Planet Hollywood Resort Casino Las Vegas Review

we usually love planet hollywood because of the location, but it was not the best experience this time. we booked a king size bed and of course got up to our first room to find 2 queen beds. There was electrical wires coming out of one of the walls. There were weird bleach looking stains on the ground. we only asked to have our room cleaned 1 out of 3 days and even put the sign on the door requesting it and they still didn't get it done. we had to go downstairs to get new keys 3 times because ours stopped working at least once a day. we will definitely be spending the extra money to stay at the cosmo next time.

Huge and mall like, cool ceiling and faux Italian landscape

Non hassle checking, great customer service, clean rooms, great maid service, overall best of the best to stay. P.s. next time I need bigger jackpot an higher winnings.

Awesome location on the Strip. Nice clean rooms and great staff. A plethora of shopping and restaurants literally one minute from the rooms.

Planet Hollywood is a beautiful casino on the strip. Being on the strip, the pays are tight and the odds are not as good as places off the strip. It's a nice place to visit but I don't gamble there.

Clean, comfortable, new! Check in was so easy. We used a kiosk and were front door to our room so fast! The attendant that helped us was great! Also loved their texti g assistant. Made it easier then going all the way down to the lobby or calling the front desk. It answered all my questions from anywhere. Also made check out easy! Cant wait to go back!!! Hopefully next time during pool season!!

Planet Hollywood is one of my favorite places to play blackjack and Texas hold'em. This hotel / casino is always extremely clean and the service is always exceptional.

I always enjoy visiting this property. I would have to say that this is probably the most laid back casino on the strip.

This is my go to for hotel and gambling spots I Vegas, always lots to do and a very happening place.

In the middle of everything. Great mall on property and a mixture of restaurants, from really expensive to extremely affordable.

Went in to gamble and have some drinks really clean and very friendly people would defiantly recomend

Don't come here! Smells like smoke, they'll treat you like a second class citizen of you aren't a diamond class member! Ridiculous. And unfortunately we still have two days here...ugh...can't even get a robe sent up to our room. Also rooms need a serious remodel...very worn out

We have stayed at Planet Hollywood many times. The casino floor is well kept but the rooms are not in satisfactory condition. The restaurants aren't anything special either.

Everything is laid out great in this hotel casino. The Miracle Mile shopping center is great also. Pricey like a mall, but nice layout.

Same old shops. The only good thing there is Burgr the restaurant has the absolute best burgers! Highly recomnend

Rooms were clean and updated. Bathroom had a separate standing shower and bath tub. Towels are soft and there s a long mirror in the closet. There was also a beautiful view of the Bellagio s water show.

Only con is that parking is far if you re not paying for valet and if you do, the lines are super long. Pick your poison.

Overall, would definitely stay at PH again.

I was only there for a short time. Didn't stay overnight. I loved the mall attached to the hotel. The actual casino was nice. Still not used to indoor smoking, but that's everywhere in Vegas.

I had my electric tooth brush stolen, my daughters monkey that she had for over 10 yrs... they gave me a few dollars for our inconvenience. But somethings you cant buy. Thw swimming pools were gross. They needed to be cleaned. Huge wads of hair floating in the pools. We were there feom friday to Friday and stilk the same. Also of your looking for sun to sunbathe by.. dont go out till at least 1130 to 1200 noon. The area to me felt like a wall fortress. No greenery and all cement. You have the many floors of PH,Paris and Bellagio around.. I've been to many hotels in Vegas and to be honest.. worst pool.. for both adult and family.

Great atmosphere and very busy. But that is normal for a place like this.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Restrooms clean and tidy. Loved the menus and food choices. Food was hot and i was imressed with tge speedy service. Well done guys.

Had a wonderful experience and i would definitely go to here again.

Food isn't that good and it's way over priced even for Planet Hollywood

Not sure if it was one time only but we got complimentary valet parking, it made things so easy because Parking at the garage was crazy and full! So if you're staying at planet Hollywood swing by the valet line and if it isn't complimentary you can still unload your bags leave it with the luggage staff and they will hold it for you and take it to your room, you just call the number they give you once you're in the room!

Checking in was quick! We checked in at 8 pm on a Monday summer night, not very busy! We got a room with an incredible view!

The miracle mall is part of the planet Hollywood hotel, the V theater and Fat Tuesday can be found in this mall!

The location on planet Hollywood was perfect! Everything is so near! And walking distance, the Dueces bus stop is in front too if you rather use that as transportation, just make sure you know which bus to take!

This place is beautiful and amazing. I Really enjoyed this place, but the one complaint I have is the fact that the bathrooms are so far apart. Just use it when you can guys.

Disappointed that they remodeled and made the Buffett area much smaller. No crab legs! This used to be the best buffet, in my opinion....not anymore.

We enjoyed this hotel and casino, rooms are large and nicely decorated. Slots seemed tight, none of us won in our group.

We checked into Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Wednesday evening. Upon arrival we checked in at a self-service kiosk and made our way to our room. Once inside we quickly realized that our bathtub was still unclean with wet washcloths, towels, and various hairs throughout the bottom. We went to customer service where they made our FIRST room change... so again, we dragged our luggage to the next room which in time we d find had a dysfunctional/non-flushing toilet. We called the front desk who sent a technician up to our room explaining there was nothing he could do... that there was sediment in the pipes from construction but they would be doing a water shut off and pipe cleaning the following day... so we agreed to be patient and wait. After being at a work conference all day we came back to the room to find now instead of slowly flushing it wouldn t flush at all... We again went back down to the front desk, where the receptionist stated that she had no idea what I was talking about, and there was no scheduled water shut off...hence our SECOND room change again lugging all of our stuff to the next room.... throughout this journey and 3 separate rooms I realized my hair straightener was missing. So I went down to lost and found where I was asked why I could remember what I lost, but not the room numbers since I had 3 separate rooms at this point... not to mention the attitude I received from the bellhop when I wanted to retrieve something from my bag after he stored it. For the amount of money you spend to stay here you d expect it to be better than The Comfort Inn but unfortunately I ve been to motels with a better experience. Even management seemed to have little regard for the way The Hotel they are representing is running... There are SO MANY lodging choices on the strip... I caution you about making this one yours. I will let all of the employees from my corporation (here for a Rehab Summit) not to use this hotel next year...

I love the scenery at the Hollywood. I went there everyday I was in town to shop, eat and watch a show.

Great fun! Didn't win but it's was worth it. Jennifer Lopez show was outstanding and highly recommend

Went to see The Mentalist here and really enjoyed the show. Casino was okay too.

Have seen multiple concerts here and it's a great place. Saw a Britney Spears concert and a comedy magic act Murray Sawchuck and they were both great! Sawchuck was on many different shows such as Pawn Stars and Reno 911. Around the corner us Pinks hotdogs and Pinup pizza which should both be tried.

Our room was infested with bed bugs. I do pest control for a living. I've done it for 11 years. So it's just second nature to inspect any bed in the hotel or motel before I let my children wife or myself get into it. This place was infested with best buds. I brought it to the front desk says attention they didn't seem to be very concerned. When I finally asked to speak with a manager he suggested putting me in the room next to it which I told him would be just as greater risk of being exposed to bedbugs they staying in the room with the bed bugs. We finally got moved after about 2 hours to a room four doors down but still on the same floor. Not impressed with a prompt response or concern for our safety. Unbelievably they still did not comp our room. Will not ever recommend this place nor will I ever return

Ate at BurGR and it was amazing! The person refilling drinks was an amazing human being and I wish more people were like him. He was GENUINELY happy to be there and to make our experience perfect.

The slots there are okay and as much as I enjoy the decor, I hate the noise. It has a different feel. I think it's for the younger set - 20s and 30s.

Great place too be we left the luxor to go there. This place looked as described. Fast check in and out process. We loved it. Alot of things to do in the inside. Really don't even have to leave. They have tons of restaurants Sports Bar, casinos, massage places and shopping mall all in one. Promise you won't regret. I'm picky and I was satisfied!! There where a few celebrities. We just got back Tuesday September 19th. All the pictures uploaded are from the hotel itself.

Looks unimpressive from the outside but is quite nice on the inside. It is also conveniently connected to miracle mile shops. Gordon Ramsey burger is located here and is delicious.

The miracle mile shops offered free parking when I came here but that could change soon with many of the casinos charging for parking now.

Free parking, mall, casino, hotel. Everything you need. Love it.

Fun, Modern Hotel on the strip. Much more than just a casino. Plenty of places to go shopping on the Miracle Mile. Places that normal people are able to shop as well. Many opportunities to see shows on property as well.

We always love planet Hollywood. The casino has a young and sexy feel to it. Earl of sandwich is a great quick stop for a bite. Rainforest cafe is next to the hotel and miracle mile is a great place to get shopping done at!

Best show ever!! Chris Angel was amazing! Super fun gaming with lots of hot girls dancing.

Casino is tight, but I love the mall. ABC store is the best if you forgot something from home they have everything.

Best place to play craps! Friendliest and most interactive dealers. Lots of food choices.

Horrible customer service/dirty room
Well we came and checked into our room to find dirty towels covered in poop that maintenance used to clean and replace the wax ring on the toilet and then left them all over our floor, the bathroom, and garbage can. Talked with management and they didn't do anything to rectify the disaster other than move us from our adjoining rooms to different rooms in different towers. Mr Navarro did not handle the situation very well and ended up causing our stay to be more of hassle than a vacation.

Great Shopping Mall, Over 10 shows at this Resort , Concerts and great dining.

Nice place to stay family had fun and enjoyed the location

I loved this place and had a wonderful time here. Plenty to do for all ages.

I think this is one of the best casinos in vegas.....always been treated good there and am always comped.

It has a fun theme going on in addition to the pleasure pit.

Very nice hotel. Clean,organized, lots of food restaurants. I didn't like the fact at how difficult it was to leave the casino. I guess that is their way or keeping you playing longer.

We were only there in the casino, but what an amazing looking casino! Seriously a great themed area.

We love slots, and there was such a large variety of different types of slots. A lot of ones we didn't see at the other casinos we went to.

There's also the Gordon Ramsey burger, which was great!

We had a wonderful stay at Planet Hollywood. We enjoyed the late check-out on short notice as well.

This hotel has every single thing you may want or need. On a three night visit you easily could never leave the property and want for nothing.

The Planet Hollywood pool is a major attraction on the strip, and,a favorite of 21-40ish locals. After finishing work for the day, my husband and I drove across town to go to this pool. The music was awesome, energetic and fun. There were plenty of places to get cocktails by the pool. There are even lockers where people can safely store their belongings while on the deck. My initial impression was stellar, the staff was even great. Polite, helpful, etc.
My only disappointment, which lead to us leaving immediately, was:

THERE WERE NO SEATS BY THE POOL. There is limited seating, at best.

Disappointing. We went to the Rio instead.

I just signed up for a new Players Club card and a little bit of advice for employees working at Total Rewards, when you give a choice of the free item or $10 at the table, you may want to mention that it's a match play. When you don't, you leave a customer like me feeling scammed that will never show up to your Casino again. But I didn't leave before turning the $5 I had in into $25 so thanks for that. I'm now off to spend that at one of your competitors

I was at Planet Hollywood mostly in passing, walking around the Vegas strip. It's a pretty generic Caesar's property. The games are all the same, the drinks are all the same. Go there, Bally's or Paris. It doesn't matter.

Very well managed. Superb experience and fun filled rides. But never go on holidays. Your time is wasted in the long queues. No restriction on taking food item inside.

Concierge was wonderful, diamond check in. Only MAJOR issue I had was with a person who works at the shop across from Starbucks selling beauty products. I was polite the first time, through the 10th...as I was walking past to the elevator area he once again started and this time, I was speaking with my friend and kept walking. He, in front of dozens of employees, guest and the world started screaming "B!t<h, and Wh0$3" at the top of his lungs. I informed the concierge and the whole thing was videoed. I am following up with them to be sure he is gone!
The rest of the actual resort staff are AMAZING! We adored out cocktail waitresses! One in particular. It was a great time except for the jerk from the store.

So much to do here. I could've spent all day here. From Casino's...to shopping and fine dining

I only visited the casino and had not stayed in the hotel, the casino is nice and a live with young people, the bar offered a great service.

I went to Planet Hollywood to gamble and walk around the Miracle Mike shops - I did not stay in the hotel. The casino was very nice and had a lot of options. I mostly played Casino War and Craps and I won money at both! Really helpful people and a lot of great restaurant and shopping options!

I was really impressed by the value for the room at PH. The basic room I got was small but super well laid out and stylish, with a table and chairs, small sofa by the window, mini fridge, armoire, shower AND a gigantic tub, and king sized bed with comfy bedding. The location of PH can't be beat and it was easy to get to my room from the street since the hotel isn't too big.
The only downside is that it's a long walk through the Miracle Mile shops to get from the parking garage to the hotel.

Room was pretty nice with the exception of a HUGE picture of a shirtless dude that stares at you as you brush your teeth in the bathroom. Comfortable and classy for the most part with a good sized tub.

Nice hotel with modern style design with very progressive artwork. Located in center of the strip, you can reach all the major hotels around without using your car.

The penthouse floor of Planet Hollywood is an amazing way to make it happen in Vegas...

Haven't been in Planet Hollywood in quite sometime. The casino was surprisingly busy for a weekday. Plenty of action and the atmosphere was inviting.

This hotel is a very nice hotel. Amazing staff. Big great casinos. No flaws, except for room sizes, a bit underwhelming for price, no microwave.

Decent happy hour specials for Vegas, and super-friendly staff! The food is way overpriced for what it is and there's shockingly few vegetarian options for a place that's all like "save the planet!" on their keychains

Not a bad casino. It seems really big inside with a ton of empty spaces. Strange. We went for a show and the show was great. Played about $50 and lost it...

Great resort location with a quick walk to just about anything you want to do. Absolutely superb room service and amenities. For the price, I'm not sure it gets better on the strip.
