they are generally ok, two things bothered me.
first, when I came to leave the car, the man explained to me that the driver could break during the repair, and that it was my risk. they didn't tell me this when I was scheduling a repair over the phone.
second, damaged glass (bubbles in depth) remained after repair. they explained to me that the damage was great, etc .... so before repairing ask what they can do
