This Pizza Hut doesn t even deserve one star I called and placed an order at 5:19. I was told it would take 25 minutes for the delivery. At 6:09 I called asking where my order was and was told the drivers car broke down that it would be coming. Nobody said sorry nothing so I said I wanted a discount because I m sure my pizza had been sitting there and was going to be called and asked to speak to a manager the manager Rebecca refuse to get on the phone and tried to tell me that it had only been 35 minutes and I told the lady 519 to 609 is more than 35 minutes and I would like a discount they would not give me one so I told them to keep their cold food and I would go elsewhere. I then asked for the corporate number and the DM phone number which I was given and told the DM was Michelle. I just called and left her a message let s see if she calls me back. This was the worst customer service I have ever experience flat out rude unprofessional and no care for their customers
