perhaps the service depends on the waiter but I've had a really bad experience with mine. I was out with my friends and then we wanted to pay. so the waiter took my card and gave me the machine to enter my password, i could not enter my password so I said 'sorry it won't enter' then he shouted just press no. and when he said that i just pressed the red button than the transaction was cancelled but he just started shouting at me. okay so the screen was touch screen and i was supposed to touch on no instead of pressing the red button on the post machine, bus is this a reason to shout and be rude at a customer? he kept complaining about it while it did not even take him a second to fix it. my friends were just silent and scared. Also he kept calling me 'dear'. I understand it might be 'nice' but for me it is inappropriate and i felt really uncomfortable. i am not your dear and please be nicer to your customers. me and my friends were simply shocked and just walked out by the treatment i received. The place is fine. The food is okay but pricey.
