They get three stars because I haven't made a purchase yet. I read through a lot of reviews and seem excited yet hesitant. Samantha Heald is my rep and has been awesome. She calls me back at the times I ask. So as far as customer service it's a 5 star so far. I am skeptical on the list. From what I read that seems to be the major issue with people. I received a sample list about 8 months ago and at least half of the businesses on the sample list are permanently closed. I addressed this concern with Samantha. She said they can get me an updated list with more detailed demographic breakdown. This is now the deciding point for my business. If they can come through with a solid list to businesses that are open, within my demographic and they all get delivered then this will turn into a 5 star review! I have high hopes and expectations!
