Had a routine oil and filter change along with a tire rotation. No appointment. Just drove up.
Dropped the vehicle off because I didn't think i had time to wait because I had to be at work.
Well, to my surprise, got a call at work, 55 mins. after I dropped it off say my vehicle was done.
I think next time I'll just have a cup of coffee and wait for it. That was excellent service.

Kudos to the service team at Plaza Ford. I appreciate their professionalism and communication about my repair status. Its the little things that matter and its what folks remember that brings them back. Thank you for helping my family.

Was considering several used F150s. Heard from a friend about the great deal he got at Plaza. Decided to see for ourselves.
Was greeted by Darren and turned over to Gary. Found a F150 Super Cab w/5.0.
Darren & Gary applied all the discounts available, the price was comparable to the used trucks I was looking at.
Took delivery the next day. Am now a happy camper!

I needed an oil change, tire rotation and air filters changed. I was told that there would be a 1.5-2 hour wait and that's what it was. Everything was done as promised and attendant was very pleasant. My only suggestion for improvement is to allow appointments for the Quick Lane. Or if not that, then take away the mirrored glass on the waiting room so I can see how many people are waiting when I drive up. I had small children in the car and if I can make a decision about whether to stop for service now or at a less crowded time without having to take them into the waiting room, that is a big help to me.

Gordy is the man to talk to. He listens to what you are looking for and tries to sit you in the car you are looking for. Absolutely great sales experience, salesman for life.

Was told by Ford corporate to bring to this location to verify that my 4 year old transmission was bad and that they would assist with the cost of the faulty transmission (4 years old!!!). After being confirmed it was ford faulty transmission, corporate backtracked and now is completly refusing any financial assistance. Im now towing my vehicle from the dealership, to only be hit with a 120 diagnosis fee for them to even look at it. Im down 2 tow bills, a diagnosis fee and still have a broken down car. DONT BUY FORD.

Have bought 4 or 5 vehicles over the years and always have a top notch customer service. I also get all my servicing done there as well and always feel well taken care of.

my engine light came on recently on my 2017 ford edge with only 13000 miles when I called for service, the only time available was a 2 week wait
they said the dealership is busy,unfortunately i thought this would void my warranty if i continued to drive while i waited for the appointment, you wonder why people don't bring their car in for service at a dealership perfect example.

My experience at Plaza was great. I worked with Rusty on purchasing a Ford Explorer. Rusty was informative and pleasant to work with. He wasn't pushy or over eager to make the sale, which made me feel comfortable. Everything went very smoothly and I am happy to be a new customer of Plaza Ford.

I bought a Ford Focus here with Sync. The Sync system was garbage. Each time the software glitched out, I took a computer system to an auto mechanic to fix it. With Plaza, every appointment was a week or so out. Then the wait while they tinkered with it. I got rid of the car in 18 months and went back to imports. My 10 y/o Tacoma has less n3eda than that new Focus had. 2 stars for the way they did me on an attempt to trade it back in for something else. Rude.

As an owner of a business in Harford County for 19 years, and someone who has bought vehicles for herself for 38 years, when I came back to Plaza Ford to buy a truck that I had test driven earlier in the week, I was asked by the salesman "where is your husband?" UGGGGGHHHHH
I drove to Montgomery County and bought the truck I wanted and was treated with respect. Sales 101.

The staff was great, the second I walked in the door they were very helpful and made sure I was getting the exact work done on my vehicle that I needed. They also informed me of exact pricing to include what was covered and what was not which I felt was wonderful, so I was aware prior to everything being done. Another plus, they made it clear that the service being done would take a little longer than most. I felt as though I was fully informed the entire time I was there. This is definitely the only place I will bring my vehicle.

I was looking at trucks over a year ago. I stopped in Plaza Ford on the way to a friends house and met Gordy. I told him I wasn't sure what I wanted but he treated me like I was going to buy. This is why a over a year later I went back. Again he was a treat and this time I was ready. I liked everyone I interfaced with. I hope to keep this relationship for a long time. BTW I live 4 1/2 miles from a different dealership and over 30 miles from Plaza...... Nuff said :)

I took my little brother to buy his first car. After shopping around a little and the experience we had it s extremely clear that we should have only gone to Plaza Ford. The Internet Sales Manager, Greg, quickly assisted us with zero hassle. He was able to find, as cliche as it sounds, the perfect car for my brother right away and told us that there are rebates that my brother qualified for. Our salesman, Gary, was extremely sweet and patient throughout the entire process. He really took his time with explaining the car and all of its features so my brother would feel confident using them while driving. Dave in finance kept my brother s payments where everyone felt comfortable and made sure he had a warranty that he really needed. He did an amazing job with explaining each document my brother signed and not once did we feel pressured or rushed while in finance. Last, but certainly not least, Plaza s Manager Guy was absolutely phenomenal. He was present throughout the entire process, from the second we walked into the showroom up until we drove off the lot. My brothers trade in is a lot of things, but by no means a good car . Out of the absolute kindness of Guy s heart he gave my brother a very generous trade in value. I can t thank Plaza Ford enough for giving my brother such a wonderful first time buying experience. Everyone we met and worked with exceeded our expectations. When you buy a car from Plaza Ford you aren t just a customer, you re a friend. I ll definitely be strongly recommending this dealership to all of my friends and family.

My wife had a bad experience when she meet with Frank. I posted a review and they contacted me trying to fix the issues. I dealt with high mostly and Mike did our paperwork. They did outstanding and made the process go very smoothly. I lease a new vechile every year and this is the best experience I have ever had. They truly do care about customer service.

I was there recently for a recall and service. Mary checked me in and was extremely friendly . Lady at the bursars office was very nice as well. Service was completed in a timely manner as told. Glad I purchased my Explorer at Plaza!

Husband and I had a very good experience during our recent purchase at Plaza Ford of our 2018 Fiesta. The transaction was efficient and smooth. Fiesta meets our needs for a flat tow vehicle. Our sales person, John Staab was thorough and made the experience pleasant. Appreciated the wrap-up meeting with dealership owner and finance person. Really quick oil change had me out in less than 45 minutes.

Worst experience of our life since we moved from Maryland. Initially my wife needed an oil change and a windshiled wiper issue on our 2013 Ford Explorer to be trouble shot. We show up as scheduled and a truck is blocking our entrance. Secondary the service tech, had a very poor attitude and couldn't find our appointment nor was he very willing to help. After the minutia was resolved he told us that there would be a service fee of 119 dollars to trouble shoot our cars issue. I explained we had a warranty with a 100 dollar deductible which we purchased from Ford that covered ALL components other than wear and tear items. After being treated like a 4 old child who didn't know there left hand from the right, I requested a manager who was even less empathetic and told me verbatim, "it's your prerogative if you want to take your car elsewhere." If I could rate this place a -10, I would. Your customer service is terrible!!!!!

I just wanted to say the purchase of my 2019 Ford Escape was the most pleasant and relaxing vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Everyone involved in the process, especially Gary Abrams and Dave Allen, was very professional and courteous, and treated us respectfully without any pressure or hard sales tactics.
