Best porchetta sandwich outside of Italy!!! Do not pass this by!!!!

Had the grilled cheese porchetta sandwich and an arancini ball. Both were reasonably tasty but quality wasn't blowing me out the water. Good not great. The quality of the pork seemed like the strongest element of it all. Seating is a bit tight. The woman at the register seemed very uninterested in being there and took the order fine but seemed very much like she didn't want to be there and customers were a bother. From a business perspective a person like that is a money suck. She does the bare minimum and is essentially a borderline rude robot order taker. Regardless, my rating stands at 3 just based on the food I had.

This is place is comfy and super cool. The vibe here is different in the best way. Great tunes and Awesome Food! We had the signature sandwich which didn't disappoint and the OG buffalo chicken sandwich was OMFG YASSS! Loaded fries salted and cooked to perfection. Everything we had was delicious.

I'm glad they open on Sunday at this location (Dundas location do not open on Sunday). Their sandwiches are great. They offer Breakfast sandwich over the weekend.

Great venue along King West. I thought I had ordered the fried chicken plate via Ritual, but turns out that I ordered their signature Porchetta plate instead. Not complaining though, it was pleasantly delicious. Still need to come back for their fried chicken plate though.

You can grab a great porchetta panino here. The location is small so seating fills up fast on evening, but the food is worth it. Try adding the truffle oil to the sandwich! They do sell alcohol as well, if you can get a seat. Great to grab and have takeout too.

Delicious pork sandwich. I especially liked the crackling mixed in.

The porchetta is good - flavours and textures are exactly as they should be - and I like the atmosphere; I just wish the portions were bigger.

Have had Porchetta from the other King St location before, and this one didn't disappoint. Ordered through doordash and order seemed fresh still.
5 stars for the OG Chicken sandwich alone.

Their O.G. Fried Chicken Sandwich is da bomb. The chicken was super tender and crunchy on the outside just the way I like. Definitely one of the best bird sandwiches I've had recently.

And of course, we had to also get their Porchetta "House Special. Ours this time had a tad more fat then I prefer, but still delicious.

I really love their sourdough buns, they hold the sandwiches together so well and are light, chewy and just the right amount of crispness on the outside.

The house sandwich is just delicious, melts in your mouth. The interior is pretty interesting. I'd highly recommend this place and would definitely go back!

The porchetta was moist and tender. But it was not flavourful.

Overall, it is a nice try, but I would not really recommend it.

Great food with a simple menu. If you're pining for a nice sandwich that is meaty and has the works, this is the place to go. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is very relaxed. Great for some alone time with a pint and food, or with a small group of friends to chat.

I redeemed the "Food is King" offer from Ritual to try Porchetta and I am so glad I did! I picked up the sandwiches after work and ate it at home 30 mins later, so it was not totally fresh, but it was still by far the best sandwiches I've ever had.

I got the OG Fried Chicken and Porchetta House special.

I will definitely be returning.

Terrible meat to bread ratio. Chicken burgers, while okay tasting, is like 75% breading. If you like straight fried batter with thick buns in sauce this place is for you

Prices are unreasonably high

I've been to the Original location and it's amazing.

This location is a sad sack poor imitation. Prices are higher here , and my meat and rapini were ice cold.

Nevermind that for $15 dollars my portion was tiny.

Bypass this as there are SO MANY Better options in the Path.

Monster sandwiches and they taste great. It gets really busy around lunch time because of the location.

Definitely one of the best sandwich shops I've been to. After hearing the review of the place from others, I ended up walking here in the middle of winter without a jacket to get my fill of delicious pork. Every component of the sandwich was well delovered: the bun was fresh but still robust enough for the meat, the mustard was crisp but not too spicy, and the meat was beautifully slow roasted. I don't visit Toronto too often, but next time I do, I'll head to Porchetta.

Delicious dive! Sandwiches were on par with pricing and the sides were surprisingly delicious and had large portions.

Really awesome chicken sandwich. The bread they use is quality. The lady at the counter gave me and my friends some free fries which was really nice of her. Porchetta platter first for an unbridled taste of the perfectly slow cooked meat (and cracklings!) before you try the sandwich - airy and tasteful buns made by Marc Thuet. Their hot sauce and mustard seed condi's are a perfect match to the porchetta. Enjoy

Simple, fast and really tasty. The house was awesome. The side beans were a bit to spicy for me. The orinchino was pretty decent. Good portions.

They have really nice porchetta sandwiches as their name suggests ... I would like more seasoning options for free and not pay for it. The fries were nice and thick .... Give a miss to the cheese sauce as an add on.

Got food poisoning. Staff rude and unresponsive. The manager told me to write a complaint. Would give 0 if I could.

The sandwich is amazing juicy and crunchy at the same time.

Delicious sandwiches, however not recommended for those who avoid pork.

Had the crispy chicken sandwich and a poutine. The sandwich was excellent, super crunchy exterior and moist chicken inside. The poutine was also very good, smooth gravy, cheese and topped with their famous crackle. A bit on the pricier side, but definitely a worthwhile treat.

Original sandwich is the go to. The quality of ingredients is always high. Always delicious! Customer service is top notch too. These sandwiches are consistently satisfying.

Solid porchetta sandwich. I had mine with rapini and truffle sauce.

It looks better than what it tastes, as it is greasy, crunchy, and with a rather weak flavor.

Getting kind of sick of your rock hard cookies, they're so inconsistent sometimes. Please start putting best before dates on them and just donate them to a shelter if they're stale.

What to try?

Their porchetta sandwich. Served in this different kind of bun that's toasted very nicely to the point that when you bite into it gives you the crunch you will be excited about. With a spread of Dijon and spicy sauce, adds the right amount of taste to the porchetta. I also ordered the specialty cider tempt 9 for the very first time and I thought wow, this drink is really good! Great for the summer and girls will absolutely love it if they're into sweet cidars. Try it out!

Last tip?

I didn't get to try everything on the menu but I would definitely give their house made cookies a try next time and the other sandwiches. Everything was made to order and you can even get a glimpse as they make it if you peer through the small window into their kitchen. I believe you can order the full porchetta if you wanted too.

Porchetta meal for two on UberEATS is a good value, but I do think it lacked in the flavour department. Very little crackling and the rapini was unpleasant. The chocolate chip cookies and fries were pretty standard. It was filling and there are leftovers, so not a bad experience. This is more like a 2.5 rating.

Went with my cousin before the Toronto fc soccer game. I am from Italy and I had ton of porchetta back home. I can tell you with all honesty this is the best porchetta place in Toronto and one of the best I ever had! Absolutely loved it. Place is super clean, staff is really nice. Sandwiches are really convenient for an exclusive location as king street. Can t wait to come back :)

Specials are the way to go.

Small place but what they do is really good.

Very tasty. The food is max greasy so you may want to hit it up when a bathroom is nearby.

I love the kick this sand which had to it! Definitely up there as one of the satisfying fried chicken sandwiches I ve had. Highly suggest trying this one out if your a fan of fried chicken sandwiches. They are also known for their other sandwiches as well!
