My family and friends love going bowling there and the food is delicious!!!! The staff are on piont

Prices were too high for the quality of food served. I put $20 in the jukebox and the volume was so low I could barely hear. They turned it up for one song but then turned it back down even lower than before.

worthless owners. never paid bills for services rendered. Not even for trade!

Massive bowling alley. Love the atmosphere. It's an experience to visit, even if you dont bowl.

Great family outing! Going to make it official once a month!

If you're looking to go bowling, I'd suggest going here. They have great service, it's all fast. They even have an arcade to have fun. They also serve pizza and drinks. And between the arcade and bowling alley, there is a bar and you could watch some TV while drinking your beverage. I'd highly suggest going here if you're down to bowling.

We love Pins N Pockets! Live 4 miles away and frequent the facility often. Yes, the staff is nice and there's lots of fun to be had BUT (yes, the big 'but') nearly every time we come they cannot get our food order right (did I mention we come a lot). We have made several comments about the poor kitchen service to the servers and management, who are very friendly, but nothing seems to change and it's been over a year. Sucks for them since it probably takes away from repeat business and the waiters tips! Anyhow, I'm finally posting my beef online since it happened again for the gazzilionth time (typing this review while in Pins N Pockets waiting for my grilled cheese and tomato bisque which was inevitably forgotten about). For the love of God upper management, get it together in the kitchen so we can really call this a FiVE STAR experience. Until then, 3.5 stars is all you get.

Have now attempted multiple times to arrive during later hours. Just to Lyk, this place only stays open if it s busy. Don t expect courtesy or any service after 9:20pm

11/5 10am update:
Supposedly hours of operation are from 9am-11pm, yet I can t play pool after 9:40pm and get booted out due to slow business. Showed up this morning to play pool only to find that the mornings are solely bowling until bar/tables open whenever it s convenient. Arcade doesn t open until 3pm. Unwelcoming environment and unfriendly staff

Very spacious with multiple bars and private rooms for parties. Food is ok.

Love this place!!! The food is delicious wether it s apetizers or regular food. Always enjoy time with the family here and the staff is awesome!! Keep up the good work!!

Fun and great atmosphere but video games pricing is worse I have ever seen

Spent pretty much the whole weekend here my wife and I have watch this place develop into what it is

They have remodeled the whole place plenty of parking,it used to be a seedy place but now I recommend it, separate bar area for adults wide open, kids area, great food, friendly service, private party bowling room, fun for everyone

Friendly atmosphere. My kids love coming here, everyone is nice and very polite, our server was constantly checking up making sure we were taking care of.

They do need someone rounding the bathroom area more often. The bathrooms deteriorated quickly., the trash needed to be taken out and bathroom cleaned.

Service is good. Sometimes its pretty packed. But overall great time

We are so lucky to have this amazing place in our little city! So well priced, and such sweet staff. My neices came from Asia and we spent 3 hours enjoying a really fun lazer tag course and clean, new video games. The girls were even so excited about the prizes to choose from they felt guilty for not paying more for the toys! Best 30 bucks I spent for a day activity! They begged to go back every day after!

Good times were had bad all.. Groupon got bowling for 6 for 2 hours, shoes included!!!! Pizza was bomb AF

Love this bowling place. When we moved to LE w years ago we wanted to see what was poppin in the area and this bowling place was top of the list. It was huge and had a Round1 vibe. Aside from the two bars, the many pool tables, the arcade, and the many bowling lanes ( with private bowling areas), this place has a LASER TAG!!! Which was pretty awesome, me and my cousins played a round and it was better than expected. It has two levels so your teammates can be on the lower and higher grounds. They also just opened their Escape rooms which I will have to try out. Their food is good. The staff is awesome and super friendly. It's just an amazing establishment overall!!!

It's a wonderful place!! It has 2 full bars with tons of TV's to watch the game. One of the bars views to the arcade so people can watch their kids and the game. The arcade has lots of choices for games and the laser tag is amazing!! 2 levels of wonderful fun! The food here tastes AMAZING and definitely worth the prices. I also love how they do timed games for bowling; makes me feel I get more bang for the buck! If I'm bringing lots of folks I just buy a Groupon and order a giant pizza...that covers us pretty good. I'm a long time customer and love the center!

It provides a fun experience but I believe the cost is a little too much even with Groupons

Love Pins N Pockets! They've been very consistent with their service and their food/drink quality. A great place to hang out with the family. They have done a great job maintain cleanliness and social distancing with the new regulations; and they have brought back all their best employees. Mary in particular is always amazing. She is personable and friendly, and stays on top of taking care of customers. It is always a joy to get served by her.

The salesman at T-Mobile actually recommend this place to my mom and I..and it was great! The food was so good and the staff was very attentive, nice big sports bar inside. Gonna take my kids back to check out the bowling alley and arcade.

The arcade is super loud and bright, so if you have a child who is sensitive to these things be aware. Other wise staff is nice and it's a lot of fun.

We have been here twice within the last week and customer service is not so good. We had a waitress take are order but found out 15 minutes later she left. The bartender Shay came over to take are order. He apologized and explained the first lady went home. Shay is the reason I give Pins N Pockets 3 thank you !

Over crowded and bathrooms are disgusting. I think gas station bathrooms are cleaner than that

Was a refreshing bowling experience with good food and booze with 2 bars and restaurant eating area totally nice game room fun games/prize area lots of pool table and daily specials like .99cent taco Tuesday, .50cent wings on Wednesday Thursday 6oz sirloin and mashed taters..super yummy pizza reasonable prices... Would totally recommend!

Pins N Pockets is a good location whether it's for grown-up fun or family fun! I attended my nephew's birthday party in one of the private rooms. Some of the private rooms have bowling lanes and it definitely makes it more fun for the younger ones and for the adults not having to worry about the kids going too far.

This place has an arcade, lounge area (that resembles a Vegas-style sports book), regular bowling alley lanes, pool tables, laser tag, and what looks to be an escape room coming soon.

Nice place with tons of room for expansion. If it wasn't so far from my home, i'd come back more often.
Seems like a great place to host children's parties and even regular bowling leagues.

Had a blast blowling with my son and his friends here for his birthday. Was a bit expensive but we all had a great time.

My family and friends decided to meet up at pins and pockets today to watch the super bowl. Their dinning area was filled with TVs which would be awesome to watch any sporting event. Their food was delicious and they had great deals. The servers were on point and very friendly. After the game my friends and I Decided to try one of the many Escapology rooms again the staff was amazing. The room we did was so fun and the attention to detail you need to solve this puzzle made it exciting. The room was very well put together and so life like I felt like I was in real life. I can t wait to go back and try another one. I want to give a special thank you to Carla for recommending pins and pockets you are a Rockstar and I will be recommending Escapology to everyone

This has been the WORSTEST OUTING I had with my family!! From the staff, to the food and most of all the man following my kids Tonight! This place needs better staff!!!

Awesome place. Better than Murrieta and Temecula bowling places for sure.

Not what it use to be this place has taken a turn for the worst the new staff definitely won't be bringing me back.. We sat in the bar to be served cold nachos and questioned on my ID... And once 45 mins later we finally ordered food ( bartender was too preoccupied with the guys at the bar cmon there's like 6 people in here) Sucks because I like to support local businesses but I will definitely go to chili's next time

It's got many choices of things to do, food isn't that expensive and it's really yummy. Love the great group of people who work there! Drinks, food, bowling, laser tag and arcade, the tavern and the candy bar, plus 2 large banquet rooms, and 3 private bowling party rooms. It's great!

The bowling was great and service was fantastic! Ample beer selection, plenty of seating, and plenty of games for the kiddos.
Overall, our family had an awesome time.
Had to dock a star for their overpriced food, though. It was tasty, but they need to work on the portion:price ratio for their appetizers.
