Worst experience of our life since we moved from Maryland. Initially my wife needed an oil change and a windshiled wiper issue on our 2013 Ford Explorer to be trouble shot. We show up as scheduled and a truck is blocking our entrance. Secondary the service tech, had a very poor attitude and couldn't find our appointment nor was he very willing to help. After the minutia was resolved he told us that there would be a service fee of 119 dollars to trouble shoot our cars issue. I explained we had a warranty with a 100 dollar deductible which we purchased from Ford that covered ALL components other than wear and tear items. After being treated like a 4 old child who didn't know there left hand from the right, I requested a manager who was even less empathetic and told me verbatim, "it's your prerogative if you want to take your car elsewhere." If I could rate this place a -10, I would. Your customer service is terrible!!!!!
