Absolutely one of the most beautiful tours I have experienced. Here it is true from the beginning to the end. Everything in the highest quality. Even if you are picked up there are no piles of rust or rattling buckets, decent cars and a refreshment (water) is also offered. Arrived at the beginning of the desert you still have the opportunity to go to the toilet which is important for a lot and clean for the circumstances. Then you start with the antique Land Rovers and you glide comfortably through the desert. Make stops for photos again and again and you get a lot told by the guides. The Falken Show is very impressive and here too there is exciting information. When you arrive at the camp you are really surprised. Clean, beautiful and really cozy. Toilets absolutely TOP and clean. I think there is something for everyone, there are different things. The money for this tour worth every penny does not take long to book. We did the tour twice every year and each time with the same TOO quality. This tour is very suitable for older people who like to be quiet and value comfort and cleanliness. There is no rushing across the dunes or even boarding through the desert.

Went on the heritage safari for the afternoon-evening. Was a fun trip, with the very accommodating and knowledgeable guide Gert.
Picked up guests from our respective hotels and provided some information about Dubai along the way between and to the destination.
The short Falcon show was an impressive demonstration. And the Food at camp was plenty.

This was recommended by our close friends and in first hand it looks a little bit pricy when compared with other offers on the web. it looks that everyone offer same thing, but this guys know what they are doing... this was best spent money for sightseeing all day trip we ever had. you will experience real desert and wild life along with bedouin traditions. all is included in the price (souvenirs, fantastic guidance, fantastic genuine food in bedouin camp) Thank to our guide Zoltan who make this magic happened.

I had my first desert Safari experience year 2015 in different tour company and it's really wow for me. I had it again last year with #platinumheritage and the experience was superb where in I can say one of the best memories I had in Dubai. The tour guide is super nice and friendly great people and amazing place to visit. Thank you guys I had so much fun!

Very professional from pickup to drop off and everything in between. The vintage Land Rovers are a great part of the experience. The authentic cuisine at the Bedouin camp is amazing and plentiful. Highly recommend this company.

Booked a fatbike tour and wow what a great trip. After getting picked up and transported to the desert wildlife reservation, we hopped up on the bikes and started bashing dunes. Awesome. A bit of a breakfast break out in the desert, and then more biking. I can definitely recommend this experience. I promised our two filipino guides Paolo and Erickson that I would write a good review, but in all fairness they did a great job and they deserve high praise! This experience was worth the money for sure.

Lisa and i wished an experience in the desert in Dubai. While we had high expectations - nothing could have prepared us for Imran and his teams plans. From the beginning Imran was informative, fun and well read. We learned about history culture and experiences on the drive over. The process of getting ready for the desert, headress and logistics was easy. The staff , the surprising pictures, sand ride, falcons , sun set and dinner finished with a walk under the stars - truly have created lifetime memories . We cannot thank the team enough - and especially Imran - for their tireless energy, professionalism and human touch. Uber recommended for folks who wish the true experiences!

The trip is magic experience. Camel rides and falcon show just have to be done when in Dubai. The food was also top class. The most memorable trip in Dubai, book it now.

Best desert safari in Dubai! A truly impeccable service, starting from the pick up at the residence, until returning home! Magj, our guide, was very good and in addition to explaining in detail a lot of information about the United Arab Emirates and the desert, he made us have a lot of fun !! I highly recommend Platinum Heritage Falconry and Wildlife Safari. Our driver Sergio was friendly and on time. When we arrived at the dessert, Wayne greeted us and provided an amazing experience by allowing us to be interactive with the Gamora (the falcon), Amy (the dessert owl), and Harrison the Hawk. Food was served after the interaction at a camp where they have clean restrooms. The traditional breakfast was delicious and I went for seconds. They also have an American option breakfast. There is a photographer at the tour that takes pictures and puts together a short clip of the experience. It truly was a treat.

I booked the Royal Platinum Tour. The advice on booking was extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, I wanted to propose to my girlfriend and they gave me good advice in advance and they organized roses on my own. On the day of the event, the driver was very punctual and was always helpful and hard-working! The tour is unforgettable and unique! The food was great, as well as the whole service all around. A professional photographer captured every moment and made a great video of the day. I can only recommend the tour to everyone and on my next trip to Dubai I will book Platinum Heritage again for an overnight stay in the desert.

Good experience, a little bit in the rush. You can not walk in the dunes, nor have free time to take pictures where you want because it is a reserve. They should start their tours at 13h instead of 14h30 (especially in winter) because the sun goes down early and the time to get there it is already 16h. Aside from that, the landscape is beautiful and we see gazelles and oryxs from the reserve. The hawk show is not exceptional but interesting. The camp is ok, the meal is classic for anyone who has already eaten oriental and the "performance" is not exceptional. The half day at 150 per person is a little expensive paid, 100 would be more fair.

I must write the review in order to set expectations for other people who are considering booking Heritage Safari. I did this tour years ago and it was immaculate, I also used to recommend it to all my clients, friends and family. I went few days ago myself and I must say it was disappointing. The Heritage Safari is way more expensive then with other companies and the quality is just the same now (I have tried quite few companies in dubai). You will be picked up with horrible old mini van and that's your ride for 1h to the desert and 1h back. When I asked them what car will pick us up they just said Ford Explorer or Mini Van (due to high price I did not expect that van will be literally falling apart). Once we arrived my family asked for Henna drawing and they told us that due to COVID they are not doing it (fair enough) BUT couldnt you let us what is not included anymore before we booked?! That would be fair. Also fun thing is that shisha is "safe to consume" in COVID times but Henna is not. The food is average (nothing mind-blowing). So people if you are looking for exceptional desert safari this won't be your "luxury experience". The best thing on this tour are people and immaculate desert dunes, but it doesn't justify the price. I understand that cost cutting is due to COVID, but again you cannot make guest pay full price and not receive the full experience.

Our dedicated guide, Ali Mousa, was particularly insightful, sharing a lot of interesting facts about the desert, its wildlife, the bedouin culture, the challenge of preservation and the legend of the Empty Quarter.
Their guide are dedicated to you, picking you up at your Dubai home and bringing you back there. They are multilingual (Ali spoke perfectly French and English) and provide a real custom experience.
Travelling like Thesinger on a 1950's Defender was a lot of fun too.

The best hot air balloon ride! Watching the sunrise from 4,000ft as we glide silently over the Arabian Desert. One of the best Dubai experience by far.

Highly highly recommend, brother Mohamad Atif is a wonderful man, he was really kind and attended to all our needs. He was going from person to person throughout the entire trip to ensure all were comfortable and extremely happy. Thank you Mohamad from me and my family.

We loved the whole thing form beginning till the end. Highlight are video/photos at the end, which I think are done in great way. Absolutely loved the ride in cranky old Land Rovers. Zoltan, our guide was great and the guys at the camp as well. We have done desert safaris before but this is on the another level completely. Our kids loved water bottles and camel rides.

The only way to experience the wildlife in UAE, the heritage safari was one of the best options we chose from, the exclusive classic land rover defender safari with traditional food being served at the camp, the camp was very lively with limited numbers and not crowded at all, refreshments were provided through out the trip. Our guide Liz'e was very knowledgeable and friendly she made sure all the guest needs were catered to. Will definelty bw recommending to others and will be using you guys again.

We booked the Platinum Heritage. I am so glad we spent the extra money to do this trip as opposed to other desert safaris offered.

So once we got to the Desert Conservation Reserve, we got introduced to our new vehicle from that point: a superb G-Class Mercedes SUV. The bumpy desert roads felt much more comfortable in this vehicle and we felt very safe, too. Our guide, Hamdy made our journey even more pleasant, mainly because he was very polite, with a warm sense of humor and very knowledgeable, as well.

We really enjoined the falconry demonstration and the trainer explained a lot of interesting information about the falcons and hawks, but, the highlight of this tour was sleeping in a Bedouin tent (mattresses, sheets and covers provided). We walked around under the stars enjoying the peacefulness of a moonlit desert. The entire experience was beautiful and peaceful.

I highly recommend the Platinum Tours, even though they are priced above every other cheap safari tour. When it comes to quality of service, these guys have no competitor.

Platinum Heritage Desert Safaris are a diamond in the rough, the only class-act desert safari company in Dubai that pays attention to the finer details. My expectations were completely exceeded despite all the glowing TripAdvisor reviews. The vintage Land Rovers, the amazing camp and the delicious food are only the beginning. I am so glad I chose this company!

We picked the Platinum Heritage package which starts early afternoon and ends up around 23:00. The vintage Land Rovers are the highlight of this tour. Amazing way to drive through the desert. 2 points for improvement. 1: when guests arrive at the camp for dinner its already dark so the experience with the camel ride (that lasts only 1')! its not so appealing. In my opinion this must be moved earlier to the programme . 2: the activities-shows are basic and nothing special.
Also due to Covid -19 henna drawing is not allowed.

We really enjoyed our desert trip and were the only participants. Cesar took a lot of time with us and we had 3 hawks, 1 owl and 1 eagle for training all to ourselves. Great ... the event stands out clearly from the mass tourism in the desert and is worth every penny. This provider is TOP!

A camel ride is a must do and there are other companies also offering the service and some cheaper - but this one is absolutely worth every penny and pick this one instead! What sets Platinum Heritage apart is you get a true cultural experience. In addition to the ride, they show you how they make bread and coffee and offer henna tattoos. The food was all very well described and absolutely delicious! You will leave stuffed and with amazing memories!

Just awesome . Well organised . Recommends by our hotel and much better than other tourist trap companies. Land Rover ride year 50. Explanations before arriving in the desert on different aspects of dubai. Explanation in the desert fauna and flora. Not stop in tourist shops - no shopping baubles- hawks show. Dinner in camp bedoin eco friendly-with buffet top. And then icing on the cake their official photographer who take the photos to sell us, take pictures with your device without making mouth, I find it super nice!

It was a super good experience. The pick up was on time, Mr. Mohamad Abbas, was exceptional with the Hospitality. Mr. Yoshi our pilot for the hot air balloon was so good! Absolutely best experience in Dubai. Not to be missed. Great sand dunes, fab food and entertainment. Hire the jeep to collect you from your hotel. Book a good table to watch the entertainment: fire breathing, belly dancing. All fab. Camel ride a super experience. Souvenirs reasonably priced too. A MUST!

Stayed a few nights in Dubai on our way to Africa back in February. Decided to splurge on the Platinum Dinner figuring when are we ever going to be in Dubai on Valentine's Day again? Worth every penny!

Starting with our guide, Palo, it was a first class experience. He was so outgoing and so excited to tell us about Dubai and happy to answer all our questions. Got to see the sheer immensity of the desert and was the Emirate experience we were looking for. Probably the best meal we had during our stay in Dubai as well. Our package included the video which was very well done and a great keepsake.

This escapade in the Dubai desert organized by Platinium Heritage is a very nice experience. The accompanying people are very nice! Drones follow us throughout the expedition to immortalize the moment, I regret not having had any cash on me, otherwise I would have bought the videotape and the photos taken by their team of professional photographers.

Absolutely superb. From pick up to drop off 5 stars all the way. Our guide Riaz was excellent and very knowledgeable. The vintage land rovers were definitely the stars.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our experience. Our guide picked us up right on time and gave us a little city tour on the way out to the desert. He was very informative (I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten his name!) and the group photographer was hilarious.
We chose the open-topped experience Land Rovers instead of the air conditioned Mercedes SUV. Sat on carpet and cushions in middle of desert to see the Falcons. Water and soda drinks always available.
The private dining area is setup around a small pool of water ringed with burning lamps guiding you around the pool and to/from the toilet block. It was truly amazing to wander down the dunes on the camels into this setting.
Although this is one of the most expensive safari tours in Dubai, I felt every penny is worth spent. I would definitely join other tours from this company if I come back to Dubai next time.

My husband and I did this yesterday for our honeymoon and it was hands down one of the best experiences we've had. Some of the stuff is a little kitchy but still had a great time. We did the Platinum Heritage which I highly recommend as it is more intimate and has a luxury twist. The food was delicious, the ambiance was great and the best part was our guide Paulo. He picked us up from the resort, he was courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience and he made it go from great to exceptional. On visiting Dubai, as a westerner, I thought that one of the best experiences to do was a desert safari.
There are plenty of similar options on the Internet and a choice is not easy. Because of the uniqueness of their tours and excursions, finally I booked with Platinum Heritage, a company awarded the prestigious World Travel Award multiple times.

So, on board of a beautiful vintage 1950 s Land Rover (part of the UAE history) and escorted by our professional guide Mehdi, we started our journey inside the exclusive Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, a place that offers stunning landscapes of sand dunes and desert fauna (while it may not look like it at first glance, the desert is teeming with life).

After a beautiful sunset, our day ended with a delicious Emirati cuisine dinner under the stars of a traditional Beduin camp. A day to remember.
(for the record, activities such as falcon show, camel ride, shisha, henna tattoos, etc. were included too)

Highly recommend this tour. Eco tour into wildlife preserve with falcon demonstration, camel riding, wonderful food at outdoor oasis. The tour guide Eddie was very engaging and full of knowledge about the area, culture, and history. Had our own private Land Rover to cruise through the desert to our destination, spotting wildlife along the way. Worth it if you want a more authentic experience while in Dubai.

Super friendly staff,camp was very clean and in pristine condition and the food was also delicious,they picked us up in a new ford expedition and went to see the camel race track for maybe 10mins then we headed over to the desert where we got water and changed into these lovely old land rovers and headed to camp.Overall,great experience and very much worth the money.

This is a must and highly recommended, not just for tourists but residents as well. We had gone for their Iftar package during Ramadan, and it was definitely a one of a kind experience. I've been to several safaris here in Dubai, but none can be compared.

Upon arrival at the meeting point, they made us wear scarves the Arabic style. It's mainly for pictures and you also get to take it home as a souvenir.

On the way to the camp, you get to spot a lot of gazelles and camels. It's a lovely journey indeed.

As soon as we get to the camp, they teach us about the culture and traditional methods. There's live entertainment, falcon show, explanation of how ouzi (a traditional dish in the Arab) is made and other great dishes. The night is ended with an astronomy class. It was very enlightening and definitely added to the whole experience.

By the end of it, we honestly didn't wanna head back, as everything was done with so much perfection.

I highly, highly recommend this!! Take your family, friends and believe me when I say they won't be disappointed.

I did this safari in January and it was great!! Very well organized and complete. Price-quality very competitive. At the end of the experience you can buy the pictures and the video. I bought the pictures and they were worth it. 100% recomendable !!

The Platinum Heritage Desert Safari was Fabulous from beginning to end. Samir our driver and guide was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the day. Having the opportunity to feel like we had the desert to ourselves and experience the Falcon Demonstration, Ride Camels, witness wildlife in action, having a 6 course meal and to end my 50th Birthday with a Fire show and desert was Outstanding. This experience created lifetime memories for my family and friends.

Had an amazing experience! We opted for the sunset drive in the Range Rover. Our driver/guide picked us up right on time straight from our hotel. We were also accompanied by another couple who we still keep in touch with today! The reserve is about 40min drive from the Dubai mall. They have a great picture and video package. They falcon show was great. The camel ride was just the perfect amount of time. The dinner was great and after dinner entertainment was fun. Thank you so much for the unforgettable evening!

I was lucky enough to be able to do it for my birthday with the 6 course deluxe package. During the covid there were very few people. A feeling of being even more privileged, our guide Medhi (from Morocco) was really really knowledgeable and very professional I loved him! The little Oasis, the service, the setting, the falcon show, the fire show. And a surprise cupcake for my birthday. Do not change anything you are at the top!

I m just back from my Heritage Desert Safari and it was amazing!! I only had 2.5 days in Dubai, travelling alone, and when doing my research after booking my trip - this was one of the most recommended trips to do if on your own, and it didn t disappoint!! Ericson was our guide for the guide and he was brilliant, so very friendly and so knowledgeable! From the minute I was picked up at my hotel, I never felt like I was on my own !
The ride through the desert, the falcon show, the food (I highly recommend the camel stew!!) and so much more, it was all perfect!! Thanks to all for a great afternoon/evening!

We went on a Heritage Desert Safari, and it was honestly one of the coolest tours we've ever been on! Riding in the vintage Land Rovers was super fun, and we got some great pictures in the sand dunes. We also got to watch a falcon show that was really interesting. Afterwards they take you to a camp for dinner. The food was great and the camp was cool. There are different areas at the camp for henna, shisha, etc. Overall it was the best desert safari we could've imagined!

The tour from start to finish (minus the booking process couple days prior) was absolutely amazing and very well organised. We booked the Bedouin breakfast and love lake desert safari for 5 adults and 4 kids (aged 1,4,5 and 7).

You can tell the entire team gives their all to give you the best experience possible. Our guides for the day, Mehdi and Abdou, were remarkable. Not only were they fantastic with our kids and entertained them while we enjoyed the experience to the fullest, they were also very knowledgeable and overall just an absolute joy to be around.

I did consider giving 4 stars because booking the experience online/through WhatsApp was an absolute headache. But this is not what I will be remembering when I think of this beautiful memory. There s definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service on the HQ end. Unless you re a basic booking (we were a family of 9, including small kids) I d recommend calling them. I tried booking online with the help of costumer service over WhatsApp but the communication was very bad. It wasn t until I picked up the phone we managed to finalize our booking one day prior.

Don t second guess it just do it! You ll have an amazing educational time. Big shout out to my tour guide Erick for making our group tour feel personalized. Most tours here are in large groups and rushed. Although we were in groups, you re given a designated tour guide to cater to your personal experience

My sister went for this safari and her feedback was that it was amazing. Right from when she was picked up till the end, every was smooth.

We booked through Viator. Our tour guide Shane was the best. Prompt pickup and travel with fun facts. Upon arrival relatively quick transition to the vintage Land Rovers which were very cool! The preserve is absolutely beautiful with the animals and the oasis...just incredible. The Falcon show was impressive and the falconer very knowledgable. The final stop at the camp was nice, good knowledge good food and a couple camel rides. We did get home a little later than planned but i felt it was just extra fun. This trip spanned day and night so was hot in the sun but chilled off in the night. Sunglasses were a life saver...dont forget the sunscreen, no shade in the desert.

Would give 10 stars if I could. This was the highlight of our trip! Our guide Midhi (spelling) was incredible! He took time to explain everything in detail. He really wanted us to understand the history and culture of Dubai!! The ride is beyond cool and the camels are so awesome. Food is incredible and the stay and camp is the best in Dubai! Don t hesitate book now!!

We did the Camel Desert Safari May 2019 and had such an incredible time in this tour. It is very well organized. Loved it all! Everything we tried from the dates with cheese to the fruit juice and dinner was delicious. Our guide was Joel. Very professional and personable guide. We strongly recommend this tour company.

We have the tour with Landrover ride, Falcon show (I thought this would not be necessary but I was pleasantly surprised because it was very informative and by Wayne very funny) and subsequent BBQ in Bedouin Camp and were completely satisfied.
