I agree with the other reviewers. They might be accommodating when you want to have the wall installed, but you'll pay for it on the back end.

We were forced to because they have an exclusive agreement with our apartment. When they came to install our wall years ago, they wanted to put it diagonally across our living room (seriously?!) then charged us several hundred more to have it go straight across. When I called to schedule removal of the wall with over a month's notice, they said they are fully booked and can only accommodate us 2 weeks before our move out date. Furthermore, they said that since we never "renewed the lease" on our wall they would charge us for the removal. I asked why I never received a notice of the lease expiration and a form to renew and Kim replied "that's on you, not us." This company is extremely irresponsible, unaccommodating and a total sham.
