PLAZA AUTO MALL HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry SE car in December and in March the financial adviser in the at Toyota by the name of Jamal, wanted me to bring the car back because he couldn't get me approved for a loan to finance the car. There was never any clarification as to why I wasn't approved, but by this time I was so fed up dealing with Jamal I brought the car back. like any other customer, I asked for my deposit back since now I had to go and purchase a car somewhere else. Long story short, it took for me to make a scene in the show room to get my deposit returned after countless trips demanding my money back since they were really trying to keep my money. under no circumstances did Plaza Auto Mall have the right to keep my deposit since i was never approved for a loan. Clearly Jamal did not know what he was doing because in less than week I was in a brand new Nissan Altima thanks to Baron Nissan in Roslyn N.Y. Moral of the story, these people are crooks and do not know have good customer experience at all.
