I regret to admit that the customer service we have been receiving from Polyway in the last 3-5 yrs is a stark contrast to what initially enticed us to sign on with them (10 yrs ago). It took us a while to notice, but it eventually became obvious that we were being charged for products/services above our needs. In addition, they are not transparent with their contract terms, and made a feeble attempt at forcing us to renew for 2 yrs. Dishonest would be an understatement, as on multiple occasions, their technicians caused damage to our hardware but denied any responsibility. Buyer beware.
