Great experience! Our trip director Kayla was incredible. We went on a big dam release day and things were pretty hectic, with more than a couple of people falling out of rafts, etc. the whole staff was very organized and friendly, but Kayla kept everyone motivated, in order, and also seemed like she was having a blast herself. Will definitely go again!

Late in doing this but here it is. Truly enjoyed my very first WWR Under the Moonlight. Paul was such a good leader. He made my experience a good one. Happy with the picture you took for us. I hope the company considers doing more night trips before the end of the season. I would love to share the experience with my kids.
The family has enjoyed Skirmish and WWR with your company for many years and this experience cannot be left out.
I wasn't mad at the fact that cheese was not available but a kit for two smore's was provided. The wine was good too.
A great day and a fun experience. We did the dam release whitewater trip and everyone enjoyed it. The guides were great and everything was well organized. There can be a lot of rafts on the river, which slows things down a bit. Also I'd recommend going as a group - if you show up as a pair you're going to end up in a raft with people you don't know.
Everything was wonderful. I didnt enjoy that much in a while. The view , water leaves you breathless. If i had the chance i would drive up here 3 hours everyday and i am not kidding. It was wonderful guys. I want to bring all my friends here. Please do come and enjoy everything. (Even tho it was raining half of the time. It was still great. )
We brought a group of a hundred. They were extremely organized and efficient. The place is very well run with a lot of smart and nice staff. The trip was a lot of fun cause of the dam release on Sunday though it's very expensive
What a great time, what a great adventure. The staff goes way and above the call of duty. The guides where great. Cant wait to do whitewater rafting again.
The staff was awesome, friendly, polite and all around great. It was our first time whitewater rafting and it was so much fun, I would recommend it to anyone. I plan on going again with my wife and daughter.
Very rude service. Will say anything on the phone to get you to go here over others in the area. They said they could accommodate vegetarian on the phone with veggie burgers. But when we got there it was a peanut butter sandwich in a hotdog bun.
We did the family style white water rafting trip with my family (including two kids 7 and 8). We overall enjoyed the trip, which was a good introduction to white water rafting for the kids. The river is beautiful. The trip did include more paddling than I had expected. However, there were nice breaks where you could get out and swim, which were really relaxing on a hot summer day. The staff and guides were very helpful and professional. Everyone adhered to the COVID-19 policies that were posted on the website, including all employees and guests.
First rafting experience at Pocono Whitewater and it was great. Went with whole family, kids and old all loved it. It is not scary course so it was lot of fun for children and kids.
This is allot of fun especially in the Summer. It's best to go after allot of rain or after a damn release. It's a great time for the whole family, it's very organized and the instructors stay with you the entire trip. The scenery is beautiful, bring your camera, they sell water proof cases for your camera. You must wear sneakers. Prices are very reasonable. Allot of fun, should experience it at least once, they also sell pictures of your experience
Fantastic... Fantastic... Fantastic... Awesome crew. Enjoyed thoroughly. Since we are new to level 2 and 3 rafting ( that too with 2 kids ) we couldn't move forward after 1 mile. But Jash and crew took care of us very well. Our kids enjoyed like anything.. no words.. we want to go again and again.. rest rooms are very clean.. bus travel was great.. customer care is responsive in case of reschedule or cancel your plan..
If anyone want to try first time, I suggest following things.
1. Energy bars and snacks 2. Waterproof cover Mobile and wallet 3. Sunglasses 4. Sun screen lotion 5. Water shoes 6. Action camera ( if you are vlog enthusiastic )
It's a place where you can take your kids and introduce to rafting. I took my 6year and 4 year boys and they had amazing time. You have to be prepared to get exhausted physically if you are going with kids, but all in all it was fun with family. I have been here before with friends it was a complete different experience as we were just all having fun, they give you a bucket where you can store your food items and drinks that you can bring with you. Take your water guns and splashers to add extra fun.
Great time on the river, took a group of 26 for a 21st birthday celebration.. dam release, staff is great, from reservations , getting ready, bus driver and the guides in the water!!! The guides are fun, friendly and safe at same time. Cant wait for the next trip!!!
Great adventures... Bring shoes that u don't mind getting water on.. or u will be spending another 12 bucks to buy or 6 for rent... Bring a phone case water resistant so that u can capture the moments. The covers are for sale at the store which is like 10$.
The trip itself was fine. The rapids are occasionally pretty rough (good) but the water level tended to be low, even with the dam release. The number of rafts run at once was the biggest issue - logjams were common making hitting the chutes awkward.
I wish the other people on the trip were a bit more courteous as we had a few boats full of obnoxious, rowdy, and obscene folks, but that wasn't totally on the rafting company.
Went wwr for the first time and with kids. It was a great time. The guides are fun and helpful. Nothing rough or scary at all. We were out for a bit over 3 hours. Next time I'd try a faster, more advanced course.
This much needed trip was just amazing...Molly, Tanner and the entire crew were just amazing.
Our trip was at 2 pm and we reached the place around the same time. We got checked in quickly, and waited for approx. 1 hour before our pre-trip briefing. Molly, our trip leader was hilarious and kept us entertained through the briefing which last for approx. 15 mins. We were provided small white buckets for water splashing, paddles and life jackets. They are cleaned after every trip and were very clean. Next, we got on the bus to our location for water rafting. The ride on the bus was approximately 20 mins and was nice.
We were a group of 4 adults, 4 kids and were provided a nice clean raft ready to go. The experience from here was amazing as the family enjoyed every minute of the adventure. The trip guides took extreme care to make sure we were steered clear of huge rocks. Tanner was amazing as he offered to take the kids into his kayak near the swim areas and also proved a water gun for kids to have fun with. There were multiple stops for kids to swim and eventually we stopped for a quick snack which was much needed and was excellent - hot dog buns, chips, potato salad, lemonade and water. On our way back during the last stretch of rapids, a kid in of the one of the rafts behind us fell into water, and Tanner was quick to pull him back. On our way back, we got back onto the bus shutte and it was approximately 30 minutes back to the original location.
Overall the trip was awesome and the crew were amazing which was a huge part of the experience...Will definitely recommend familes with kids over 4 years. Looking forward to going back next year.
Looking for something different to do with our 14 year old son. We picked whitewater rafting. I was a little nervous since this was MY first time and the first time for our son. We had a blast. The staff was the best. The lunch was a nice break. Very relaxing. If i would have known it was so much fun, we would have started earlier in the season and would have been back many more time this summer. Will DEFINITELY be back many more times next year.
Absolutely great time. The staff was super fun and very attentive. We struggled with getting stuck on rocks at the beginning and they came over and taught us how to work as a team better to avoid the rocks. It was a long and tiring day but extremely fun!
Awesome experience whitewater rafting there. Be ready to feel numb the next day as you put all your muscles into play rowing through the harsh river. Teaches you the essence of team work and coordination.
It was #AMAZING starting w/bkfst., 10 min. lunch break n dinner included!! Biking over 22 miles, vigorous hiking to a breathtaking mountain top, #beautiful cave then white water rafting where the water felt AWESOME after a full day of activities. Proper footwear & clothing is a MUST!!
