It's a great time for the whole family, it's very organized and the instructors stay with you the entire trip. The scenery is beautiful, bring your camera, they sell water proof cases for your camera. You must wear sneakers. Prices are very reasonable. Allot of fun, should experience it at least once, they also sell pictures of your experience
