Planet Hollywood Resort Casino Las Vegas Review

Stay some place else. Gross food , decent counter/registration customer service however o did kill 2 spiders on the bathroom, 25.00 minimum blackjack tables and poorly maintained rooms. I stayed on the 23rd floor with a sweet view however that was drowned out by the leaky sink that dripped alllll night long until the next morning I had to call down and have a Utility plumber come Into the room and that was like an hr of wrenches clanking (seriously)
Get it together planet Hollywood. You felt cheap , and worn out. Honestly, where is the glam? Where is the Hollywood feel? I'm surprised that chef Ramsey even has his restaurant in your building.

What I liked, it's close to a lot of shopping, and the famous stripe. I walked about 30min to get to the Venitian/sand expo however that is not enough to bring me back to PH.
I also dont get the resort fee when the "resort is closed for weather" no pool to swim in. But a 41.00 resort fee is enforced on this Planet Hollywood.

The workers lost my overnighted package by just sitting on it , not notifying the room, I called multiple times only to get rude run around until they said they had it. It was signed by Jose at 9am and I didn't get my things until 1pm the next day (24hrs) #whatever

Over priced, over rated.

Don't let the street performers and smell of urine out front scare you away. Once you walk inside the nastiness of the Vegas strip falls away and you enter a fantastic casino and hotel. The rooms here are great and the view or the strip at night is fantastic. The pools on the roof face The Cosmopolitan, Aria and Bellagio and are a great spot for lounging around or having a drink. The casino has a sexy vibe that is not as cold as many of the other casinos. With a central location, it is easy to get anywhere up or down the strip and with huge mall rapping around the casino there are plenty of places to shop close by. Definitely should be on your list of must try resorts.

The location is right in the centre of the strip. There's a lot to do in and around the hotel. There's a Walgreens and McDonald's right there; as well as a discount tickets office right out in the front. Great for catching shows at a discounted rate

Went to the BSB concert. It was fantastic. Pregamed at one of the bars , great personable bartenders!

Went for Zombie Burlesque. Parking is available, but elevators can't handle the volume of people. Show was great. Design of Planet Hollywood is cool.

Didn't offer my favorite games. Was told they were removed from their floor but they are newer games and offered at just about every other casino. They do have earl of sandwich which offered coffee and breakfast sandwich that was excellent and inexpensive.

Good hotel, though it really puts an emphasis on doing everything yourself. Lines were huge for check in and check out. No robes or tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. For what you pay it would be nice to feel like you actually are a valued guest at this hotel rather than renting a room by the night.

The themed rooms are the greatest, I stayed in the basic instinct room. All I can say is GREATNESS!!!!!!!

Dont let most of these reviews fool you! I have come to Vegas over a dozen times and have concluded PH to be the top 3 best places to hangout on the strip for millenials! And for others, its centrally located 50/50 to either end of the strip, so you'll be right in the middle. Great individual exclusive shops to LV only - like DC Shoes and others. Great casino, best slot payouts, the infamous tall cup alcoholic drinks, and much more. 5 star all the way, however, i didnt stay in their rooms but did go back to one. Overall, its a great place. One of my favorite 3 on the strip!

My father was one of the IBEW crew who worked on Planet Hollywood during construction. It turned out beautifully! Visiting this place brought back great memories & made me feel proud that my father was a part of some of the most amazing lighting effects I've ever seen. There is a section inside, where the ceiling is painted to look like the sky & the floor like the sidewalk. It's hard to explain but if you ever visit don't miss walking through this part. You will be intrigued by the detail & perfection of this tranquil place.

Rooms were nice and the smoke ventilation in the casino was pretty decent.

MUSIC VENUE: Great place to watch a show! Recently saw Backstreet Boys here & not a bad seat in the house. Cozy, fun venue. Plus, it's Vegas!

Great hotel and I also met Criss Angel at the hotel valet.

Overall excellent hotel however the check in process was slow. Self checkin did not work.

The mall inside is really cool, we only ate the buffet here and it was TERRIBLE. It was so bad people were trying to get a refund when we were leaving.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the concert very much!

Just went to Planet Hollywood for a Backstreet Boys concert this weekend. The concert venue inside the hotel was great. There was not a bad seat in the house and the sound quality was very good. The bathroom line moved quickly and the hotel was clean.

This property is centrally located on the strip and features contemporary room design, super comfy beds and spacious bathrooms with soaking tub, rain shower heads (perfect water pressure) and backlit wall mirror perfect for getting ready for a night out. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

It's been sum yrs since I've been there.. can't wait to go back to Las Vegas tho and not just Las Vegas

One of my favorite casinos in Las Vegas! We enjoy walking the mall, shopping, dinning and gambling.

This was a return visit with the family. We chose to stay here again as we had a great experience the previous year but also because there were other things to do besides gamble. I booked the wrong room by mistake and the reservations line was extremely helpful. I needed a bigger room as we have a 1 year old who is beginning to run before she walks!

Would have loved to give 5 stars but I do not recall the place being so full of smoke. It was hard to breathe and had to dash through the casino floor every time I was there with my daughter. We do visit other hotels so can compare directly and planet Hollywood does appear to not filter out as much smoke as other high end hotels.

Apart from this we had another great stay.

Way cool interior, won a little money on the slots there. Had a blast.

Chef Ramsay's burger joint is one of the most delicious restaurants in Vegas. Wonderful!

They have Gordon Ramsay burger which I must say is amazing !

One of a lifetime experience with the huge TV projected on the entire wall and everything else just great. Location is super when you like excitement day or night with walking access to the shopping center, casino and theaters. Nothing is missing here.

This resort hotel offers rooms starting at a pretty reasonable price for basic rooms, and if you're looking for something swanky and/or large, check out their sweet suite offerings, too!

The rooms and hallways have always been kept in very good condition when I've stayed, which is much appreciated.

The casino is roomy, and as a wheelchair user, I'm able to navigate between the machines and tables easily, which is obviously important for folks with disabilities, but can easily be appreciated by all!

"P.Ho." features several restaurants inside the casino level to suit various moods, and dietary needs. The ones I've eaten at keep me coming back for more. If you'd like a modern Asian meal, check out P.F. Chang's, which opens onto the sidewalk if you're not coming from the hotel/casino area.

The very popular celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's BurGR is located just inside an entrance for easy access. If you love a good burger, this is likely to be a "must try" for you.

Don't Eva go to PF Chang's I have a food allergy and the waiter gave me shellfish shrimp when I didn't ask for it other than that the Christina Aguilera show was amazing

Dirty carpet in the room, no drinking water, EMPTY minibar, long queue for valet parking... overall - disappointed. the only good thing was a bathroom, big and bright.

The room was clean and nice! The casino is fun and easy to navigate. The service was top notch. I plan on going back again!

Love Planet Hollywood Casino!!! They are the only casino I can win at when playing the slots. I played $80 and walked away with $700 on slots during my Vegas getaway.

Good for people that like partying but if you like quiet avoid.

Took the kids to see Nate Burton magic show. For $16 per adult ticket, it was totally worth it. Not so much comedy from the main show but the Merlin opening act was hilarious. The kids couldn't believe the showgirls could disappear and reappear. Better than MK or Murray.

Nice rooms! We got an excellent view of the Bellagio fountain thanks to the helpful staff and it was central strip location which was perfect for walking to where we needed to go

This place had a terrible checkin since they had no way to check in from your cellphone. They provided kiosk machines but almost 90% of everyone using them couldn t checkin and instead everyone got in line to actually get checked in by a hotel rep. Aside from check in, checkout you can do on your phone which is nice. There were many areas closed off due to covid but for the most part everywhere you went they did their best to social distance.

I expected much more... rooms very simple, no real restaurant, breakfast in Starbucks In 5star hotel???

I loved this hotel when I stayed in November 2014. The room that I got was themed after star trek (which I thought was awesome because I love the show) and had actual props from the star trek movie. The room was spacey and the bathroom was gorgeous. It had a separate toilet room, and also had separate shower and tub. Overall the stay at Planet Hollywood was incredible.

We went there to visit 2 restaurants. Both were excellent with amazing service. Property is very clean, would definitely want to stay there in the future.

Casino was modern and very clean. no issue with smoke. Staff were posted at strategic locations to assist you if needed. The "Pleasure Pit" was a nice change from every other casino. several access points directly to the shops.

Best parking, because it free. Great valet service, best hotel counter service, great rooms. Good food, close to hotel. Easy walking distance to most everything. Good games, nice wins.

So many good places to eat, drink, shop, get tatted up, and of course gambling. If you're young and wanna have fun (old people can have fun too), this is a great place to chill. Lots to do nearby as well if ya wanna venture out. See the Robot bartender in the miracle Mile shops as ya won't see one but in a handful of places around the world. Be beware, robots are slowly taking over. But as a bartender, I can out hustle and better multitask than this thing. Hands down, I'd win the speed competition. And flair too.

We had a great stay there, room was clean and loved the casino and the atmosphere.

Really competitive pricing and stellar location. I ended up staying a few nights here and loved it. The room was really nice and the view was awesome. If you want to go to Vegas and not absolutely destroy your wallet while doing it (if that's possible) then I'd highly recommend giving this place a go. I will say that it can be confusing finding your way around, but you'll manage - we did.
