The airport is new but not crazy. Flights from / to Wroclaw are one of the most expensive in the country. Poor airport communication with the city center.

Modern, well thought-out airport, everything legible, good access, city bus goes quite a long time, there is no shortage of taxis. The airport is well managed taking into account the number of destinations and the frequency of new routes appearing.
It's good to have such an airport in the city, legible, modern, never hit by technical problems or other inconveniences. On the right side of the entrance (next to the security check) there is a generally accessible luggage scale.

The biggest advantages of the airport are efficient security (usually in 10 minutes you can get oneself), a lot of space and a good view of the airport's plate. Cons are high prices in duty-free shops (yes 2x higher than outside the airport), lack of a business lounge (there is only an executive lounge) and wifi, which every 30 minutes need to be re-charged.

Horrible place!(( Never travel to Poland, never travel to Wroclaw. It's not a politely country, they hate everyone who are not polish or don't from EU.
I traveled with a 5-month-old daughter from Wroc aw. I am very sorry because the lady I asked for a sticker on the trolley is not very pleasant, and I will not mention the service from check-in. They knocked out the wheels of the frame, pushed this frame by force, and at the end the gentleman with irony asked "And you are traveling like this yourself?". I am very disgusted, the stress of traveling doubled by this unpleasant behavior. Dear servant, I think that you do not have to sit there for a punishment, there are no irreparable people. A little smile and human empathy will make traveling easier for us and for you a job.

Very nice, small, but modern airport. Lots of parking spaces, everything legible, friendly service. The old terminal was also ok, but the new one is already a European standard. Charter connections, among others to Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Spain, Albania, Egypt, Tunisia, which is where we usually go on vacation. I recommend!
If someone writes that the airport is poor, not many years. Compact, everything is trZeba. At a few European airports, there are electrical outlets in each row of chairs. The airport is not crowded, almost any time of the year. One poor coffee shop in the part of the general terminal - as you come for earlier it is better to go to the shopping center, just the other end of ul. Border. Parking probably too expensive. Check in online instead of doing so in person. Check in crew will weight every single carry on and let you pay for every single gram extra!!! Horrible attitude and lack of professionalism. Staff at the front desk extremely rude and unprofessional. The chubby lady at the front desk barely speaks English and had a typical post communistic attitude toward customers. The blond lady in the business class section chewing gum with open mouth in front of customers , drinking coffee from her mug and playing with her cellphone constantly. Extremely unprofessional service. What a shame for the Wroclaw airport.

I rate it 3. It wasn't bad, but the service of passengers directed from another airport leaves a lot to be desired.
First of all, another airport in Poland, which has no paths between the plane and the building and even pack a bus on a beautiful sunny day.
Secondly, on arrivals one women's toilet with two cabins with glass doors (where privacy can be seen as I move here) and the lack of any coat hanger. 2 cabins for an indicative half plane?
Thirdly, as a passenger on a flight directed from Pozna to Wroc aw, I was to receive further information at the airport itself. Well, walking did not see any signs, which way to information. When I finally found, I was directed to the Wizzair point, informing me that the planned bus would be substituted at 13 because the airport had 2 other planes from Pozna and that passengers would be called in turn according to flights.
At the Wizzair point I did not confirm the information about the buses, I had to quote "ask the driver about the departure time". SERIOUSLY?
While waiting for the bus ticket, I heard that 2-3 passengers were summoned from Lufthansa Pozna flight. Therefore, I decided that Wizzair Pozna would also be called, so I decided to use the airport gastronomy (12:35). Here I must add that a plus for cleanliness and nice service.
At 12:45 I heard a request for a bus to Pozna , general, without information whether Ryan Air or Wizz. So I went towards the parking lot, when suddenly I heard that this is the last call for passengers to Pozna . The last? At 12: 45-50? So I run ...
From the driver I learned that actually the last bus and that buses have already departed before.

Does anyone lack the imagination that after spending extra time in an airplane fastened in a seat belt, then in anticipation of leaving the plane, then on a mini bus ride and standing queue for a bus ticket passengers will not feel like using the toilet, buying coffee or eating something? After all, a bus journey from Wroc aw to Pozna is not a 20-minute journey by public transport.

The only airport from which I flew and to which I flew, where luggage is waiting almost or more than an hour !! The scandal of not employing enough staff to handle luggage in the season. I am ashamed as Wroc awianka that even the Turks are doing better in this situation.

At the airport I was robbed by employees packing luggage. (From cigarettes).
I had cigarettes packed in my suitcase, I gave my luggage, left it in a cart, and after landing I noticed that someone was opening my suitcase.
I cannot provide my details, because it will not change anything in the situation, but I would like to point out that the packers of this airport are not monitored.
You can't prove them anything, because their way of working is that when nobody sees, they search suitcases packed into the luggage hatch and take out various valuable things, e.g. cigarettes (like me), because they know that even if whoever reported this incident, knowing the Polish reality, the perpetrators would not be found, and even if it were, the court would find it too low social harm;
besides, these packers could scare you that it's smuggling ... (even if the number of cigarettes was allowed).
This does not change the fact that LUGGAGE PACKAGING PACKAGERS IN AIRCRAFT LOOKING FOR LUGGAGE SEARCHING FOR VALUABLE THINGS AND COUNTRY THEM FOR TRAVELERS !!!

My rating concerns the organization and service of passengers at this airport. On 23.10.19 Wednesday, the Wizzair plane from London Luton to Krakow landed due to bad weather conditions in Krakow at the airport in Wroclaw, which is explainable and accepted. However, airport staff did not rise to the challenge. General clutter and the lack of proper use of reason by these people. Buses arrived for passengers within 8 hours. In the absence of coordination and organization of airport staff, it was not known when the next vehicle would arrive and in what quantity. Passengers stood outside at low temperatures waiting for buses after 4-5 hours. Nobody controlled the organization and division of who should go when and which bus. A general mess. Passengers handling people in this situation were people without imagination and without proper use of the brain at this time of night. At the same time, these people did not inform anyone from the remaining group of waiting people that they were just finishing the change and going home and did not provide new employees with information about the situation and the remaining number of passengers waiting for transport to Krakow. There was also no prioritizing who was to go earlier due to health, minority, continuing the journey from Krakow, etc., except for placing families with children on the first bus. However, they forgot about a 28-person trip of underage people who waited almost 6 hours for the bus. It was a very sad event. Lack of care, proper information, hot meals and meals for people who wait very long for transport to their destination. Finally, after 7 hours of waiting, I arrived to Krakow with a group of 7 people, which took another 3 hours. So my journey from Wroclaw to Krakow took 10 hours since the plane landed. Scandal, embarrassment, anger, lack of organization and thinking by airport employees and neglect of passengers. October 2019

Waiting for luggage is a mockery! After the first series, maybe 30 suitcases, a break that is still going on. At the moment I'm waiting 0.5h for my luggage.

Visually, class, airport service - as it should be, clean, tidy and most importantly - FAST AND EFFECTIVE CHECK-IN. It could use some Burger King, KFC or some restaurant with normal prices that can be found at many airports in the world.
Nice airport, But as in almost everyone there are delays of up to 1 hour in shops it is expensive but it is known that a sandwich costs PLN 6 and then everything is ok.
Smaller airport offering many destinations missing from Prague. Arrival by car is about 4 hours (from Prague) and you can park in a super-cheap way at the airport.
Very efficient and nice service. Everywhere clean. Wifi, phone charging sockets. A small number of toilets, especially women's toilets, which are always queued, can be a problem.
A very pleasant airport, check-in is a real miracle, nice and professional ladies, a duty-free smoking room, cheap alcohol.
Departure hall gates 1-12 Every half an hour a plane departs, i.e. 300-400 people stay here at the same time. For this number of people, 4 WORD FOUR on the male side !!! toilet cabins. What is this strange saving for? Moreover, neither the air conditioning nor the ventilation of the toilet space is rather inoperative. Warning! It's clean after all!
Decent amount of chairs available, reasonable facilities and quick and efficient check out. Its modern look makes it stand out. The airport is clean and has pray facilities if you need to use them. Well organized small airport that is very convenient for our travels.
