Good burgers and really good shakes with good prices. Will go back for sure.

The elk burger was spectacular and the shakes are top notch. Jacob Blythe is also a great bartender.

Good food a little more pricey great service but was very busy!

My family and I came here on the second day that they were open (July 2019 in Destin Commons). It took a long time for us to be seated as well as served. When we finally received our food, my aunt didn't get exactly what she ordered. They were kind enough to fix it. My mom placed a to go order of a burger and fries at the same time she placed her regular order. She told the waiter to bring it out later. It came within 5 minutes of her getting her food. A while later (after we left the restaurant), she checked the to go order and they didn't put the fries in there. There are a lot of small details they need to work on. I believe they will make the necessary changes and if I am in the area again, I will stop by.

Fun, chill atmosphere. The service was great! The employees are so nice and love to make you laugh! Food was DELICIOUS!

AMAZING!!!! The milkshakes are huge, the burger are delicious, the 75cent beer was nice. We came all the way from Indiana to Panama City Beach to find the friendliest waiter (Jacob) within 1100 miles. This will be a regular stop for us from now on.

Great and very friendly atmosphere! Sat at the bar to eat and the seafood platter was amazing and PLENTY of food! The spiked cookies and cream milkshake was definitely the best milkshake I've ever had! The bartender and manager were both very friendly and the service was excellent! Recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill place to eat a great meal!

Burgers were dry, toppings were less than average, milk shakes were overrated. French fries and mini corn dogs were good. Prices way too high for the quality of food!

Excellent tasting Grass-fed beef burger! Whole family enjoyed their meals, and kids eyes popped out of their heads when the milkshakes arrived! Be prepared to take your sticky, half drank milk shake souvenir glass with you!

Very disappointed. Showed up at 8:36, walked about a mile from our hotel since it was a nice night and was told they closed at 8, but their online says 9pm and their hours are NOT posted on their door. Not sure why a business would be turning away paying customers at this time.

We will be looking for shakes and burgers elsewhere.

Good hamburger and fries were delicious. Chicken sandwich was huge and fried pickles were some of the best ever! Atmosphere and service was great and the Cat 5 shakes were amazing! Generous portion and definitely not for the folks on a diet. 5 stars for sure!

They have the best burgers in PCB. You can order one off the menu or you can make your own.

Fried Grouper was a little too salty for our liking. The bison burger was not great, not bad, just okay. Desserts are huge and amazingly delicious!

Love the bison burger but they have so many different types of meat, buns, topping, sauces... and the Cat 5 shakes OMG! Cant be beat!

Have tried calling to put in a to go order more than 5 times and the first two times, they put us on hold for 4 min each time and obviously had no intention in getting our order and then we tried calling again and they didn t answer after trying about 4-5 more times. Horrible service if trying to get it to go!

I see most have rated 4-5 stars... I m sorry but our experience it really doesn t even rate the 1 star that I gave. Wasn t very pleased with the ordering process. The young man taking our order was rushing us tapping his fingers, rolling his eyes and huffing. Didn t know I had went to a fast food type place like McDonalds to order at the counter and get your own drink.
No one informed us after getting our drink cups where to get drinks or how the process worked. As we have never been here.
As with most restaurants that you pay $$ you order and are served at your table but not here. It s a self service fast food place.
Another customer informed us where we had to go to get our own drinks.
Very disappointed in the food. I ordered a turkey burger which was very dry and lacked flavor. My husband ordered chicken and waffles... thinking he was getting chicken and waffles but to our surprise it was chicken nuggets in an ice cream waffle cone. The waffle was so hard he hit it several times on the table for it to finally break into pieces. The wait staff was rude and not helpful. Very disappointing as I work in the food industry. Maybe some more wait staff training is in order. We went here in hopes of an awesome experience and a wonderful meal. That wasn t the case.

I had expected you to say sorry for your experience and please come back for another try which we would have gladly done. But that s not happening now. You re response was quite rude for a business owner. I was honest in hopes to help you improve your business. Guess no one can have their own opinion on your reviews for your food and waitstaff.

Pretty decent build your own burger joint. Been a few times now, have tried the Bison burger as well as a regular burger and both were great.

The burgers alone are big, be cautious not to overload them with too many toppings or the burger itself can get lost.

They have other options aside from burgers as well, the chicken wings, cheese curds, etc. have all been good.

The CAT5 shakes are insane and ocer the top, but a must to try at least once.

Only complaint would be the prices, they are a tad on the high side. A basic burger starts at $10, Bison is $14 and they go up from there depending on how you build it. All and all though, GCB is a great spot for a good burger.

Worth the visit, I had the grouper fish of which was awesome "but wasn't enough to fill me up" my wife and kids loved the burgers

We were so excited to try this place and could not be more disappointed. Shakes were good. Food was just ok. And service was horrible.

Pretty good selection of burgers. Staff is friendly. Service is alittle slow, even when business is slow. But I would come back.

If your hours are till 10pm you should stay open till 10, so people don t go out of there way to come and you re already closed. Don t waste your time because you don t know if they ll even be open. I d never go back.

This place is amazing! I love a good burger and it was so delicious and didn't disappoint! Quick order, quick delivery, amazing burger! You should definitely dine here if you're wanting a great burger! The shakes look amazing too, but we were so full we didn't partake. We may have to go back before we leave just to try them out! Yum!

It was very good and the milkshakes are even better!! I had an all American burger was pretty good and the french fries are super yummy and thick! Definitely worth a try.

This place has great food and friendly service. The portions are large, and I loved the decorations on the walls. I would highly recommend Gulf Coast Burgers for anyone wanting a great burger.

Delicious burgers (thick meat, lots of fresh veggies, super soft bun), fried pickles, cheese curds, and their fries - YUM. To top it all off, their shakes are top notch, whether you want a giant candy shake or a regular size. The service was also excellent. We'd have bought shirts if they'd had our sizes!

Love their burger concepts! Between us, we tried a Florida, an Alabama, and a Louisiana burger, and a Mac n cheese fried chicken sandwich, and some grilled chicken sandwich I don't remember the name of. All were piled high with toppings, and came with a very good portion side (we had fries, tots, and fried green tomatoes - all were perfect). The only fault I'd say was the burgers were a little overcooked (menu says medium to medium-well, but I'd say they were all WELL done). Of course we had a shake at the end - we were all so full but still couldn't stop eating it... Definitely worth a visit while in PCB!

Could have been an off day, idk. We went midday to avoid a rush but most things came out cold. MacNcheese, burgers, fries and onion rings must have been sitting for a bit before we got them. All cold. Mason jar ice cream was great and you can keep the jar, just don t expect a clean one bcse they won t give you one. We d prob go again, just for the ice cream.

No wait, good food, fun shakes for the kiddos and adults.

Drove all the way across town to get a burger 2 hours before they close and guess what? They were closed. Change your hours online so you dont waste people's time and gas.

Very disappointed with the server. She said the avocado spread was fresh smash avocado and it was not. It tasted artificial. I asked for a coke float and asked to have it mix as a shake and she did not let me finish my request and said that could not be done. I was not impressed at all.

This place is amazing. I give all the credit to Scott and Gabby. They both deserve a raise. If you ever have a hard time picking one of their delicious burgers, just ask either of them. SCOTT ABSOLUTELY LOVES BURGERS. He recommended the Florida, Alabama, and Mac Attack. So I got all three for myself. Man he was right.

Who did the earlier reviews... family members! Way over priced and unimpressed. Burgers were so so. Paid extra for pretzel bun. It was tasteless! Condiments were stingy applied. Chocolate malt was good but overpriced. Staff seemed inexperienced. Ordering process confusing. Pricing seemed hidden. Felt ripped off at end of meal! This place will never be in business a year from now. I d rather go to Steak N Shake for a fraction of the cost.

Food and service was awesome! Great burgers and of course kids loved the shakes. I was surprised how reasonable the prices were 10 dollar massive shakes is a steal for Panama City. Must check it out

The price is very reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get.

The burgers were all fantastic.

We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, but after we were seated it took less than 15 minutes to order and get our food, which was super fast for how busy they were.

Great burgers. The only reason for 4 stars is fries and onion rings are frozen type. Would be perfect if fresh.

Go here! Very friendly staff. Very clean and family friendly. The burgers were amazing. The shake was out of this world. We shared one shake between two adults and two toddlers and still couldn't finish it. You cannot beat that for only ten dollars!!

The atmosphere is laid back and has a nice vibe. Went with a group, each of us got a different burger. Everyone said their burger and sides were amazing! The servers and staff were VERY welcoming and attentive. Our waiter was awesome, he took our orders and had all our food out to us the fastest I've ever witnessed at a burger joint.Definitely the place to hit up while in PCB.

We ate there while on a retreat with our church. We enjoyed it so much, we returned the next day for a second round! The burgers were excellent with several protein & topping choices. The onion rings were delicious! And the Cat-5 Milkshakes...wow! You'll definitely want to share one.
