I sent my car to Plaza Auto Mall on 9/14/2016 for ...

I sent my car to Plaza Auto Mall on 9/14/2016 for repairs following a collision. Today is now 10/6/2016 and Plaza has NOT repaired my car... have not even started the repairs despite being paid by my insurance company. I have asked to speak to managers/ supervisors and have gotten no assistance. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a car dealership... If I could give them negative stars I would. Buyer beware...
