A total toilet tragedy worse than a pereel restroom clogged up leaking from it, water in taps icy no hand dryers only paper towels, seating benches only a few pcs, prices from space. The price for parking is probably sucked more expensive than in seaside or mountain resorts. The only plus is the renovated building. The megaphones are so loud that you have to hear your ears and being in the restaurant you can not hear anything. As to the toilet, they look better on mops on the highway.
Restaurant hmmm coffee is probably imported from the states that such a price, because it is cheaper in Austria in parking lots. Business card of the Wroclaw airport for arrivals & nothing but recommend.

Luggage control was fast and easy. That's the only thing positive to say about this airport.

I didn't use the shops, so no rating for that.

For the small size, which is usually a good indicator of easy path finding (less size, less complexity); it has the worst navigation I've seen, even on larger airports like Frankfurt and Newark.

It starts at the entry hall, where the symbol for customs (and goods to declare) looks strangely familiar like the security symbol (for luggage control) on other international airports.

The first 6 gates are easy to find(as you just run past them) and you can sit there comfortably.

Gate 7 to 12 is behind a wall of glass and doors, which is due to security as they control your passport before entering.
As usual I was early at the airport and just wanted to get to my gate (7) their navigation sign is like 7-12 go there... So I followed and queued at the passport control behind gate 12. Just to get rejected by the customs officer as this wasn't Gate 7... Even tho you can easily see that 7 to 12 are somehow connected... The area before Gate 7 was empty, so I sat down at Gate 6 and watched like 30 people all trying to open one of the glass doors at Gate 7... Because it's just not clear, how to get into the restricted area... As I'm still sitting here, I'm guessing the customs booth nearer to the gate will eventually open. But the navigation and the provided information regarding "where to go now???" is still really bad and needs to be called out...

Clearly when planes arrive is a huge surprise for border control hence the UNACEPTABLE DELAY IN GETTING THROUGH PASSPORT CONTROL this evening. Disgraceful and inhumane in these temperatures.

The airport is very nice, everything is well marked, it is possible to buy a car park in advance. Water at a bearable price of PLN 4 :)

Here just now waiting to board flight home. Very impressive airport, modern, clean and well laid out. I normally fly to Warszawa Modlin but I'm impressed by Copernicus and will definitely fly back here again. Also an hour closer by road to where I'm going as opposed to Modlin. Highly recommended. Five stars. Cracking airport. Great shops.

But be careful - scammers work in the smallest duty free shop, farthest from the entrance.
I bought a bottle of Coke for 7 zlotys and gave 5 Euros and they gave me 9 euros for change! those. 1 Euro in this store is 3.2 PLN. Whereas in any one with the worst exchange, there are no courses below 4.20 !!!
By the way, in other dyutiks, cash in general refused to accept euros, which is to say the least surprising for the European Union ...

For the first time we flew from Wroclaw and back and about the airport itself I have a good opinion. Unfortunately, but on the airport's website I have to leave an opinion to the taxi company TAXI PLUS because it is indicated as an Airport Partner - and besides - it does not have its own website.
We had a flight on Thursday, so from Wednesday to Thursday we slept in one of the hotels near the airport and left the car there until Sunday. We ordered Miejskietaxi.pl and everything was ok.
After arriving, we approached the taxi driver GRAY FORD NO. 2900 and asked about the price of the course and already here you had a big problem with estimating the price - which we preferred to ask because of a different tariff on Sunday. the three of us sat in the back because the front seat was occupied by the Lord's cell phones.
The second thing - you had the front seats shifted as far back as possible - so it was only convenient for our little child. At my request to move the seat, he said he could not because it would be uncomfortable to drive. As I said that I asked for a passenger seat, he began to cite incredibly stupid arguments that in a taxi it is not easy due to the cables from the taximeter ...
then you instead of converting at the first possible opportunity he did it at the third and here he waited and let all Sunday drivers as if he had picked up his driving license yesterday - of course to extend the course.
Then he did not enter the hotel parking lot, although there is information that entry for 10 minutes is free - he did it knowing that we have luggage and a small child and a few hundred meters to go to our car. And finally - he did not print the receipt.
Unfortunately, I can not be indifferent to the rudeness and lack of professional treatment of the client in our country. It was fun abroad because there most people working in services are aware of who they earn from. And we have a long way to go ... I write it to warn others but also for those that maybe they verify their approach to work or they just changed, because not everyone is suitable for working with people.
And this weekend was so cool ... but you already from TAXI PLUS GRAY FORD NO. 2900 reminded us that we came back ......

Not happy with today's service and lack of information about situation with only one food restaurant after security unit. One flight delayed and they stopped serving breakfast for other passengers. No other option! Gate Bar horrible food.

I really like flying from Wroclaw. Peace and quiet, such an intimate place. Fast wi-fi. I have always come across friendly service. I prefer Wroclaw than Katowice, I will not mention other airports ..

Going on a trip, going through control, you want to drink a coffee for 12 PLN before the flight and eat a piece of good cake for 10 PLN and here they give you excellent cake on a cardboard tray, such as fries 30 years ago. cool

Very clean, very modern airport. Not kept waiting at the control points. More important the fact our luggage arrived at the same time we did and was out on the belt to collect.

Nice and very functional place. Especially the access to the car park makes a good impression. I much prefer to fly from Wroc aw than from other airports.

Nice airport only the staff have forgotten that it is no longer a commune and they are for us and not us for them. Overseas for showing disrespect people are fired from work and in Poland it is still accepted.

7 years old (at the comment time) this is a very modern and functional airport, as this beautiful city deserves. Easy and organized access, aircraft area as well as the passengers circuit are designed for best services. Still, the weather beats all of the above if you see what I mean... wish you luck anyway!

Comfortable and functional international airport, not very crowded in winter ... watch out for the currency exchange, they are not reliable and do not carry the true value of the currency exchange

Pleasant, modern but not very big airport. In any case, it is difficult to get lost here. Quite a decent culinary - it is something to eat, it is to quench your thirst and is something to pack on a cup of coffee or tea. Large, one hall, where everything is necessary for the traveler. After the baggage and ticket check, there are entrance gates to the plane or bus on the first floor. Duty free zone offers not only Polish specialties. You can also use the gastronomy while waiting for the plane. The most important, however, is the gnome - probably one of the symbols of Wroclaw that are part of the tradition. Honestly - I have not met such a gnome anywhere in the airports. The second great chocolate gnome proudly promotes E.Wedel brand products.

5 stars because I have no special reservations but reading the comments of others with 1 star, for balance in nature I give max. No fireworks but also no obvious minuses.

European company does not know why Poland still is. The workers at the gate, the luggage belt are some of the farm workers, who cling to everything, want to feel important at last. Wi-Fi does not work. It's somehow. Welcome to Poland.

Horribly unpleasant service. At the queue to the gate, the lady checking the ticket after two seconds from the approach had a grudge against me that I was slowly unblocking the phone on which I had a prepared ticket.

I will just add that I was in the queue with the priority of entry where there were maybe 7 people in the queue, and the plane had no delay to rush people like that.

The lady at the counter / information, however, could not help the English speaking guy. Even more embarrassing was the fact that he was always in Polish, that he did not understand him. This is a mockery. I can not believe that they employ people who do not know English at the airport.

Nobody smiles, everyone is rude and you feel like they're all offended, that they have to handle you. Hey, how much do you pay there, that you hate this job so much?

I do not even want to talk about deterrent prices for duty-free products or eating at the airport.

These sunbeds are cool, but some are very "sated" and spoil the overall appearance of the airport, which in itself is really nice, spacious, clean and modern.

Check-in of large luggage without major problems, but again service with fochem.

Fast pickup of luggage is also a big plus, although I saw that opinions on this topic are contentious. Every time I used to fly, I always took my luggage after 5 minutes, max 10 minutes, and in Glasgow, for example, I could wait for over half an hour.

The airport is great and great. Prices are ok but they can be tolerated. City buses arrive with a similar timetable as aircraft arrivals, so there are no transportation problems! In general the airport is clean and there is always a pleasant atmosphere.

The fastest airport I have been to, from entering the airport to checking in 50 minutes. Return also fast return, the luggage carousel begins to spin right after entering the terminal. Bravo.

I am a former resident of Upper Silesia, not Lower Silesia, and yet, flying to Poland like a fire, I avoid Pyrzowice - apart from the access which is a disaster and natural disaster, all the rest could appear in one of Barea's films as the main topic. Wroc aw is perfect for me - this is the first place I check when it comes to flight availability. Easy access around the clock by public transport for 3 zlotys in half an hour! Because it's only 10 km, not 45 as in Katowice. Can you? You can - in Wroclaw. In Katowice even during the day - you can't and 10 times more expensive. From Wroc aw railway station (no waiting room !!!) in Wroc aw I can get anywhere. In Wroc aw, I have never had problems with passing through the border control point and luggage check-in. And in Katowice, I haven't had a trouble-free transition yet. I carry various things (in reasonable quantities, of course, because as a chemist I do not recognize Western European so-called applied chemistry, usually Chinese). For a man who does not want to drive around Poland (brrr, Poland is a country of suicides and road killers), there is nothing better. There is still Pozna , but he, with a similar access, has a hopeless train station turned into a shopping mall. Yes, there is also a gallery in Wroc aw, but not at the train station! Could use more points where you can have some food and drink at night (something warm) even at the machine to buy. And I agree with the negative remark - beware of fraudsters from the exchange office, the same works at the train station, a few steps away from the station are normal conversion rates. Fortunately, you can pay with an ATM card for a public transport ticket at the airport. A little more seating places and sockets for charging the phone. I don't need anything more to be happy. It's enough that the airport is not as ghostly as Pyrzowice. Every time after visiting, I breathe a sigh of relief - ufff, it was Wroc aw, not Pyrzowce, nothing unpleasant happened to me. Wroc aw is well deservedly winning the rankings of Polish airports. It can be reached by bicycle route and there are plans to build a railway connection. Live, don't die (at the airport).

Copernicus Airport is undoubtedly the prettiest terminal in Poland :)

The biggest advantage of the airport is the easy expansion of the terminal.
The biggest downside is the observation deck. It can easily be extended sideways, you can see a lack of desire. And it would be much more fun for kids.

I am always glad to travel from Wroc aw. A beautiful terminal, convenient connections, a smoker's zone and delicious coffee at the Flying Bistro, which I must visit before every flight :-)

Normal, cool airport. It is not big, but that it copes quite well with everything .. Nice cafe, lots of parking spaces. I would recommend.
