Been to Portillios once before. Great food. However my Office is right next door, and when I called to place an order, I told the woman that I'm a security enforcement officer and cant leave my post, I asked if they could deliver? The require a $15 minimum order price before the delivery charge of $1.99. And asked if I would give a $3.00 tip. I canceled my order. $20 for a sandwich, order of onion rings, taxes, delivery fee, tip fee. What else can I pay you for?! Customer service is disgraceful.
I would not recommend anyone to order delivery from them since they refuse to deliver under $15 order, less than the length of a football field away. They have lost my respect and my family's as well.

Drive through busy so persons outside took my order. Didn't capture everything, corrected with delivery to.my car, but took 15 minutes to correct the missed item..asked for fresh fries due the wait. Not a problem. Offered a slice of cake for the delay, but didn't receive.

Horrible service screwed all of our orders up and got mad at fixing what we paid for!!

Italian beef was on, as always. My son enjoyed his first chocolate cake shake. Service is consistently efficient and friendly.

Side of cheese wasn't even half full,,stuffy employees,no thank you nothing.No pasta or chocolate cake.Hhhmmm...

I go to Portillo's about once or twice a week. Hotdogs are delicious. They also have good salads. I eat burgers more often these days than other items. They are inexpensive but very tasty. I also like the atmosphere of the restaurant! When you participate in the survey, which is printed on the receipt, you get fries for free. I've never had bad experience at Portillo's. Five thumbs up~~!!!

I normally would only have good things to say about Portillo's but today I dont. Went through DT placed order $51.66 I get home and all 3 sandwiches are wrong, not dipped, no peppers, no cheese, fries just thrown in bad with no care. No straws for the milkshakes. Took the manager 9 minutes to come to the phone. SMH

They have the best Italian Beefs. And you need a scooner of beer to go with it.

I really enjoy portillo's they have a lot of different items to order. I did have Italian beef sandwiches they were very delicious.

I go to this location several times a month and have always had good luck. While things have calmed down since its opening, it is rare to see things not busy here throughout the day. Coming at an off-time can make the difference between spending 5 minutes in the drive-through or almost 20.

In the past year, Portillo's introduced online ordering, which is a big time saver; all one has to do is walk inside and pick things up at a separate counter (2 minutes, possibly).

What can you say bad about this place.. NOTHING.. Its delicious

Hit the spot for chili cheese dog and cheese fries. Keep it simple, it works.

The food was fine, but they need to train some of their younger staff to stop rolling their eyes at customers when they make a request. I had it happen to me twice tonight.

Crazy busy but that's because they have good food and loads of it. Can get loud around meal time.

Always plenty of variety on their menu. I love the beef sandwich. MMMMMM GOOD FOOD on I want to try the pasta next visit.. there are plans to build one in Davenport IA. Hope they will consider East moline or Moline

Eating in the restaurant is excellent. However, if using a delivery service it's not great. We used Door Dash to schedule an order for between 5PM and 5:30PM (assuming we would get it around 5:15PM). We received a text that the food left the store at 4:38PM. The food was here at 4:45PM. It should not have been available for pickup at the store 22 minutes before the earliest scheduled delivery time (we live 5 minutes away). Not only was the food too early, it was already cold and soggy. We won't ever order from here for delivery again.

The Italian beef was dry and not very tasteful but the chocolate malt was wonderful and their fries are good

It's very noisy place but they do a good job getting you served.

This place was amazing. When I took one bite of their food I said "I don't know what food is anymore!"

What's not good here? My favorites are The Big Beef served to your profection. Their fries and cheese sauce is another fave. All their Salads, and Marinara Mostocolli also baked marinara Mostocolli are.good. I've tried just about every thing from here. Portions are a plus! Overall if you're.looking for a good hot dog or beef sandwhich Portillos is the place! :) Oan make sure you grab a dessert on your way out!!

Ordered a Maxwell. The first one was given to another customer. After 20 more minutes waiting, I was served a Chicago dog with a Polish on it. The counter worker insisted that it was a correctly prepared Maxwell. It was not.

Portillo's has good Italian beef sandwiches. Fries and onion rings seem a bit too salty. Have not been able to try the shakes. Seems to be down when I go for one. The drive through method is unique and seems very efficient. Prices are fair. Only wish would be more Chicago style with a walk up counter to eat at.

Been a fan since 1971. Can't go wrong with Portillos.

My order is usually messed up when I come here. I get the chopped salad and twice I've had no chicken. Besides that, it is usually missing an ingredient. Had the burger today and it was cold. The bun had two bottom buns on it. Not sure why I keep returning...

Food quality is great, sometimes length of time to wait is excessive ..staff is always friendly.

Advice: if you use the drive-through, it's best to go when things are slow. That's the difference between having 3-4 cars in line or 15-20. Inside, it has a very nice decor to look at and the same attentive service as well.

I mostly go here for the Italian beef and I am never disappointed; the hot dogs are good too. Compared to other drive-thru chains, it is a little bit more expensive, but well worth trying.

First time visit at this location. Horrendous parking! Must part at the outside lot and walk past the dinner thru exit. Not crowded like other locations. Food is excellent but expensive. Smaller portions on the beef/sausage combo.

Never had a bad meal from Portillo's very fast and clean

Portillos is a great choice if you are looking for an All-American cuisine.

I love this place. We used to go to the one in oak park when my daughter was in hospital. Great food no matter where its at!!

Portillo's is one of our families favorite - we always stop here on our way to Chicago.
The italian beef, Maxwell st. Polish, Chop Salad and Cheese Fries are our favorites.

Pro-tip - if you love the italian beef, take some home with you. You can purchase it in the store and it travels and heats up great for a party!

Food was delicious. Large menu to choose from so I know I will be back to try some of the many things on the menu I like.

Delicious food, excellent prices, excellent service. I recommend their chocolate cake slice (it's worth the price), as well as their large fry with cheese! One of my favorite places in Rockford.

Still amazed how they can handle a rush without skipping a beat. Quality food and extremely good customer service. Will always come back when I'm in the area.

Great tasting hot dogs, but very pricey and they messed up the order, but I'll try again because the food was great.

Always always check your food before ordering it, I ordered from this location 2 weeks ago and they got my order wrong I called the manager to let them know and he was very rude. He offer me a bogo free coupon that never came in the mail! This location sucks

Hotdogs are best in town, burgers tend to be a bit greasy, fries are okay. Desserts are wayy to sweet in my opinion.

Paid for extra meat and didn't get it twice ask for sports peppers and didn't get it cold onion ring they even forgot my cup of cheese and napkins
