A modern passenger terminal. Easy access from the motorway. Purely. Sinks in toilets tragedy. Whoever designed them should clean them up as punishment. Shops on the so-called the proverbs are terribly expensive. Gentlemen, that the border guards should smile a little more because they are too bored life.

At the airport, we were treated unfairly because of our luggage. Despite the fact that our two backpacks were tightly bound with foil, they did not exceed the permissible weight and dimensions, we were ordered to pay extra, considering it as two separate luggage. It was related to the bad mood of the briefing lady.

It would be acceptable, but for the fact that with the same luggage, the same airlines, we made two more flights within 2 weeks, at two other European airports and there was no problem with checking in luggage anywhere. We were received with a smile and kindness. For a week now, we've been trying to explain the situation with the airport staff, asking why Wroc aw has different rules than in France or Portugal, but no one is able to answer us. The lady from the cash desk, surprised by the situation, instructed us to write an email, because she herself did not see the problem in our luggage. However, we did not receive any reply to the e-mail address for a week, despite two attempts to contact us.

One star more for the fact that the airport is well connected to the center, nice and clean. On the other hand, ignorance of some employees is unacceptable.

Great airport. Not crowded, around the power outlet, as many as 3 free networks with Wi-Fi (airport, city and cafe), good security screening, several duty free. If you fly outside the European Union, passport control will be directly in front of your gate, so you need to get into duty free earlier. Regular city buses often go to the city, during the day it is route 106, with the nose of route 206. You can pay for the ticket directly on the bus with a card, while tickets are not printed, the system just remembers your card number and the controller can verify the fact of payment.

Very cool airport. Not too big and modern. It's easy to find in it. It's important that it's close to the city.

Nice modern airport, easy to navigate and compact within one building. Good road and public transport connections to Wroc aw train station and the motorway. Most airports aren't very good, but this one is.

A beautiful airport, expensive parking, a brilliant bus connection to the center.

Bright and spacious airport has all needed facilities. Bus service no 406 to city center every 20 min.

Convenient location. Easy to reach from the train station. The journey takes 15 minutes by bus, which runs every hour. The fare is PLN 10. Also, you can get there by public transport (route 106), the journey takes 30 minutes. The fare is PLN 3.40.
Very nice airport building. Very clean. Service at the highest European level.

It is not bad, certainly better than in Warsaw and very efficiently.

Why you can't pass a cart through the gates at this airport but you have to put it on the tape! At other airports it is not there! After 2 arrives, you can probably increase the number of customs officers at the passport control! 4 posts and 3 people at the posts kind.!

Very good airport, small, but modern, with good facilities and fast processes.

Clean and very simple airport when it comes to find your way out. To get downtown, two options: the shuttle or the city bus (106). The shuttle option is a bit more expensive and is a bit faster than the city bus. The normal ticket rate for city bus costs 3.4zloty for one way and takes about 40mins to reach the main train station (last stop).
To find the bus stops: go out of the terminal and take a right, you can't miss the shuttle (green) and the city bus (yellow and red). Regarding the city bus, you can purchase the ticket at the machine right at the bus stop or just jump in and pay by card (contactless) using the small ticket terminals.

I sprained my ankle and they gave me a wheelchair. They were very nice about it and even made sure someone helped me boarding the plane. Also had a nice cappuccino before departing. Would definitely fly again!

I am an advocate of smaller, but modern airports. Service, access and architecture first class!

No one answers the phone, it is absolutely impossible to call the airport. I do not know who is responsible for it, but it is certainly a "very professional person", let as few such professionals as possible. It is a pity that I had to choose 1 star, I think it's a lot.

The airport is new, clean and practical, especially with its relaxation areas with suitable furniture. On the other hand, there is not a very large choice of restaurants or the prices are immediately more expensive than in town: better to take precautions before departure!

Very clean and modern airport. Everything is perfect, loads od space, many places to seat. Really good understandability of annoucements.

People at the check - in desk are ruthless thieves... The only airport that not only weighs your luggage but also your carry-on and if its heavier than 8kg, they will charge you for checking in a second luggage no matter where your destination is, almost 300pln. All of this is on top of their rude attitude. Wroclaw Airport is a pain, avoid if you can.

I am writing now although the situation that happened to me took place in December 2014. I left my car in parking lot C for over two weeks. Unfortunately, several days of severe frost at night did their job and the battery refused to obey. I went from window to window asking for help. Tariffs did not want to hear about such a service at all. I will mention that it was before midnight. Finally, after about 40 minutes. seeking help one of the employees (I don't remember the company) took pity and shared his car's battery. I don't know how it is today.
The other thing is the cool prices in the bars.

Departure to Turkey departure 6.30 from 4.00 at the airport manually filling in boarding passes and cards with baggage number. Total check-in is 2 hours 45 minutes.
Covid stuff, only a gate with a thermal imaging camera, no other obstacles.
The check-in and its time was one of the worst and longest I've ever had.
System not working? Is lack of competence and respect for travelers' time .....?
Slabe 3 this is my assessment in relation to the ports in Katowice and Warsaw.
Long-term parking for cars, plenty of places, but due to rainfall, it's hard to get through without getting your feet wet in giant puddles.
So let the holidays and the return be more efficient, I wish this to all traveling from the Wroc aw Airport

Compared to such an airport in Warsaw or Katowice, the level of service is satisfactory for Polish conditions. Helpful service. air conditioning (working), normal safety zone and not a farce like Ok cie. If you can make your flight via carriers flying from Wroclaw, do it.

Good day. Thank you to today's airport staff in Wroclaw for a total lack of understanding, empathy, and being human. The husband checked in, but for personal reasons he had to go back and literally a few minutes if he was not allowed to board the plane back to London - Stansted. I congratulate you. I hope that this situation never happens to you.

The airport is not able to verify disputed situations or actions of employees who acted contrary to the regulations, because according to representatives, no details can be seen on the monitoring. I met there with the most unprofessional service from all airports I have been to.

A huge plus of the airport is cleanliness and great organization. However, I am convinced that the emphasis is on service speed and not its quality. Security check - went smoothly, but can't employees really be more friendly and helpful? Similarly already at the gate - no lifts available for passengers? It turns out that you can possibly go to the elevator with the assistance of an airport employee, who are not enough, so shake your nose for any help for families with children ... It remains to clench your teeth and to telep stairs with a child, pram and backpacks. I think a small soft skills training for employees could work wonders ... Or maybe there are just not enough employees?

In short: a modern airport, the structure of the terminal resembles the one in Gda sk.

My impressions after arriving at this airport are very nice, we were served quickly from the passport clearance, you can see that they care about cleanliness at the airport, there is a possibility to eat something hot or cold, generally I have no objections :)

A very pleasant and nicely prepared airport. Small in size but located near the city, it has numerous parking lots, and most importantly, it creates enormous opportunities for people who like to travel because the offer of flights is very wide.

The airport itself is ok but the people working there are a drama! Starting from the Lord at the baggage claim to customs.
The staff look like they were there as a punishment! They are unpleasant, rough and I feel as if they felt some power overgrowth .... Sad.
When dressing a uniform they should be more friendly and helpful !!!

Unfortunately, the airport staff is ignorant and the tool for crimping electric wires that do not have any sharp edges are considered dangerous because you can cut something. As you cut this something, let me know the submission to the designer and manufacturer because this tool was not designed to cut something. The new student with long blond hair working at security should get a lesson in normal and polite language. Also her understanding of which basket fits through the x-ray is doubtful. Totally senseless working behaviour. Can not understand how anyone gets a job with her attitude. Makes the airport look extremely unprofessional.
