I live right around the corner from this Pizza Hut so I order from here more than I'd like to admit. The delivery is always prompt, pizza is always warm, and the delivery guys are always very friendly! Some of this may have to do with the fact we live right around the corner and tip well :)
Very disappointed with this visit. They charge so much for a stuffed crust pizza and yet the actual pizza is paper thin and crunchy. Just awful. I remember it in the past having nice thick crust and lots of toppings. But not this time. I ordered it with tomatoes bacon chicken and onion. Barely any chicken and onions and they failed to put the tomatoes and bacon on it. I guess we shouldn't have trusted them to make it right and we should have looked while we were at the store. I am very disappointed in the quality of their product especially with how much they charge for a pizza. It would have been 18.99 if they didn't have the half off deal today. I'm just sticking with papa John's from now on and little ceasers. What a waste of money!! :( it's a shame the stuffed crust pizza use to be so good! Now it's just embarrassing.
I would give 0 stars if I could, I ordered a pizza that was half one thing and half the other. And they gave me a pizza totally different from what I ordered. I m allergic to the topics on this pizza and I know I would never put it on there. Furthermore I called to let the store know, I would ve been happy to pay extra for a different pizza but she had the audacity to tell me they couldn t do anything because it was my fault. I ll tell you this much I will never order from there again and I suggest nobody else do either. Will be calling corporate over this since I could ve died if I hadn t checked the pizza before taking a piece.

This Pizza Hut has by far been my favorite place to eat and even get to know people, the BEST customer service and five star quality pizza. The best place, i would definitly recomend this location!!!

I come to this place often and Sometimes my food isn t the best but today I was waiting outside the pick up window for 20 minutes while workers were on their phone.
They just delivered the most disgusting pepperoni pizza I've ever seen. It was drenched and soaked in grease, soggy. I put it in the oven and tried to wipe off the grease but it was unsalvagable. I don't understand how they could mess up this badly on just a simple pepperoni pizza, it was crazy how just straight up gross this thing was

We have ordered and picked up pizzas from this location 2 times. Both times pizzas were hot and fresh when we picked up, pizza was delicious, customer service was great! We will definetely be back!
I ordered a thin ultimate cheese pizza with red sauce. It came with no red sauce and smelled very much like a garlic sauce. I called Maggie and she said they would replace it and just make it as a cheese pizza with extra cheese. Maggie stated it would be about 30 mins. No problem. This was at 3:30pm at 4:50pm I called back at Maggie has left and no one knows what I am talking about. Supposedly the new pizza will be here in 35 mins. We will see.
After reading the reviews I almost didn't order but decided to go for it. My Pizza was excellent, supreme w/ex cheese. I ordered brownies also excellent. The customer service was great. Didn't think to get her name but the African-American girl gave outstanding service. Definitely will go back.
I Ordered a super supreme pizza with half the pizza, to be sub ham &:pork with Italian sausage & pepperoni. And, of course their was ham on it, after repeating, "NO HAM OR PORK ON 1/2!!" The blonde girl & manager was very, very rude & unprofessional!! I should've taken heed to the bad reviews & not went there!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
My wife picked up an order from the drive through and someone in the back was yelling about how she was late an said we should of called ahead. The person was not talking directly to my wife, but was yelling loud enough for her to hear. very rude.

If I could give this pizza hut a zero I would. We ordered two pizza's a BBQ lovers Pan and pep. pan. They gave us the BBQ beef pizza that looked so disgusting. When we returned the pizza the female employee was rude. Told us that was what we ordered and snached the pizza from my boyfriends hand. So we asked for a new on. As she walked back to the cook area she was talking bad about us. No customers should be treated like that.

Where do i begin...??? The last several visits they have tried to charge me more... 2 visits ago they tried to overcharge me by 5 bucks... Today it was 10 bucks... I called and was on hold for over 8 minutes... When i got there i sat down for 5 minutes minutes or so because i called as i was leaving Goddard. And since i was on hold for so long i was nearly there by the time i got my order corrected...
As i sat there the phone rang and rang and 4 employees sat up front BSing around not working while the phone continued to ring... As i stood up and asked "the phone ringing??? Is that someone calling to place an order???"
The manager then laughed and replied "Yes"
I was outraged and informed them that i was on hold for over 8 minutes and they just stared at me cluelessly... I will drive out of my way from now on tired of the headache at this location... 47th and Broadway has had great service the one time we were inconvenienced they comped our food without us even asking or mentioning the wait or hold up...

This is by far the worst pizza Hut I've ever been too. Orders are frequently lost or forgotten. Both on the phone and in person the service is extremely slow and the worker always act like you're a burden on them.

I have good service and the food is good. I would give it 5 stars but as I was going down Pawnee (about a month ago), one of the delivery drivers was speeding up behind me and came extremely close to my bumper changing lanes and almost clipped by rear passenger side bumper (I couldnt even see his lights, he was so close).
Needless to say... I followed him to the parking lot and asked him what he thought he was doing speeding down the road and almost clipping my bumper.
Him: "Do u mean right over here on Pawnee".

Food is never ready when they say and you get there and takes them another 15 to 20 minutes. Rude service and not worth going here. And employees just hang out talking with their families and act like their bothered to have to work
I'm done with pizza hut, for good. I ordered a few weeks back they forgot to deliver, so they offered me a free fix, which is great. So then I used my free fix a few says later and they didn't call until I was pulling up to the store to pick it up to tell me they were out of my crust.. So then I messages you on Facebook and was supposed to receive a large free pizza in the mail (10 days ago) still haven't received. So, here I go again with my 3rd order with the large 7.99 and I ordered HALF HAWAIIAN, HALF CHEESE. I get there one pizza doesn't have light sauce as ordered. And my pizza isn't cut. And is not made the way I ordered. I am done with you guys. Forever.
We called our in, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon pick up half the order was wrong so we ended up waiting for another 15 minutes for them to correct it. After assuring us the order was correct and complete, we arrived home missing some items (Wings). We called the store and the manager told us that a driver would bring them right out. An hour later no wings yet, we just went to pick them up!

This Pizza Hut was my go-to for a long time. The last two times I've called in an order the pizza didn't get cooked well enough and they skimped on the toppings. I'm in a different place now and the Pizza Hut nearby has been much better.

Ordered a pizza and it looked like the driver dropped it or took a sharp turn and smushed it all to one side. Called them and all the manager said was that it would be 30 minutes to get a new one and demanded the old one back. She didn t seem to care. Never using this place again. I was over charged my order came $29 and when I seen my receipt after I came home I seen that I was charged $33. I asked to speak to the manager and all she offered was corporates phone number. I just wanted a refund for the $4 I was over charged.
Small problem with the wrong wings getting delievered (we got someone elses) so my sister called to see if she can get the ones we payed for and they can take the ones they gave us at first cause we didnt touch them. We were on the phone for 30-45 minutes trying to talk to someone or see if we can have them deliever the right wings but we always got "transfered" and when we did it rang but then hang up. So the last call we made we said please can we just talk to someone and try an get our wings or something back and the lady hung up. Over the multiple times we called over the hour it was about 3-4 different workers we talke to and kept getting put on hold or transferred or whatever. We would have been fine if they said no we cant do that but the fact we couldnt get answers and kept getting hung up on or ignored made us upset cause we were polite the whole time it would have been nice for them to atleast tell us no instead of hanging up each time

I received a message saying my order was out for delivery. I live 2 minutes away. Well 30 minutes after I received my message my food showed up. Pizza cold sandwich was cold also. Think I will probably stick with Dominos at this point
This location is horrible!!! Every time it's either burnt, late or disgusting. Last night ordered again...pizza had so much pepper flakes on pizza couldn't take more than a bite and threw it away. Cheese sticks were dry and had cheddar cheese" them, cinnamon sticks were hard and almost broke my tooth and our chocolate chip cookie was burnt. To top it off it was almost 45 minutes late. Called them and got hung up on. Twice
They was prompt but last 2 times I had pizza delivered they didnt take my order right. First time pizza was wrong 2 he read it back but wasnt on the order.
Ordered a pizza at 10, got the email confirmation. The estimated time was about 40 minutes......my pizza never came, I called no answer... I didn't get a call back to tell me that my pizza wasnt coming

Every time there is something. Order bacon/pepperoni pizza and I get sausage. Call on the mistake, get a new pizza with ham and hair. Disappointed!!!

This Pizza Hut doesn t even deserve one star I called and placed an order at 5:19. I was told it would take 25 minutes for the delivery. At 6:09 I called asking where my order was and was told the drivers car broke down that it would be coming. I then asked for the corporate number and the DM phone number which I was given and told the DM was Michelle. I just called and left her a message let s see if she calls me back.
