I wish I could give no stars. I was seen here a little over a year ago and I am still healing from the "mistake" this place made. The radiologist didnt even review my CT when it was taken. If he had, would have seen the large absess I had. Because of this enormous "mistake" I was in pain for another week and I ended up having emergency surgery to drain the abscess that almost doubled in size in 6 days and I was almost septic.
I have used the location off 151 & military drive west. They are fast, friendly and helpful. They take my Humana and I had no billing issues whatsoever. I highly recommend them! I will not use another facility.
I was here before and wasn't able to have the MRI done because of an issue with my spinal cord stimulator. I came back today and have been waiting for 30 minutes because the tech needed to insure that MRI was possible with the stimulator in. This verification was done before my last appointment. I have turned the device off (MRI mode) and now have to wait for them to scan another patient. This is not acceptable.
The front desk staff told me to show up 15 minutes prior to my appointment, but they didn t bring the paperwork out to my car until 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. The staff member who addressed my paperwork was patient and did apologize for the delay. The other two women at the front desk were engaged in what appeared to be a very focused conversation with each other - only the staff member who did my paperwork and the tech were wearing masks the two engrossed in their conversation were at the front desk unmasked and seemed to not intend to wear them at all despite COVID and the patients being required to wear them after waiting in their vehicles (out of sight, out of mind).
My actual imaging tech was wonderful, she was proficient and answered my questions. The imaging process itself was just fine.
I had been told that I could get a CD of my images afterwards, so I requested it and was told it would be about 10 minutes and to wait in my car. I got the CD 40 minutes later.
If you go here, factor in a lot of extra time to wait in your car, and wear a mask because the visible half of the staff interacting with patients weren t.
**If there were other patients, I would have been understanding of my appointment being pushed back a bit, however I was the only one parked in a reserve spot as instructed, I didn t see other patient vehicles until after my imaging was done.
Very friendly, affordable, and supportive. Had a great experience with them.
Went with husband to get a cat scan and today is April 22nd 2021 and even though there was zero people in the lobby ... I was told I had to get out ..... I could see if this was 6 months ago but the lift of wearing masks have been lifted I find that this is just extremely lame and uncalled for so I wouldn t recommend this facility !
Came in for an 11:00 appointment on a Saturday . Arrived early to fill out paperwork. No one else was at the facility when we arrived, yet we were forced to wait well over an hour for her to be seen because person with an earlier appointment arrived late and at my daughters appointment time yet she was taken in before my daughter. This is ridiculous service.
This was my first MRI & did not know what to expect. Roger ( technician), was extremely comforting & made my experience very pleasant. Front desk staff was very helpful & accommodating. Very clean & comfortable place. I won't go anywhere else for any future MRI's.
Very lovely place inside I felt rather cozy. Has a TV and coffee I believe. I came here for an MRI. Great state of the art technology. It was a bit hard to find but staff were friendly.

The facility on Cinnamon Creek Road, in the medical center area in San Antonio, is spot on! Everyone is exceptionally friendly and prompt. I have been here twice now, there is no wait time, what I have experienced in the past, and the staff here is exceptional! The facility is very clean & I would highly Recommend this location.

This place does not know what there doing or either there equipment is old...my husband was there a couple weeks ago to get a CT Pelvic scan due to a hernia. He was told no hernia was found, we knew they were wrong. We decided to go to Santa Rosa Hospital at westoverhills, since he wasn't feeling good. Next thing we know he had 2 hernias. The Hospital did a CT scan and found not one but two hernias. What a place to go wouldn't recommended to anyone. Had the worst experience.
Clean offices, great staff, MRI technician was the sweetest, felt at ease and before you knew it it was over.

I was told that my appointment was at 1:45 and after checking in and filling out paperwork, they told me that my appointment was not until 2:30!! I took time off work and had to delay my meetings thanks to this inconvenience! I would ve appreciated honesty when being scheduled!! This was extremely rude!!!!
I had a reaction to the MRI contrast. The doctor on site would not give me Benadryl. If it wansn't for the Tech, my situation would have been worse. I had hives, my face got grossly swollen, my tongue was swollen. The doc on site did absolutely nothin; just sat there and told me to relax. My husbsnd had to pick me up and rush me to the ER, where they pumped me with prednisone. It took me a week to recover. I will never return.

Stephanie the Technician was very comforting and helped me through a very long MRI. I am claustrophobic, so I was grateful that she provided soothing music and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was okay. I appreciated the clean facility and good social distancing practices.
