I highly recommend Platinum Heritage Falconry and Wildlife Safari. Our driver Sergio was friendly and on time. When we arrived at the dessert, Wayne greeted us and provided an amazing experience by allowing us to be interactive with the Gamora (the falcon), Amy (the dessert owl), and Harrison the Hawk. Food was served after the interaction at a camp where they have clean restrooms. The traditional breakfast was delicious and I went for seconds. They also have an American option breakfast. There is a photographer at the tour that takes pictures and puts together a short clip of the experience. It truly was a treat.
