Express Contractors Inc. Review

I would give 0 stars if possible. They did ZERO work, had ZERO professionalism, and ZERO respect for our home. I simply asked them to cover a light fixture to prevent over spray and they responded with "We can just cancel".
The previous 1 star review is a completely accurate as to how this company operates. They treated our home the exact same way. The technician was offended that we asked him to put booties on, which we provided I might add.

Been an employee now a sub contractor and my experience with them is been great. They're work ethic is top notch.

my mang. co. @ my apt. hired express to clean my carpet @ my apt. We picked a date & time weeks in advance. We called them twice to confirm this. I was scheduled last Fri. for noon. I have several health issues one of them requiring oxygen 24/7. So we left the house @ noon, even though they weren't here yet. The manager said she would let them in. The mang. had to call them twice, as they were still not here as of 2;30. Their office staff gave them different times & excuses both times she called. I had no choice but to come home by 3;30, as my son had to be @ wrk. by 4;00. When we arrived here, he was here leaving a note, he was about to LEAVE!!!!!!! Now all this time I had been w/o oxygen, & I was not feeling good. So now my son had to leave for work, & I spent the nxt. hour & 40 mins. in the heat on the porch so he could finally do the carpets. When he left he said it was fine go on in, & turn on fans. No other warnings or instructions were given.Since I was extremely over heated & really needed my oxygen, I just wanted to get inside. Well, he didn't clean up his overspray from the floor to the kitchen & bathroom, it was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY...& I FELL!!!!!! I hurt my knee, toe, shoulder, & my wrist is the worst. I would Never reccommend them for any service. If they had come on time, I wouldn't have had to come in when it was still wet, perhaps I wouldn't have hurt myself.

DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME!! We have been battling with Express Contractors for over a year and a half to fix the "executive counter" in Silestone that was never installed correctly. They left screw heads sticking out of the bottom of the counter so that my children and wife were getting deep cuts. We had to call someone else to fix the issue when Express Contractors was unresponsive. Owner, Amaer Alhamwi, and his crew will make promises that they will never keep and their "best" field super, Raoul, is completely incompetent. Below is a sampling of his color match for the chips he put in our counter trying to repair it. There are 40+ other chips he ignored even when we brought them to his attention. The counter is not just warped, it's over 1/2" unlevel so that water, drinks, pencils and paper slide right off. The worst part is that Amaer continues to rely on Raoul's opinion on how to fix the problems that he is creating. I've used 7 vacation days for them to get this right and each time they make it worse.

Fire Department was called so we can evacuate for the chemicals they used in my apartment. When the fire Department arrived Express Contractor took off and seemed scared. Definitely unprofessional and not a licensed business.

The mediocre work that they do is astonishing.
They came into the brand new house that they were the sub's in installing counter tops. Poor work and craftsmanship.
They came into the house without putting on booties to cover their dirty shoes.
They started to sand the counter top leaving a mess on the appliances and cabinets.
Didn't finish the job and I now have to call them back to service it again.
