Appalled! On 1st December at 1830 after a very tiring week was so looking forward to coming to pizza express in Euston and enjoying a very well earned meal... was absolutely shocked the moment I came in. After struggling with the unlabelled stiff front door I finally got in to be met by an arrogant Seater who sneered and who's opening line sarcastically was "you'll find most doors in Britain open inwards" something that must have passed me by in my 40 years. He then looked me up and down and I was left there shocked. So I turned around and walked straight out. Is this hospitality? Will I come back to a pizza express again??? ....
