Small problem with the wrong wings getting delieve...

Small problem with the wrong wings getting delievered (we got someone elses) so my sister called to see if she can get the ones we payed for and they can take the ones they gave us at first cause we didnt touch them. We were on the phone for 30-45 minutes trying to talk to someone or see if we can have them deliever the right wings but we always got "transfered" and when we did it rang but then hang up. So the last call we made we said please can we just talk to someone and try an get our wings or something back and the lady hung up. Over the multiple times we called over the hour it was about 3-4 different workers we talke to and kept getting put on hold or transferred or whatever. We would have been fine if they said no we cant do that but the fact we couldnt get answers and kept getting hung up on or ignored made us upset cause we were polite the whole time it would have been nice for them to atleast tell us no instead of hanging up each time
