My family and I love this place!! Since its become Pins N Pockets, we eat here all the time to bowl, play laser tag/arcade, or just hang out in the tavern to eat their yummy food (happy hr has bomb deals) and enjoy adult beverages:) I've had Samantha, Hope, and Joseph serve me whether table side or at the bar- always have been extremely helpful and friendly! Highly recommend this place all the time to friends and family!!

We had a kid's birthday party here and I must say I was very impressed! The place is huge and everyone was very friendly. Laser tag was awesome and bowling was great! Kaela was the person handling our group for the party and she was beyond epic! She definitely took care of us and made sure we always had anything we needed! Thank you Kaela!! This was my first time here and I guarantee I will be back!

Excellent place for children and family but not Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliant, I had to ask to have them put captioning on and it took them forever, Im deaf!

This place sucks does not take Groupon read the fine print YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Good atmosphere and nice staff. Weak and watered down drinks. Fries took an hour to come out, we were the only people at the bar and still got charged for them, had to ask for supervisor. Hope things get better.

Great place to bowl or grab a drink. I bring my 8 year old there for the arcade. He has a blast. Little trashy out front but super nice inside.

Such a nice place. I wanted to thank Elizabeth for her great customer service. She check in our party she was very professional and knew how to greet everyone with a smile. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make our bithday party very special. Also wanted to thank Leo for making the party extra special . He also went above and beyond to keep our party happy. Very fun! Amazing lazer tag for my first time. Food was great. Bowling was great. Buuuuuut... Would have been five stars, but the women's bathrooms had a serious water pressure problem. I found myself wondering about sanitation around the food if women were using those ridiculously thin toilet papers and seat covers then none of the toilets would flush all the way and the sinks had low pressure, cold water flow. I can't imagine how much spreading of germs was going on.

This place is a cool place for a birthday party. Plenty to do and enjoy! I have not tried their food but the kids seemed to like it. My nephew and I played a game for a while and it was quite engrossing. I did not bowl due to a sore thumb. I would say that this place is moderately priced and you get a good bang for your buck. If bowling, pool, or games are your thing, you should try this place!!!

Great family and friend fun. They now have an escape room that I cant wait to try. Bowling was alot of fun and even better with the groupon coupon.

This place is awesome. With plenty bowling lanes a few rooms with private lanes to have birthday parties. There's laser tag, a huge arcade, pool tables, 2 full bars both are huge with lots of TVs to catch all your sports. Food was good and reasonably priced. This is great place to bring a date or the family for a night of fun entertainment.

Great lanes... surprisingly good food, and most importantly Guinness drafts. Coming back here again.

We've had two birthday parties here and we love it! The service of our hostess has always been perfect and their ginormous pizzas are a favorite of our children.

Haven't been here in a awhile but had a private room with my friends last night. Lanes were perfect and our server Leo was great the entire time. Good job Pins and Pocket

The employees couldn't care less about their jobs. The server was completely clueless about the coupon for pizza and a drink that the kids get with the cosmic bowling deals on Thursdays, admitting that she hadn't even read it when it was handed to her, which explains why she asked for a card to start a tab. We ordered one of the pizzas without sauce, whether it was an error on the server or kitchen's part I don't know, but all the pizzas had sauce, not good for a kid with allergies. The food always takes a very long time to come out from the kitchen, even though you can see your order sitting under a heat lamp when you walk to the restrooms. The quality of the pizza has gone down too.The "marshall" for lazer tag wasn't going to allow a toddler's parent in the game area because she wasn't playing herself. He was two! No way was he going alone even if he was in the same group as his sister and friends. This was a new move to me, in the past I've never been told that I couldn't enter the game area with my kids without paying for myself so I was shocked they tried to pull that with this little boy's mother. The customer service training has been severely neglected. I've had great experiences in the past but if things continue like our most recent visit, this place will end up with a reputation like the Trevi bowling alley before it.

I had my kids birthday party here last night and let me just say AMAZING!!! They were so affordable and accommodating. The party manager and our server Vanessa were the best she took great care of us brought all the adults their drinks and was managing separate tabs she really was amazing! I definitely would come back here for a party! I think I might even come here for my birthday in 2 weeks for the bars them self!! Very satisfied customer here!

This place is such a hole. It looks like it's supposed to be a vegas casino but it's in such ill repair and so dirty that just being in there gives you a bad taste in your mouth. I have been there on several occasions and regret it every time. When they have live music it sounds bad. The quality of sound is just crap. The food and drinks are overpriced. Every time when I have tried to play pool they are either "out of pool sticks" or "don't have a complete set of balls". Worthless. Dirty. Crap.

Little kids and babies running around until midnight and zero customer service or waiters!

This place is outstanding! Private bowling rooms, laser tag, arcade, pool tables, and last but sure not least, a great sports bar! Awesome place!

Great for have B-Days and there is a arcade, laser tag, escapology (an escape game), and bowling for children.

Fun for bowling. Nice bars. Pretty waitresses. The arcade needs some work. No fun games. Only like 2-3 gun games. Will go back for bowling and drinks soon. Good pizza.

The bowling is fun and the food is really good too. The hamburgers are especially delicious. Although the arcade is a bit expensive and you have to use plastic cards instead of tokens. All in all its a really nice place to go to have some fun and a couple beers with friends.

Best Entertainment, Great Food, Full Bar and large selection of Beers on tap, Friendly Staff. Hosting my next party there!
