Quick and easy, also very clean and every one of staff I talked to was happy to help.

I am very happy and it's another time from this airport. Maybe it is not great but it has cool communication routes, nice service. Nothing to add anything better than the airport in Poznan. You do not have to do so many miles to pick up your luggage.

And so better than in Warsaw, but it's still ahead of them because they are growing.

The 1F lobby is 24 hours.
There is also an outlet, so if you arrive at midnight, you can spend it until morning.

Nice airport but a poor Customs - Services. Waiting like 35min for Pass thru !!!!
There are only 4 customs from 8 to work.

TOTAL HOPE
I was flying from the Netherlands to Poland. And back (I will add that it was my first flight). Friendly service at the airport in Eindhoven. Everyone is kind to you. Whoever I asked for help or advice, each of the staff helped me.
And in Poland it's probably a joke. Security looks down on you. The guards see you as a potential thief-murderer. SHOCK!!! If they could do it for you the best. You ask someone about anything and they mumble something under your breath with nerves and pretentious voice (with an air as if they wanted to say "you don't know what you are actually doing here").

High prices and unpalatable food

The airport is nice and cozy, but unfortunately the service gives a lot to be desired. The gentlemen at the briefing or hangover after holidays did not heal, or they did not get the annual bonus ... Personal culture and smile zero.

10 minutes of parking, at 11 minutes PLN 20. Thieves.

Gentlemen on the control is a real wonder of the world for a small child of 2 years of the favorite bottle, they want to pour out liquids, translate and for years you can only have a container with liquid above 100ml, then the procedure as at all airports in the water only from the fridge to buy. It is naturally cold, because what a heat for four zlotys (a warm-hearted salesperson brought the heat from the warehouse) in Europe is giving away water for free or there is a 50-per cent fee. And in the case of central European airports, there is a bottle of a child taken there regardless of whether it is 2 or 5 years old and it checks and then flies to Poland. But later, it is already our Polish law that completely do not coincide with what is in fact because the master of control should ask a man or person accompanying the child to drink this liquid or simply take it to control as in civilized countries.
Another downside is the poor and expensive range of stores located in the terminal. The advantages of fast suitcases and good coffee at Gate Bar. Wi-Fi, on average, better use LTE. On average, I fly once a month;) And this is my first opinion because it is not my first adventure with gentlemen at the briefing in Wroclaw.

A convenient airport with easy access by public transport. Plenty of space, meticulous and quick security check.

Small airport, if it is necessary to wait for a delayed flight over 2 hours, there is nothing to do there ... a few shops and bars, nothing special.
Prices include breakfasts extremely high, I have a comparison with large airports, and unfortunately it is not good in Wroclaw.
A large parking lot at the airport, I paid PLN 99 a week, but the place was far away from the terminal and at night there is very little light.

My favorite airport in Poland :) Very nice and big plus for lying space.

The airport at the end of the world. One bus every 20 minutes. The terminal is high like churches in Italy. I do not know why to warm up the winter?

Today at 6.30 in the morning, the lady who oversees the process of preparing personal things before scanning them, after passing my woman through the controls, she said that she was "received" She did not know that I was her guy and I heard it.

Compared to other ports, it is really clean, legible and modern ...

An airport at a typical European level, one that you shouldn't be ashamed of at all :).

The airport is a bit small but well organised. Unfortunately your exchange kiosk is a rip off. 3.1zl versus 4.2zl for euro in Wroclaw City. When I asked for refund the lady loughed me out saying she can't help. I gave up as I was with my 5 year old at the time and he was exhausted. This is shocking that you allow this on your premises .

It is 22, there is nothing to eat, where to drink a little coffee.

I am amazed that someone gives them positive ratings. Very expensive. The cheapest parking is 40 zeta per day, and the parking lot is marked as "up to 4 hours of parking, then a penalty of 100 zeta". Completely crazy food prices, like any airport in the world. And their duty-free shops, more expensive than usual "clowe" in the city.

The appearance of the building extra. Few seating places. Purely. Modern small airport. Few stores for check-in, problems with buying something warm to eat. Very good view of the airport apron.

Always an exciting flight in to this airport, the runway seems to be on the short side for Ryanair's 737's...

Good communication with the city, on arrival you buy a ticket at the vending machine and for 3.40 z go to the center (~ 45min) bus # 106.
If you return to Ukraine - do not rush to passport control, because after passing it you will no longer have access to toilets and duty-free (gates are separated)

There are no toilets after passport control. Chaotic boarding. After recent arrival we've waited for almost an hour for our baggage.

The airport is clean, small and cozy. On Saturday, there are no crowds at the top of flights and people do not bother. On the control quickly and ok.

Airport ok quick service, but when it comes to catering facilities it is a very big problem here. Mianowici in one of the airport restaurants I bought a lasagna which was not similar to lasagna, it looked like a liter of tomato puree mixed with 100 grams of pasta and maybe 30 grams of meat. The duty-free zone doesn't show off too much, the price of alcohol is 35% higher than in an average supermarket, so if you're flying somewhere, I advise you not to buy or eat anything with us

I like this place, it is spacious, luminous and modern and inside it is so peaceful. Trees planted in pots, sometimes you can see a dwarf I never found it difficult to service, but neither did I. One of the places where there is a specific atmosphere of breakups, hopes and opportunities for new, first experiences and great joy of re-meetings. A place full of emotions.

Very nice port for such a small city. Nice network of connections. Parking lots in good condition at a decent price. When booking online you do not even have to wonder about the 'private' departure hall clean and quite extensive. A small selection of shops and gastronomy related to the size of the port. The prices are bearable for the airport, but the ladybird is not. Security check, polite and patient. The very process of boarding, hmm. They open the gates a little too early. Then people are standing on the stairs. I have observed it several times. Waiting for luggage could be shorter, but it falls within European standards. Half an hour is not yours. I have already been flying from this port several times always with similar feelings.

The most peaceful, most organized and well-organized airport in the world. Nowhere else here I come through with such calmness, as if I were just to get on a city bus :)

And I give a rating of 5/5. Recently I flew from Wroclaw and the airport is really great. Clean, good organization, efficient service and control. And the connection with the train station? Cool. The bus goes every 15 minutes.

I have waited too long for information why my flight is delayed

Very nice and helpfull service. Lots of seats to sit before departure. Car park for 10 minutes is free, later there is a car park fee. Quick check in and passing by. Checkin zone. Lots of cheap flights arpund Europe or Poland. Prices at shops are higher so think twice before buying some souvenir here. Toilets are at very good conditions. There are public transport bus No. 106 from airport to railway station. You can also rent a car for minutes - Vozilla. I frankly reccommend this airport.

Very friendly service at the airport. The briefing was quick and efficient. Lots of seats in the waiting room. The building is very interesting and spacious. The toilets are in good condition. Paid parking above 10-minute parking. Prices in stores several times higher. Comfortable seating and a bright lobby is a plus of the airport. Clear signs and messages for goals also a plus. A lot of flights to Europe and other Polish cities. There is a bus 106. From the airport there is a bus 106. You can also rent a car for Vozilla minutes. recommend

We have arrived with few people so everything has been very comfortable.

To highlight that the souvenirs they sell have the same price as in the center.

By the way, if there are any free sunbeds (see in the photos) they are super comfortable

This place is really cool. I ate there toast with mushrooms. I flew with my mother to Bulgaria, the conditions on the plane are very good. I wish you a nice voyage.

Very poor security check service. Young people working there act very unprofessional and impolite. No please or thank you, very rude when communicating with customers. A man who meant to be looking at screen showing what each luggage contains, was busy looking into his colleagues/girlfriends eyes and holding her hand. Very unprofessional and does make you think about the quality of security check.

In general, an airport like an airport, but the parking fee of 20 min 20pln is probably a mockery, in Katowice only 5 PLN per hour, they just earn on people, not to mention that from the gate access to the airport and unloading luggage and say goodbye and maybe the toilet can't be done in 10 minutes Total failure and rating for parking and payment

The worst airport in this country, not adapted to the number of passengers. The service does not have to make a smile and serve but it should not be rude - somehow in other places you can do something in a nicer atmosphere. Information can also be provided in a cultural way, I have the impression that the bosses are beating or starving these people - they are eternally acidified. Real stairs start when the flight is delayed, I waited after the briefing once 5 hours - there is nowhere to go, there is nothing to do, there is often no place to sit (too many people - too small space!) No place where you can normally to eat, the bar upstairs is a misunderstanding when it comes to food and of course prices from space. And the coolest are toilets that we visit after the arrival, two eyelets, transparent doors for the whole plane of women / men - waiting in a giant queue, often missing paper, soap - could not be designed otherwise? The architect did not expect that a lot of people get off the plane?

A small airport with not much to do in it if you have to wait longer than a couple of hours :D but it's also clean, quite quiet and comfortable.

I agree with the reviews about the toilets at the airport, but it is still fantastic !!!!

As for my first contact with this airport everything is ok. Well signposted. A few shops and premises in the departure hall. Prices in these second spaceships. Water 9.99. The overall impression is positive today.
