Beautiful architecture! The design is amazing! The check in staff is polite and behaves in a professional manner however not particularly helpful and some of the staff look extremely bored! The prices after the security check are sky high as well! 6 for a 400ml coffee is just a joke though! I can get it much cheaper in London where the earning are much higher too! Something that really needs to be considered!
Fatal. Very dirty bathrooms and at the time of picking up the luggage more than 40 minutes of waiting because they were not clarified with the tapes ...
As I wrote earlier, it is a nice and tidy airport. Service smiling and forgiving when it comes to check-in but also you have to be nice because there are "tourists" with whom the service in a polite way is simply determined. Generally nice experience. They are all comforts. Great parking.
Insane personnel driving people from gate to gate, unable to explain where the landing takes place. Many people had problems with documents, the staff drove in a circle and did not solve. With English, everything is sad.
A beautiful modern facility, tailored to a great city like Wroclaw!
The airport is well connected to the city center, the network of connections is a bit poor, although progress can be seen from year to year.
Definitely the best regional airport. Clean, large, spacious. The drawback is the inability to reach the airport by train. The 106 bus is not an alternative, especially at the top.

BAN! Najjjdrozsze airport in Poland deters hauliers! Very little of flights (do not we talk about the charter in the summer). Prices cause that a lot of flights and attractive destinations depart from e.g. Pozna , Katowice. The rental prices for premises to run anything comparable to the area of the airports Dresden, Berlin about 40% more expensive than there! and 40% fewer passengers than there, or potential customers. The 10-minute stop zone is a defeat after 10 minutes, 20 PLN fee for each subsequent one. The idiot probably designed the access and exit streets, they are more suitable for bicycle paths - you can see it perfectly when a bus or a city bus has to get there which must take a second lane at 90 degrees to break free. Prices in the bistro / gastro are not high because the owners want to rush the cash, just renting at this airport is extremely expensive !!!! They generally made "MONACO" and actually "POLISH PATHOLOGY" only in a nicer way.
Everything is beautiful, but the fact some KFC or Burger King could be useful
The airport is clean and tidy. Nice service.
On the downside:
- not enough seating after passing the document check.
- not good restaurant and shop offer
- NO "FOUNTAIN" WITH DRINKING WATER, which would contribute to reducing the consumption of plastic
I wanted to reserve a place. But prices are more attractive when you book min. 4 days before departure. Strange, last minutes do not work for you? It's difficult, nearby parking lots with fast transfers win by offering half the price you want :)

Very nice, new and modern airport both from the outside and inside. Efficient service at the baggage drop-off, at check-in also (despite picking), and the waiting area for departure is very comfortable. Comfortable sofas on which you can relax while waiting for a late plane. 4 hours delay for children is compensated by the "Itaka" play corner with a small rocket-shaped slide (photo attached). Through large glazed windows, resting on couches, you can admire the planes, waiting for yours. The displays constantly show information about any delays. Minus one star for the catering zone and prices in shops, but unfortunately this is everywhere ... People who complain about dirt and neglect in toilets I invite you to the airport in Heraklion, there you can not enter the toilet without stuffing your nose. Toilet paper, which should land in trash bins, according to customs, lands in toilets, plugging them, so feces spill out of the toilet, they are everywhere on the tiles together. I will not mention the small waiting area, where at the moment of waiting with many delays there was not even anywhere to sit with the child and luggage. We really have nothing to be ashamed of.

Modern fresh and impressive airport with not so involved staff. My wife was traveling with our LO using this airport service. Everything was ok except security control. While she was finished with putting her all things to be scanned on a transportation belt having a baby continuously on her hands (no support from anyone) she was literally told to move her thing to the another belt without any reason. While she was complaining she has a LO on her hands and she needs a help she wast told to "do not make an elephant out of the mosquito". Shame, shame, shame!!
One of the prettiest airports in Poland (if not the prettiest). Very well designed with the possibility of expansion and with huge potential.

The airport in Wroclaw is a very nice and modern terminal. A great standard and appearance at the European level. In the part for passengers before the departure we have the opportunity to buy some useful things for the trip. Unfortunately, sometimes it is quite expensive. Service very nice and helpful.

Airport easily accessible by transport. Fast security and enough duty free to make last minute purchases.
Functional, architecturally interesting medium-sized airport. The downside is communication with the city - a bus ride at the top of the communication is a hassle in the crush sometimes lasting longer than the flight itself!
clean, tidy, small airport with everything a modern airport should have, a relatively small number of grippers, trouble-free (my subjective opinion) service when you are human to others, unused by us, unfortunately very poor connection network, in my opinion this is the only minus, just outside - the vast majority - uninteresting charter departure times and holiday prices compared to other airports - you really just check and compare. If it were otherwise (which unfortunately probably won't happen due to the location), it would be an airport for us. Minus is access to the city, but maybe we will see the railway line don because wheel transport is a misunderstanding. Everything else, big applause! :)
Great compact airport near the city. Very clean everywhere and good sanitation. Also enough shops to buy something. The waiting areas are also fine. The airport to and from the city can be reached quickly and cheaply by taxi.

The airport is compact, the service is average, it takes about an hour to go from the city central station by bus.
Quite spacious terminal, parking lot in the area and shops. There is a smoking room as you like. Cut in time for your needs.

How can it be that you come to the airport bar closed neither water nor breakfast and the information that they apologize invite you to the bar in the non schengen area .... but a little snag you won't enter if you don't have a passport and you don't fly outside Unie !!!!!! DRAMA and is this an airport ????

Excellent airport. I reached pretty early for an early morning flight and by 4 am, already a shop serving coffee had opened. There are lots of seats and its a very clean airport. Even after you go through security check, there are plenty of seats, shops, and places to eat. There is a bus that serves this airport to the city but I took a Uber instead, which met me right outside the arrivals gate at the airport.
One of the most peaceful and best organized airports in Poland. From the very entrance you know where what is. The car park has a kiss & fly option (free parking up to 10 minutes right at the entrance).
Pleasant and quick servicing of employees. Good clean and tidy airport. Flying for the first time a lot of positive impressions. There is a direct bus to the airport, the schedule is added in the photo.

Very well organised airport. Spacious, bright place that give you a sense of calm that it is really rare to experience at the airport. All information and services necessary for travel are very easily accessible cutting possible stress. I really like travelling through Wroclaw airport.

Very modern airport, plenty of shops in the duty free etc. If you are going to buy tobacco and import it make sure you buy in the shops before hand as of you are flying within the EU you cannot buy in the duty free.

Big, clean airport. On departure, check-in is quick and efficient, while on the way back you have to wait over 30 minutes for your luggage.
We used the WRC airport on the occasion of a flight to and from Georgia. I regret to observe how the service treats Russian-speaking people - total ignorance. During the flight I did not meet anyone who could explain to them in Russian that they need a stamp from the carrier on the boarding card. And yet Mrs. from service at the conveyor plucking at the hands of the passenger a moment earlier purchased shampoo and water and nervously throwing the whole into the basket (because she could not explain that it was prohibited).
In the return flight, three customs officers served passengers from the EU and only one other (who accounted for 75% of passengers) !!! The gentleman serving the Georgians and Russians spoke little Polish, not in Russian at all. In addition, we waited for luggage about 40 minutes after crossing the border. As for me, TOTAL SHOOT - I did not see anything like that at other Polish airports !!!!
Large and spacious airport. The territory has all the necessary cafes toilets currency exchange and more. When you arrive at this airport you do not need to take any bus and so on. the way the planes land right under the airport.
The unpleasant service does not even have anyone to contact on the hotline. Parking prices are also space.
The airport is small. Security check is quick. The waiting rooms are average. Outlets by the window did not work. There are no tables for the laptop. Border control verification is quick.

I travelled all around the world. I saw many regional airports. Wroclaw/Breslau was excellent. Everything went quickly. Staff were really helpful no queues. Brilliant seats before departure. No problem with luggage. One minus - no good access to the city transport. You must take a taxi to drive to the center.
Good access to the airport, lots of parking spaces. Large modern terminal with a viewing terrace. More and more connections to new places.
A small but very modern airport, everything is concentrated around you and there is no problem to find anything. Whenever a plane lands, you can find people with AIRPORT STAFF vests who help.
