Wonderful and easy to navigate modern airport. More and more connections

Very nice building with a spacious interior. I am always happy when I come back here from my short trips to other places.
For the convenience of tourists, one should think about better communication of this place with the rest of the city. For now, the city sees nothing wrong with the fact that access from the airport can take longer than the flight itself from our dream vacation.
I hope the city does something about it.
Greetings and fingers crossed for the city's initial project. I am referring to the creation of a railway station and connecting it to the entire network, so important in the urban space, of the downtown railroad.

Great airport! Near the city. Many directions to different places throughout Europe. Recently, another part of the car park was added, so finding a place is no problem. Terminal very clean transparent, friendly service.

Easily accessible by taxi or by clean means and strict price controls inside a little more expensive but you can also pay in euros

Well organized airport. No queues. There is never a problem with parking. I subtract one star for the lack of any hotel in the immediate vicinity of the terminal.

For small water (500 ml) in the duty free zone PLN 6.50 is a big exaggeration in my opinion.

Great airport for a small, regional. Usually, as I was flying, I saw that the emphasis is on cleanliness, I also didn't have problems with service, but there is one tiny minus quite few flights and a lot of emphasis is placed on charters and so-called low-cost lines would be great if you could limit Ryanair and Wizzair a little and replace them with national lines, I know that some may not be able to afford lines like Lufthansa etc. but if there was a greater selection of these national lines. I hope that soon this airport will develop so much that it will be in the 10th or 20th place in the ranking of airports in Europe, because I like this city and I grew up here.

If you have chosen a bus, then from the airport to the city it is easiest to get there. Exit the building and go left to the bus stop. They go to the railway station, numbers # 106 and # 406 (Dworcowa - Port Lotniczy). Dworcowa stop, on the street of the same name, is 200 meters in front of the main train station. Buses run every 20-30 minutes. The road to the airport takes about 35 minutes if there are no traffic jams on the roads.
The fare is 3 z . Ticket vending machines are located inside buses, but they accept credit cards for payment. Cash machines are at some stops. If you expect a bus at the bus stop, it is better to use the machine. The ticket must be stamped at the entrance to the bus.

A brilliant airport. I love to fly from Wroclaw, a great bus connection to the city center and a nice airport.

Big, clean airport. Before the search on the second floor there is a cafe with normal prices. After checking the windows along the soft loungers and ottomans.

There is no elevator, among others, at stand 5. With a child, a pram, hand luggage and a backpack, without the kindness of other travelers, it is impossible to handle all things at once, along two flights of stairs to the airport apron. The staff does not pay attention to the possibility of helping people who travel alone and need help with carrying their luggage downstairs.

The port is several years old and everything is falling on each side. Something is hanging there. Something is being built. No parking, or rather toilet parking spaces, as if for a medicine. Tragedy and it's an international port?

A good airport, clean and efficient. The park outside is an excellent choice for travelers waiting for their flight. As to the cons, there are only few places to eat at the airport, as well as restrooms are not always clean.

A small airport by European standards, very compact and convenient. On the first (ground) floor there is an arrivals area, check-in counters, an information office, a passenger service point, cafes, restaurants, shops, a currency exchange office, etc.

Modern airport, however, poorly designed. I warn all parents with small children that the elevator is supposed to be, but it does not work, or there is no person to operate it, or as I was informed on 9/01/16 The Lord of the elevator is busy helping a disabled person. As a result, you have to cope alone and hug the stroller with the child up the stairs !!! In addition, a huge minus for the service! On my question about a very pleasant and annoyed stroller, the Lord told me to stand in a queue and wait as everyone else to get down the stairs with the cart and luggage. Zero willing to help and solve somehow this absurd situation. The 21st century and in Wroclaw further anesthesia straight from the PRL, not to mention security reasons ...

Very convenient airport. Small, comfortable, there is wi-fi, everything is simple and clear. All checks are fast, very attentive (attentive in a good way) to passengers with children.

A large airport but well coordinated. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are a few shops at the airport, but the prices are not high. There are several large parking lots at the airport, a few steps from the schedule. Easy access.

Small but very convenient airport. With a good entrance. Large parking area. Clean with the essentials. It is convenient to get there both by your own and by public transport.

Well-arranged, modern, very clean. In front of the airport there is a park-like facility with sun loungers, so you can comfortably wait for the departure or the pick-up.

I fly a lot from Wroclaw and I always try to fly and fly mainly here. Service at Check-in stands varies, but it is usually nice. Once, I came across a gentleman who was not very nice and he actually looked like he was working there as a punishment, did he have any grief for people who were flying to the UK, I don't know. He also made a problem that he would issue me a boarding pass and he began to think that there are applications for the phone blah blah .. please download the card to the phone, what should I understand that Check-in deals only with baggage? The second thing is security control where everything goes quickly and efficiently, they are
much worse pilot, e.g. Manchester or Birmingham where sometimes you wait over 1 hour, and here quickly and efficiently max. 5-10 minutes. The third thing is prices in the Duty Free zone. Are
expensive and, for example, perfume prices are no different from those in Douglas or Sephora perfumeries. And at the end it's a gastronomic offer, which for me is 2/10 seriously and still expensive, especially Flying Bistro where the food does not knock down. The airport is clean and tidy.

Samol airport is ok. Instead, do something with the taxi that is waiting for customers under the terminal. How is it possible that you pay 3x more for the same course than in another corporation? PLN 50 for magnolias? No wonder that opinions and cautions circulate among travelers not to get into them. Even while standing and waiting for honest taxis ordered by phone you can overhear how gentlemen taxi drivers occupying the airport are nervous that nobody wants to get in them. The height of restraint was the taxi driver, who was outraged that I did not get into the first cab in the queue (20 year old Mercedes) drove me for a triple rate like a sack of potatoes to the address indicated.

I really like this airport, and an interesting thing that many people do not know is the option of binding through the VIP area for an additional charge. It seems to make sense in times of the virus - smaller crowd, these matters :)

Several times I flew from this airport in different directions and everything went smoothly without any problems. No crowding and no queues, helpful staff.

On July 1st I had my departure and waited for the qr code and went to check-in and they took me back ... after a thorough search of my e-mail, the code ended up in spam .... I would never have found it myself. help was linden.

The airport is not friendly for families with young children and pregnant women! 1.5 hours standing in a queue and no chairs, benches or priority line. The service informs you that you have to stand in line!

Extremely expensive, even for an airport. Small bottle of water costs 9PLN, Regular Coffee cost 20PLN. A small piece of bread 9PLN.
Bring food with you for the flight - it will save you much much money.

Every woman is jealous and mean, from the ladies at the baggage check-up to the ladies from the customs and border service, etc. Very handsome gentlemen, maybe I winked so irritated the woman in blond hair on the belt where my luggage was checked well

The tragic level of people at the border control. Ignorance, rudeness and lack of culture towards all passengers. Either lack of standards or serious problems with recruiting employees. The port itself pleasant and well organized, it's a shame that, as usual, the wrong people ruin the experience. All in all, I am ashamed of them, there is still a lack of understanding of who works for whom in some state-owned companies.

Terminal clean and tidy

Possibly the best Airport in Poland. Fast connections by public transport, very kind service, everything is hygienically clean, and despite the size it has a nice variety of destinations.

A cozy airport, modern interior. There are several shops and bars. You can buy something and eat something. I waited for luggage for 15 minutes. there is not such a tragedy.

If you want to eat something, I recommend that you pack something in your backpack because the prices at the airport knock you on your knees PLN 8 for a small bottle of water. Few places available in the terminal, good access from the Terminal hotel. When it comes to access to the airport, e.g. from the center, it is terrible because it takes up to 2 hours or departure from the airport, a similar situation here, so I advise you to be patient. Service is not the worst. The airport is not big so you can easily find out what is where, if necessary, you can ask security who is very nice

Edited for the needs of the answer: yes, PLN 5 for a small bottle and the food by weight is not fresh, it smells like reheated, it shines amazingly with oil, no vegetarian options apart from a few vegetables

I will skip long waiting for luggage after arrival and not very nice border guards, because these are secondary issues. What we found after coming to the car is a mockery. Deep features that absolutely do not look like accidental light door bumps by people getting in the cars standing next to them. Clearly feel them under your fingers. As if that was not enough, the traces are visible on all doors. Immediately we went to the parking office, we were informed by a person working there to report it to the port coffers, every little while later we did. After waiting for a moment, the airport employee went to take pictures of the damage with us, which was to help us write the complaint. We precisely described the problem and the answer we received was: We are very sorry about the parking damage. Please report the matter to the police. Seriously? We pay for a car park where you do not know what to report to the police in case of such situations? The situation took place on Tuesday. I sincerely doubt that the police would take care of this matter after a few days, moreover, I do not know what they could do if there are no cameras in the parking lot. We might as well leave the car in the middle of nowhere, because the level of protection would be the same and maybe at least no one would destroy the door in the car. Since you do not want to be responsible for damage done to the parking lot, you may not charge for it, otherwise it is not the goal. I definitely do not recommend leaving any money there.

Decent little airport with shops, cafes and a rather good priority pass lounge

One of my favorite ports! Quick check-in, quick baggage collection, no million shops to go through to get to the gates, perfect size for so many passengers. It is a pity there is no lounge room for FT
