Honda parts department would not answer the phones; certainly not good for business. Visit however, was OK.

I had very bad experience with Plaza Auto Mall Today (Aug 28 2016). I had agreed to buy 2013 Honda Odyssey EXL for 23,400.00$ (Out door price) which includes NJ Sales tax, DMV fees,and doc fee. The salesman name is Dexcer. He had taken required documents for finance. After 3 hours waiting, he told loan approved and asked me to sign the papers. When I met with the finance person, I was surprised that the car out door price was changed to 24200.00. When I asked salesman, he told me that we agreed for 24200$ only not for 23400$. They are not friendly. I don't suggest to buy the car from there. They will rip you off with all the hidden fees. They will change the prices when you sign the paper work.

Do not purchase a car from Lester, he will lie to your face, probably of the most unscrupulous individuals I have ever had to deal with. Would NOT recommend.

Today was the day I was going to purchase my car. I came with all of my paperwork and was ready to find the car that was advertised so I could call it mine. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. The salespeople (except the young black woman, I wish I knew your name) acted as if I didn't exist and I walked by plenty of them. I'm what people in sales would call "a motivated buyer" but maybe I didn't look like one. It's ok. I'm going to take my money elsewhere. My friends warned me and I read the reviews but I wanted to find out for myself. Waste of time.

Even when you make a car service appointment it takes 2-3 hours for a simple oil change.

Disgusting place. Brought my care to get fixed. First they did bunch of tests and found nothing, had to leave my car there, no replacement, nothing. I was without car for a while, came back in couple of days. They told me to drive it around with tank filled with super, which i did as long as I could, but the car was not drivable. HELLO, I've brought it because it will shuts off when Im driving it, how can I make it through two full tanks of gas, when its not working.

Had to come back again, they took it from me, no replacement again. Week of silence, one phone call from mechanic saying we'll figure it out in couple of hours, then nothing for another week. Finally i called someone and they told me to come down for a replacement. Great, at least something new, I couldn't stay without a car for any longer.

After an hour of wait and multiple people telling me "We'll be right with you", some nameless dude, long oily hair, probably indian origin (can be wrong) Pulled me in that little shack and start his attitude right away. Apparently its my fault what is wrong with it, I put bad gas in it. Wow, give me a list of gas stations where I shouldn't fill out my car, because they have a bad gas. Kept telling me that he has to deal with people like me all the time, who comes there and telling him they did nothing wrong, but it was their fault. Called me a liar because of me telling him that my car never ran out of gas. HELLO I'm working in NJ Linden area, have you seen how many gas stations are there, there are so many gas stations it's ridiculous. My car never even been with less than half a tank. But according to this person I'm lying like everybody else.

After my countless: "No, I didn't ran out of gas" and "I put fine gas in the tank", his argument was "Well why it smells like gas inside?" WTF, my snow blower's little one gallon can is none of your concern. Its Rav 4, sometimes people have gas can inside the car, because TRUNK is INSIDE the car.

His last argument was: why I didn't drive it for two full tanks of super as I was told. OMG! Car dies on me, it stops working and shuts off on the highway without any warning. It's just dead. How it can be driven. I can give you a dead horse and tell you to ride it from new york to PA. What? You have a problem? Don't lie to me, you can do it.

Anyways, I'm lying according to this dude. My options were: take the car from them and hope that malfunction will go away, or pay 1k+ for them to fix it, because tests have shown it was my fault it broke. Thanks people, in three weeks, you came up with this. Until the last day tests have shown "nothing wrong" with the car and an hour before I came tests have finally worked.

Give me three weeks, computer and your name, i'll make you John Lennon on your driver license and that your IQ is 45

Went to Plaza Auto Mall coz I wanted to buy a car for my dad on his birthday. Honestly, I didn t expect such a good collection of pre-owned vehicles at great prices. After quick checkout, I chose Hyundai Elantra SE and got the paperwork done the next hour. Dad is happy and so I am.

I have bought so many cars in my life but never got so satisfied with the service before. Hands down to the excellent pricing, best communication, wide array of models, and hassle-free process. My wife and I had no intention of buying a new vehicle on the day we visited Plaza Auto Mall. We had a 10 months old Prius Four and found

it a bit too small (we owned a Toyota Limited before hurricane Sandy destroyed it). We were just browsing comparing mid-size SUV's from

Toyota, Acura, Honda and Hyundai - all conveniently located side by side at the Plaza Auto Mall.

Hyundai was the last showroom on our "just looking" tour. That's where we encountered Michael Dakir. He asked several very pertinent

questions, acknowledged that we are just gathering information and do not plan to buy an SUV for another year or two.

We did appreciate Michael's genuine commitment to our wants and needs and his exceptional knowledge of Hyundai vehicles. He helped us

to chose the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport over all the other SUVs we looked at. Finally, the top of the line Santa Fe Sport just happened to arrive

in the showroom that morning. It was love at first sight for us, the vehicle had everything we wanted and it came in a very lovely cabo bronze

color. Michael was exceptionally helpful in all stages of the purchase: trade in, price, making sure we drove home in our new SUV that day..

Literally the worst I'm so disgusted by this place they made us wait for 5 hours. The lady that was doing the paper work was rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend this place at all and we will never go back.

This place is nothing but a bunch of liars and thugs with uses cars that have more problematic issues than you could dream of as you will see with photos posted the staf is lazy and doesn't care about helping they sit on there phones and managers behind desks watching youtube I was there to buy a certified car when I drove the car the breaks were clearly no good I said please fix the brakes there are clear issues manager was short and rude tells me if you don't like the breaks than good bye so I did as I am walking out a thug named mr Rosenberg tells me that at the price I was told is with out a certification only if you pay the $1000 extra is the car certified however the car is clearly advertised as certified so I left 2 days later I get a call yea were going to fix the breaks and service the car and it's certified for the same original price I go down to test the car again this time a check engine light came on mechanic says oh just a phantom check engine light and drove the car the sales lady agreed with me since the last time she was in the car for a test drive that there were sissies with gave it some gas and the whole car shook like it was having a heart attack whatever you do don't buy cars from these crooks

I bought a vehicle from Richard in April. He was awesome. I now live 150 miles away from Plaza Auto Mall. I was in the market for another vehicle in October and went back to Richard because of the outstanding customer service I previously received from him. He did not disappoint. He listened, no pressure, and he found me exactly what I was looking for with the payment I wanted. He is a huge asset to Plaza Auto mall and I will recommend him to everyone I know!!!

I just love my New 2020 Acura ILX Base. Perfect design, color, and above all, the price charged for it was super affordable. Though this was my first buying experience from Plaza Auto Mall, I didn't felt disappointed. Staff were responsive enough to hear our entire queries. 5 stars.

I leased a car through plaza auto mall and was contacted by an investigator stating that my private information was being used on other people's applications. They also tried to obtain insurance for someone else's vehicle under my name and I don't know who the person is. The are con artists and r being investigated for fraudulent activity. I would not recommend anyone going here for their vehicle unless u want ur credit ruined.

Overall, a good experience. The wait time for a NYS Inspection and software update on omg vehicle was bit longer than expected, but reasonable.

Excellent staff and prompt response on our questions. We love our RAV4. It was an easy and understandable transaction. The refreshment station was a delight and everyone was courteous and helpful. We could have spent more time in understanding all of the vehicle usages but I believe that time will help us facilitate the many options. I know that if I have any questions, they will be answered.

Horrible management from Toyota and Honda at this fairly small strip mall. One long block between ave M and N. They will not hesitate to laugh at you or try to play you to over value their product. Management is extremely unprofessional. I basically think of typical sleazy car salesmen when I think of this place. Then again they're not much different from most car dealerships. They like to pretend they're selling Bentleys or Ferarris.

I feel they tried there best to get me a deal that worked for me and I would definitely come back in the future to do business again.

I sent my car to Plaza Auto Mall on 9/14/2016 for repairs following a collision. Today is now 10/6/2016 and Plaza has NOT repaired my car... have not even started the repairs despite being paid by my insurance company. I have asked to speak to managers/ supervisors and have gotten no assistance. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a car dealership... If I could give them negative stars I would. Buyer beware...

These guys are professional and fast. They always provide a price before they proceed and it is reasonable. All the mechanics in this place go the extra mile to meet the expectations of their customers. Excellent!!

I think plaza auto mall have one of the worst customer service dept in the world . tracey grant bought a honda crv from plaza mall couple week ago.they were suppose to send a photo inspection to state farm and did not do it they actually sent a photo copy of the wrong vehicle, now my insurance company is threatening to terminate which will lead to termination of my drivers lic. I have called Plaza Auto several times to resolve the situation which has lead to no positive results.

You can't get the car priced on website of shop. Usually, the price is 2-3k higher.

I have bought 3 cars from this place and I have had no problems with any of them. I can confidently say that they are the best dealers I have ever come across who made our buying process really smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for everyone.

Brought car into Honda Sevice twice and the kept the car for a couple days and did nothing , send it to another Honda dealership and it was repaired in 2 days ,

This place is not friendly. Drove all the way from Whitestone to Brooklyn to check out a KIA Stinger based on them calling me to tell me about employee pricing and discount about the car.

I arrived 5 minutes behind my appointment time on 6/24 to meet a voluptuous receptionist dismissing my questions regarding whether there was a discount over the phone, that they reached out to me about. She was very short in question ex: lease of finance?, were not doing promotions on stinger she was very rude.

It's not always a good experience feel like its only if you have something to offer. it's sometimes a ridiculous wait time and last time I felt ignored because when I walked in there.

The salesmen gave information for me to come look at a car with a quoted online price. I arrived they said it wasn t ready to sell, and then said it had already been sold before I had scheduled the appointment. They then tried to sell me a new car instead. Would not recommend.

The sales representative Damany Howard and Luis Simeoli the car manager made it an easy process as well as convenient for me, being that I live out of state. I would definitely recommend coming here in the future for the best pricing for your budget.

I saw a great deal at Plaza Auto Mall and decided to venture into Brooklyn to purchase it. Ms. Sheena Antoine made my visit worthwhile. Even when my car was not ready, she was professional and personally ensured that the problem was resolved. 5 stars for her service. Honorable mention to the used car manager Luis Simeoll for keeping his word. He did his best to ensure that my car was ready and more than made up for my wait time.

PLAZA AUTO MALL HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry SE car in December and in March the financial adviser in the at Toyota by the name of Jamal, wanted me to bring the car back because he couldn't get me approved for a loan to finance the car. There was never any clarification as to why I wasn't approved, but by this time I was so fed up dealing with Jamal I brought the car back. like any other customer, I asked for my deposit back since now I had to go and purchase a car somewhere else. Long story short, it took for me to make a scene in the show room to get my deposit returned after countless trips demanding my money back since they were really trying to keep my money. under no circumstances did Plaza Auto Mall have the right to keep my deposit since i was never approved for a loan. Clearly Jamal did not know what he was doing because in less than week I was in a brand new Nissan Altima thanks to Baron Nissan in Roslyn N.Y. Moral of the story, these people are crooks and do not know have good customer experience at all.

What I like about it is that you can walk from dealer to dealer and everything is in about one square block it s convenient

This place is a BAD business...called to verify the car we were interested in was there, it was confirmed by three different people on Friday. Went through the bank got pre-approved, did the True Car stuff, no issues. Checked web site the next morning, still there, (but the price went up $2,500??), received a call from Plaza Saturday morning about 11:00 to insure we were still interested, confirmed we were on our way, drove 2 1/2 hours through New York City into Brooklyn, when we got there waited almost 30 minutes through blaring music before we were handed off to 5 different people...then their sales manager (Dan, Extremely Rude) said the car sold last night. Their web site showed two cars we were interested in and they could not produce either. Then we waited over another hour for them to produce and wrecked over priced version of make and model we were looking for. Complete WAIST of our time . recommend NOT NOT NOT doing business there.

If you are going there to buy a car, they will help you a lot. The salesperson are nice and help you find the right car for you. BUT, after you bought the car and you have a little problem with it, it is very hard to get in touch with them.

Tony Urrutia my saleman is Delano Ashmeade you mentioned you have a meeting with your staff as the general you need to informed them of wrong doing. I purchase a car on June 18 2015 I park the car wake up my car has a boot on it for three tickets for 2014 so when they told you can drive out the plate they put on the car either belong to someone else or them when they park so now my car will be towed for something I have no knowledge on This company need to be taking to court I could have been arrested had cop run my plate it could have been worse company is horrible do not purchase from them you will be sorry I'm begging you people do not Tony Urrutia since you are the general manager I think you have a complaint center because these salesman will get people in trouble with the law that's unacceptable since you have meeting every week Tony Urrutia talk to Delano Ashmeade concerning my car People need to start calling consumer affair because too much is going on this place had I look at the review on Google I would not buy from them now I have ticket for 654 dollars that Delano Ashmeade sold a car with Tony you need to have a complaint center because these saleman are terrible unless you in on it

Never again will I ever come back to Plaza auto. They sold me a defective used car. I bought my car in December when there was hardly any rain. As soon as April came around in New York, it s been raining every other day and seems like the rain water gets into the dashboard somehow and leaks onto the passenger side floor through the Dash. I came back and explained that they sold me a defective used car and told me they wouldn t do anything to fix it and that It was my responsibility. Anybody thinking about buying a car which plaza auto to think twice.

I usually don't write reviews but I just felt compelled to do so. About a month and a half ago, I bought a 2012 Fiat from a guy of Indian descent. (his name escapes me and quite frankly, I threw away his card out of disgust). I've bought 6 cars in the past and am quite familiar with the process. However, this guy made me feel rushed. Never actually took the time to explain what my new fiat had in terms of features, etc. I honestly felt like a number. In addition, when I realized a broken arm rest after I had made the decision, he pretty much told me its no longer his responsibility but mine. When I reached out to the loan manager to discuss my disappointment, he just kept pushing me off writing these long responses about being busy. Hello! I just purchased a car from you! I should matter at least a week after putting money in your pocket! I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at Auto Plaza Mall.

If I could give Plaza Auto a minus, minus zero I would. Saw a used Toyota Sienna 2014 on their website. My husband and I called and made an appointment to see the Van. We got there had to Valet check our car and waited approximately 20 minutes for them to produce the Van.

We were quite horrified at what they showed us. The pictures that were posted showed no damage. The mirror was bashed in as well as the whole passenger side had damage.
It was Posted as Wildfire Red ... ha what a joke... was maroon. I said to the slithering Salesperson, this is not the car shown on your website. He checked the VIN number, and much to my surprise it was a match.
Spoke with the Manager looked at it and said I guess it has to go to auction. I thanked him for false advertising and wasting our time.

And...this is the reason Car Dealerships get such a bad reputation. Bait and switch.
