Pins N Pockets Review

This is one of the better bowling alley I've been to. Kid friendly and a few separate rooms for private parties and bowling events. Also has a spacious sports bar with decent food. Had a great time and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place for a party, really nice inside. A lot to do. I attended a party with my work and I brought my kid with , he's got a lot of energy, makes a mess, and need a lot of attention. The staff here was very helpful when he made a big mess at a table. He was embarrased on what he did, an employee named Evette was especially helpful at making him feel okay afterward. She was friendly and started talking with him and turned his day around making my day that much better. Thank you so much for taking your time with him. I would recommend pins and pockets to anyone looking for fun or have a company get together.

Fun environment, but the drinks are weak and the food is tasty the service was good except when they messed up my friends food order twice.

Great crowd Friday. Lots of fun. Kids are welcome. Noisey place. If you are looking for more quiet place - don't come. I had chips & salsa which was great and I did not need to eat more. Just know after 9pm Friday - adult songs for Karaoke.

There is so much to do at this place. If you have to wait for a lane then have a snack at the lounge or shoot some pool. Restless kids? Send them off the arcade or to play laser tag. I'm always happy to make a trip up here. Super fun for a family getaway.

This place is awesome, my entire family loves it. They do everything top-notch and the prices are very reasonable.

Food & Drinks - The food is excellent here, and very reasonably priced. They have happy hours often and specials daily. The pizza is very good, and their grilled cheese is superb. They also have a full bar and dozens of beers on taps. The have a couple rotating taps too, so there is always something new to check out.

Games - huge selection of arcade games and all the family favorites to play. Lots of ticket winning options and cool prizes for the little one. It's well staffed too, so you don't wait in a long line to redeem tickets or have trouble with a game.

Laser Tag - excellent two-story arena. Gear is modern and well kept, and there are lots of crooks and crannies to find cover or hide. The staff is well trained are on top making sure everyone is playing safely.

Escape Rooms - still building them now, but can't wait to try them!

Bowling - I have huge feet, and this is one of the only centers that consistently has shoes that comfortably fit me. Good selection of balls and the lanes are well maintained. There are also a couple private rooms for groups or parties.

Tavern - this might be the highlight for me. They have a full bar in here and plenty of seating. Great billiards tables and there is an armada of large screen TVs. They show all the games, and the atmosphere is fun a lively.

There's something for everyone here, so check it out!

Had a fun time here. They have really upgraded the place. There are things to do for all age groups including playing pool, bowling, relaxing and a bar. Definatly worth checking out if your in the area.

Decent bowling alley with game area for kids and a nice big bar for adults. Good food good beer assortment, decent prices.

Terrible Service, Dirty restrooms, and no open bowling alleles even though their were all open. Workers got mad at me for simply asking how long it will take. Never coming back again.

Great stops, lots to do, environment is chill relaxed and family friendly the have pool bowling darts and areas to lounge and watch sporting events definitely recommend this place!!!

This place is amazing....but their customer service is lacking, especially with one of the employees named Shae, who was one of the rudest bartenders I've ever meet.

I was on vacation and wanted to go bowling. I choose this place because it has great reviews and was the cheapest around. The bowling itself was a great deal being that it was $10 a person for 2 hours (the food is also cheap at certain times). It was also nice that they supplied water to people bowling. However Pins n Pockets isn t just a bowling alley, which is where its flaw lies. We were going to play laser tag but apparently you can not use the credits on your game card. While a few moments later, all the games were disabled as their system glitched (it was the second time that day). The worst part is that they have a policy where you can t return a used game card although I had bought it like 20 minutes earlier. All in all, stick to bowling.

Fun for birthday party! We had a special area for bowling, laser tag, and lots of arcade games. Great food and great service! Kids loved it. Highly suggest for a family outing.

The approach floor allows NO slide, but instead a bone jarring, tripping, instant STOP and stumble. Very dangerous. No bowler could release the ball properly thus no scores were even average. Not bowling; stop and throw only.

The employees were so warm and friendly, especially Melissa & Ashley. They were always checking on us to see if we needed anything and they made our visit a wonderful time! Thank Pins N Pockets for thinking of us first responders and the Public Safety family!

Pretty cool place. I didn't know it would be upscale like it is. Food is great and the set up us nice.

Plenty to do there, I like the beer selections. One problem was that we ordered our pizza and then never received it. I told the waitress about the problem and she promptly apologized and had a manager come speak to us who gave us tons of free passes on the house and some free pizza coupons too. Now that is good customer service. :-)

Great Lazer tag, bowling, and arcade would recommend.

Always great. The only reason why I'm giving them a 4 is because it's really loud. Great food and great specials. Service is always good.

It is very nice since it became Pins n Pockets. We had a big group this past weekend and they served us fast. It was a great experience.

My friend and I share a birthday and chose this as a duel family party. We had a blast! The bowling alleys are very nice, the atmosphere is fun, and the kids loves the arcade. The viewing spot with the padded chairs from the bar looking into the arcade was an added bonus. We enjoyed the pizza and wings which were pretty good. I highly recommend this place as a great family night out!

Great place for families and friends food is good and the staff is awesome

Carla helped us in the Tavern. Gave us beer samples to figure out what we liked and the prices were awesome ! We had a flight which has chalk writing on side to know which kind was which and she made me an awesome mixed drink pictured below . Seriously made our first experience amazing and we will def be back ! Thanks Carla !!!

This place would be epic in any other city than Lake Elsinore. However, despite its poor placement, it's still a top-notch entertainment and bowling center. It's good and noisy, the alleys are decent, the pizzas are huge, and the service is efficient. There are private rooms that will allow a family of 4 to a group of 50 to dine and Bowl. All in all it's a pretty good place to go.

Such a great place, Kyle was our laser tag host and made it an amazing time. Staff this welcoming really makes an establishment fun to hang out at.

My brother was attacked here by a drunk after playing laser tag, never go here, security just let the guy walk away and didn't even show up until minutes after the incident happened. This place is unsafe for families.

Very nice bowling alley. They also have pool tables and arcade. I went there with Groupon once and another time without Groupon. When I used the Groupon, they assigned us with a very slow bowling lane, took forever to reset the pins. Also, service was super slow. I got to hit the service button a few times but no one showed up, ended up running to the cashier and asked for service myself. Chicken wings were good tho

Always have had a good time here whether it s eating tacos with hubby on Tuesdays or bowling with the grandkids on the weekends or during school breaks.

Food is decent but beers are usually a little warm and flat. Bartenders are a little slow. Usually don't have to wait to long to get a lane.

Great atmosphere. Great service and food. Only downfall is bad cell phone reception. But overall great place

This place is so nice since they fixed it up food is good and all the sports you can imagine. Great for birthday partys or just a Friday or Saturday to hang out and stay cool during the hot summers in Elsinore.

Pretty good food. Nice layout for game day. Great drink selection. The was a long wait for bowling. Couldn't play. Not a very big place. But lots to do.

This place is amazing, always very clean, service is always amazing, whoever hires the workers does a great job, it's probably the manager Carla, she makes this place amazing. Food is great, tons of TVS so we can all eat and watch the game while the kids play. if you're having a party also the party rooms are great.

I've been coming here for years and it's always amazing. If your game is on, they will find it for you, put it on whichever one of the thousand TV's they have. last night my whole family had amazing service from Jason, Kaela, Courtney, Marissa, Ayanna, Jason, and Brianna. Again the manager Carla makes sure all her employees are professional, clean, happy and helpful. Love it.

What an amazing place. It was super fun. We would like to give a huge shout out to our server Carly. She was so on top of everything. We will be back for sure to see Carly again and play some games.

Service was quite slow on the Saturday night that I went. It was very crowded and they were too light on staff.

Really fun there is a variety of things to do including escape rooms, arcade games, bowling, and Lazer tag it was a lot of fun and I'd definitely recommend this place to anybody for any occasion

I've been here 2 times. Both visits were fun. Good clean fun. Great pizza, rarely crowded during the day. Bathroom needs to be cleaned.

Great place to bring the family and bar mates. Just make sure you double-check your bill if ordering food or bar drinks. Sometimes the kitchen takes a while, too. Other than that, probably the best spot in Lake Elsinore. Period.

The people were friendly, but it took forever to order snacks. The bowling lanes kept putting the bumper guards up randomly. I asked 5 times in 2 games to take it back down. A bit more costly than i expected. hard pass next time.
