone and of lower quality/value. Company seems to be living on their name which they will sell to anyone. Sorry guys this must be a horrible place to work.
My husband Gary and I have purchased many cars in our years, but have never had a dealership treat us with such bad service.
Two weeks ago we very excitedly purchased a 2014 Jeep from Poway Chyrsler Jeep Dodge Ram. We made sure when signing the finance papers (on a Sunday) that they were getting the Jeep we wanted - the VIN number was on the contract we walked out of the dealership with. It was located in another dealership - it would take a few days - we trusted them handed over our pink slip/trade in and signed all contracts.
We called on Monday to check in - and was told it would take 3-5 days - THEN we were called on Tuesday and we were told the Jeep was no longer available - My husband was actually asked . . . what were we looking for in a car? We were upset - so upset that we called the dealership that the Jeep was being transferred from.
Guess what - the Jeep we purchased was sitting at the other dealer - I was asked if I wanted to test drive it . . . I called and spoke to the Manager at Poway - his name is Shea - I asked Shea to go to the dealer and pick up the car he sold me - I asked him to speak to the General Manager - he refused. My husband went in that afternoon - picked up our pink slip and all paperwork - then we did what he wouldn't do - we drove up to the other dealer and purchased the same car TWICE (yes I have two contracts with the same VIN).
I have placed a formal complaint with Jeep over this dealer. I have my Jeep - which I am VERY happy with . . . not happy with what I had to go through to get it.
I always take my Jeep here for service. The people are nice and they've always finished faster than expected. Every time I've gone in there they've been able to fit me in early for my appointment and get me out of there quicker. They also have a courtesy shuttle which is awesome.
Another one star review for Poway Chrysler Jeep, how surprising. Lol. My salesperson Christian seemed like a very nice and pleasant gentleman. I wanted to purchase a 2012 Honda Civic, they had an aggressive and fair price, however, this friendly price had a hidden disadvantage.
If I wanted to purchase this vehicle, I was required to purchase an aftermarket product (Lo Jack).
Don't be fooled by the price, they are going to add some pretty intense out the door fees. Christian tried to mislead me by stating that extra LoJack fee was apart of my taxes.. Obviously he didn't realize that I was capable of calculating my 8% tax rate. Lol.. At least they offered to discount the Lo Jack.
Pretty funny experience.
Greg from Chrysler was able to pick up my car and take it to the service center. Tony was great with keeping me informed of all the updates! I would highly recommend this service center, they did a great job!!
Great experience at Poway Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. From the initial conversation with Christian in the Internet Dept, on to the final paperwork with Jeff..everything was very smooth. Joey was very extremely helpful in explaining all the features of the truck, outstanding service. The manager Scott helped us get a great rate. We'll definitely be going here for our next vehicle.
